Lift My Car

The tow truck did arrive faster than any other Company promised, despite it being early in the morning. Unfortunately, the mechanic they sent was incompetent and could not move my Vehicle. We ended up waiting for nearly two hours with no result.

A different company, was able to move my Vehicle in less than five minutes.

As for Lift my Car, they were expected to reimburse us for their inability to perform the job, but despite our follow-ups, they failed to honor their commitment. In summary, if you ever think about using Lift my Car, save yourself the trouble and just push your own car. It'll be quicker and less painful.

اسوء شركه توصيل دائماً اول مره طلبت ريكفري تأخر ساعه و نص و امس ثاني مره و صار تأخير من ٧: ٢٣ ل ٩: ١٥ و كنت طالب ريكفري الفلات و طلع مش متوفر فالمكان اللي انا فيه و لازم يطلع من مسافه طويله و ادفع مبلغ قرب اللي كنت دافعنه زياده و كنسلت و طلبت الريكفري العادي لان بياخذ ٢٥ و كل ها التأخير و عدم استلامهم للسياره من تأخير الريكفري العادي

I was worried giving Carlift my car to pick it up from the service center to my home while I was in Abu Dhabi since they only have 2 review and no feedback.

I even didn't accept paying online before they deliver the car home.

They didn't push me for the payment and they understood my concern.
They delivered my car then asked for the payment.

I'm not sure why they don't have review, but it's my pleasure to be the first to comment with 5 stars services and definitely highly recommend service.
