Always helpful, very fast response time and very fast delivery. I just send the copy of the prescription and very soon I receive at my door step. Definitely our #1 pharmacy.

Home delivery within an hour of confirmed order and they brought the card machine so I could pay with a tap. Will be using them again for sure.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars. Complaint have been raised through call center, email and insurance provider by the unprofessional behavior presented by the pharmacy. After arguing with the pharmacy to deliver my prescription the next day due to it being late in the night, they refused to listen to my request and just showed up to my house. After sending them away, they show up again at 1 am to deliver the same prescription. I am not sure if these people have lost their minds or what but this is the last time I will be using this pharmacy. I will be consistently following up on the actions taken against this pharmacy and will not stop till satisfied by the repercussions.

Buyers beware very terrible after sales service they refused to return a faulty NON user-friendly glucometer whose strips didnt work or needed too much blood to work which is extremely painful for just measuring glucose levels! First they claimed its an open item against their policy turns out thats not written then they said promotional item…. Etc…. There was no use arguing cuz they will just find a reason! The price for this was 125dh where if bought online its 83 and now selling for 1dh promotion…. Pure HIGHWAY robbery!
Their policy should be WE R NOT PHARMACISTS WE R JUST SALESPEOPLE MAKING A FAST BUCK. You disgrace the white lab coat u wear as any decent pharmacist would simply return the item and contact the supplier…. Oops forgot that YOU r the supplier?

Great service! I uploaded my prescription on the Life app. John contacted me to follow up and went out of his way to get the medical insurance to approve something they declined. I agreed to pay it myself but what a surprise when he told me later that he contacted both the clinic and insurance again, and I only have to pay the co-payment. Happy patient.

The pharmacy does not open on time. It says 8 AM - 1 AM, and it’s 8.20 am now, and it’s still closed. The delivery team is waiting outside also.

اسواء صيدلية التي طلبت دواء لأطفالي أمس وأنا أتحقق عبر الإنترنت من أنها جاهزة للتسليم ولم يتم التسليم عندما اتصل بهم وأخبروني آسف أننا اغلقنا سنحضر غدًا وأنا وحدي لا أستطيع حتى الذهاب وإحضار الدواء لها طوال الليل وهي تبكي وهي لا تستطيع النوم.
وعندما أطلب منهم استرداد المبلغ ، لا ترد في البداية ثم ضع المبلغ في المحفظة.

Hopeless service and false promises when delivering medicine. I am a big customer and have spent thousands with life pharmacy yet they continue to be unprofessional and over comit and under deliver.

Don't shop at this branch. There stuff is double the price of other branches. Even they don't follow the online store pricing. Make your self a favor and shop on other branches
