Poor service and commercial behavior; I went to get a medication, they gave me a substitute, I agreed. After paying, I realized it was a different medication without being informed. I ended up overpaying and feeling less confident. I went to another company, got the medication at half the price.

Neha was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions in details and informed about what i need for my vitamins intake!

Great experience, quality medicines, Well mannered staff Especially Mr Arun was very helpful and helped me with medicines and gave exact directions on how and when to take medicines.

This pharmacy services iam so pleased Alhamdulillah, promptly reply on what's app or any queries the delivery of medicines is on time too. Alhamdulillah overall the teh pharmacy is deserve a 5 star good work guys.applause

I am with this pharmacy for awhile now. And I am more than pleased. The people, pharmacy and staff are very friendly and really work to please the customer. Love going there and their help. Absolutely the best.

Very poor delivery service. Took 2.5 hrs to deliver to a my house which is just 5 mins walk from pharmacy. I did multiple followup calls and each time they promised to deliver shortly and then to retract that statement later. When the delivery was done, the delivery boy said he went to JLT and marina to deliver. Such a pathetic excuse which lacks common sense. The receptivity in followup from pharmacy was also very poor. CANT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE AT ALL.

Its really bad customer service i ever experienced and always Medcine is out of stock they only selling supplements and protein bars. There is no initiative from the staf mr Arun george. Very poor branch

Bad customer service!

I ordered for delivery- staying approx 50 meters away from the shop. I was informed that delivery will take 30mins which is fine though I really need to take the medicine. After an hour I followed up and was informed that their delivery guy went to Marina first! Wheres the common sense! Then was advised that it will take another 30 mins to deliver, unbelievable service! Worst ever - cant put a word at all!

The worst ever! I came to get heart medicine and the afternoon guy told me to come back after an hour he would get them, i came back after 2 hours, still not here, i came back after another 2 hours and the night shift guy told me if i had paid before it would have been here. Is this a joke with you people? I wanted to go somewhere else to get them but he insisted on me getting them from there.

Worst pharmacist you will encounter. She doesn't know anything. She's not familiar with terms or even names of what they are selling. She also says to call you back after 2 minutes but she's not gonna call you. You have to call back after you remember that you haven't received any call. And I am talking about 30 mins.to 1 hour of waiting.
