Since 2019 Al Razi Branch has been my favorite branch when I needed supplies, having excellent customers service and knowledgeable staff is a plus points for us, sadly, I did not pay attention to having their names to give them credit where credit is due. It's online service is also convenient and excellent. Highly recommend this brand and deserves 5 Stars. Thank you for your service to the community

By my experience in the Emirates, I have not found a pharmacy so excellent as this one. It contains all modern medicines and equipment, and the modern and clean design of the pharmacy is suitable for all groups of society and people espicaliy ppl of determination who have easy access to all wonderful services. The medical staff is highly qualified and has a very sophisticated approach, especially Dr. Tamara, who does her best to help patients. All respect and appreciation, and i wish you all the success always. I strongly recommend going to the pharmacy when searching for pharmacies.

Top-notch pharmacy, the service is impeccable, the team accompanies you to the best of their ability and is capable of providing solutions very quickly. Time knowledgeable. The store manager Miss Tamara went all out to arrange a home delivery for me as it was kind of last minute and urgent.

Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my medicine. I had given my prescription to the person behind the counter and waited 30 minutes before enquiring to the delay. They had forgotten my order. Then they were trying to process it for a further 10 minutes without realising it was under insurance. By the time I had finally received my medicine and left it was 1 hour and 20 minutes. I made a call to LifePharmacy Complaints department. They said they would call me back but never did. What a useless company

I have been going to this pharmacy location for over 1 year now. All of the staff are extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I live in Sharjah but my doctor is in Dubai close to this location and they made arrangements to deliver my medicine! Lastly, my recent interaction was with Tamara Mohamed. She was welcoming and communicated with care to assist me with getting my medication. I highly suggest you go to this pharmacy for your needs.

To exchange the item takes 2hrs and the pharmacist Tamara shows her angry face and rude attitude to the customers. Before the staff here used to be more friendly and costumer oriented. And now all staff are changed. Never going to visit this branch again!
