Life pharmacy Al Warqa 2

Issue of communication, first reply prescription available and got the insurance approval and letter informing medication not available and no one ready to reply

I recently visited the pharmacy and can’t say how Hana was super helpful and she have amazing knowledge and information of the products.

I’m very happy and will come always to this branch because of Hana.

The worst service!

They dont have any knowledge on how to deal with the insurance or the system with the DHA. They need more training with how to deal with the paper work. They made me wait for 1 hour with zero result. I will never come back to them for sure! Please do not waste your time.

Very bad service. I asked for the order and did not receive it from them except in a second branch. They are employees who do not understand anything at all. I was not deducted from the Fazaa or Assaad card. I waited for a long time for them to return the remaining money to me, 5 dirhams. The worst pharmacy in Dubai. Not good treatment. They took my money and waited for a very long time
They force you to comment on them here. This is inappropriate

Great service very professional team and very friendly neighbourhood pharmacy.driver mukhtar Hussain was very kind and his service was excellent and well behavior.

Quite friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend. Thank you for the support and concern showed to me during my visit

A very bad customer experience. The worst Life branch ever the store manager who is not a pharmacist is advising me wrongly and he doesn’t know that I’m a pharmacist. By cornering him he said talk to the pharmacist! How impolite! And he left me and went to the office at the back and disappeared! Hiring such an unprofessional people will make people lose trust in whatever advised by the staff. Can’t imagine how many customers have been advised by such a person and how bad was their experience. BTW I left the pharmacy and collected the medicine with more professional advise from another Life Pharmacy. Please hire professional people with pleasant attitude.

Worst customer service
Staff do not care about customers, you cannot call. Only massege on WhatsApp, the reply will take ages, and then during conversation they will stop replying.

False commitments for delivery.
Always late by hours and nog even a sorry,
They just don’t care.

Life pharmacy management should take note, as it’s ruining their repute in Al warqa.

Very bad customer service
Employees are never Caring about customers, the patient is unable to call so he massege them on WhatsApp, they are never replying to our conversation even if he replies will say i will check then he would not come.
Life management has to consider their employees, they should have monitoring, not only sitting on the disk and watching movies on their mobile. Hopefully i can reach the management soon.
