Food is not that great according to cost. You should try their shwarma. For 6 Aed it's just a small shwarma. Less meat more cabbage. Everything else is more costly too

I am not happy the way they serve their customer, me and my sister went last night to eat our suhor in their cafeteria and we order only 1 dish and a fruit shake for both of us and before the waitress leaves in our table i ask her how many minutes as we are both hungry. The waitress told us only 15 minutes but even after 30 minutes no order came;what upsets me is that the table who came after us got their order quickly.i didnt order a huge dish not even a camel that will take hours to cook.so upset and still hungry we leave the cafeteria and cancel our order.by the way this is not my first time incident has been happened to us.so i decided to write reviews.before the management are good and so as the ladies working i am living here for quiet long time.but now customer service of lims cafe are bad even the manager.guys people coming are hungry not just to hangout in your cafeteria.

I have been to lims cafe in west zone building alkhail gate.such a bad service experienced ever.they show the eagerness to take orders.after that, they do not care for value of our time.after ordering a juice, i waited 30 mins.i left the place without taking my order finally. Either they should remind us the delay before taking the order.never recommend.

Yup, used to order here and the service went down bad. Food is great honestly but the service is the worst. Improve your service, that's all you need to know.

I ordered delivery by paying in there outlet. They delivered in 1 hours and 30 minutes and food was disaster. Will never order from them

I have suggested with my friends and we came to eat the food, seems they are not provide on up to standards and price is too high especially the humus they charge 5 dhr extra and not even 5 gram is available in it I don’t think any shops near by charge for this overall we are very disappointed and I suggest other restaurants near by cheese bytes

I have vist the place personally.service is bad but food is good.staff told me to do as I want to do they don't care.even they say don't come here they have lots more to do. I know it's group of Cafe ma be that's the reason.the r very busy. I hate to go there again

This soup used to be full container before, it’s not even half now.not worth of spending your money.they have come up with a new idea saying the container has changed.trust me all the food they have reduced quantity like anything.combo lunch you don’t even feel fuller… I was a regular customer done with them.after complaining many times they repeat the same…

Cant understand how they 3 star. For one order they take like more than 1.5 hours and its not one time its everyday. Even the delivery address is on walking distance.

They shoukd tell the customer if they cant handle. Lady taking phone calls simply say order is ready waiting for delivery guy.

They need to understans their job is notnonly preparimg food to deliver as well

Pethatic service and specially name Ali who called him self as manager of the restaurant he don't have how to behave with costumer and telling on my face that I'm lair on call. This is how u train ur manager of the restaurant, since I'm a costumer of ur restaurants from last 3 years almost I never seen this kin dof rude behaviour of anyone who specially work in the restaurant. Is this my mistake of he don't know how to use the location or if he can't use or no one know how to use it then I tell them about my location which is just 15 min on waking distance and he denying from that and telling this is dubai mall address what to do if he can't open he location this is his response to me and he is not going to tell me on msg as he said all this things on call and complete change his style and talk on msg. What a wired style of this guy. I really feel bad and upset. Will never suggest to anyone this food chain. Everyone have their self respect and if the costumer cll u then u have to listen and and answer him in nice way if is there something u guys have to sort it in different way not to say someone that ur location is this and u lying. Worst experience in this restaurant. I think the space given for explaining my experience will be very less. The staffs are very rude and un professional. This is only one thing. Rest I don't want to discuss.

1st of all i would like to mention the colleague who working in night shift.service was so bad.communication was so bad everyfucking things all so bad.and so please choose the person who can speak to custumer on verry politely.

This restaurant is having hot and sour soup in both categories that is veg and non veg, so I ordered hot and sour soup but restaurant delivered me chicken hot and sour soup whereas, order taker need to ask this question from me that which hot and sour soup I want to have as we have veg and non veg both but this order taker was not professional 100% as he was screaming on to me that I need to order veg soup, instead of confessing his mistake.it was ok before but now unprofessional are working, hence I would not recommend this restro to anybody.

Good food and drinks. Specially great to have a tea there. Price is good and taste is great. Fast service and delivery available. Often offer combo products. Dine in available or you can just collect the food and drinks right from the parking.

Not good service, i ordered from them through watsapp and been waiting for almost 1 hour, when i follow up my order they inform me that the food i ordered is not available. If not available, u should have inform before.

Very very bad experience about delivery, I order at 10pm and I ask how much time it will be take she told 20 to 30 minutes, I wait 35 minutes delivery not came and called no body answering, again I called 46 minutes she lying with me I didn't say food delivery will take 20 tp 30 minutes and talking very raud. Atlist not apologised for delay of the delivery and she saying your layer. This kind employee why you guys keeping in work. Finally I received my delivery 57 minutes. Very very bad experience

The worst delivery service I have seen in my life. Delivery boy will call 10 times for making excuses for late delivery even if he have complete address.

They mentioned food will be delivered in half an hour but delivery never happened for one hour and half when called to check food delivery will be happening in 10 mins and after 15 mins again called to check they were not able to reply and was calling delivery guy asked delivery guy why took so long to deliver as per him he got the parcel 15 mins back! Pathetic service and excuse which make no sense!

Every 10 days your tea price is increasing i am regular customer from last three months they started green tea with 1.5aed than 2aed we find is fine but today they increased again invoice no: LIMS- 521535. Bye bye Lims this is unexpected,

Quality of service in morning time is getting pathetic. I use to take tea every morning since times but today staff guy refused to deliver tea. He was delivering to others. This is not the quantity of service which we expect.

I visited the cafe this morning, Staff came to take my order, while doing that, he disapeared and went to answer the phone for some other customer without excusing himself or informing me whatsoever, at that point i did not even give my full order.
After he was done from the call he just went out and no one else came to take the order.
The place is full of flies, regardless of the recent renovation.
Some people might not find that a problem, But it is a big health issue to have flies landing on your food.

I eventually left the cafe withouy being served.

Disaster service, this is my 3 time delay, every time late, only 400 m delevery time 90 minutes, disappointed, no more order

Best shawarma around the area. Always prefer to visit if visiting a nearby place. They have renovated the restaurant recently and service is always good. Many choices to try if you are in a mood to eat from outside for a break

I live in 5 mins away from the Lims cafe al khail gate yet I did not receive my order for shawarma, chicken lolipop, mango lassi.this is a shame.

Awesome road side cafe in Al Khail Gate had a awesome shawarma and a fresh milk coffee.the coffee taste is so good.one of the best coffee in this area.tried spicy and normal shawrama with my friends the taste is good and price is also worth. Give a try:)

I went for dine-in. Order was delayed for 30 minutes. Normally they will deliver quicky i dont knw why it happen like this.for other people order came quickly either mine. They should following the order by order. Anyway i had my food without happy.

Sir, Your food is good. Service quality seems to drop down during your peak hours. Many times I have received incomplete orders when i order for door delivery. If i ask for iranian kuboos the other one gets delivered. Cool drink may be billed but forgotten to deliver.etc etc. Many of my friends also say your food is not as tasty as before. Many of them are your customers for years by now. You recent addition of snacks is great. Your restaurant ambience and planning is good.

Really annoyed with the service of lims cafe, this very specific branch. 2days back I ordered something from this branch first it took them nearly 2 hrs to deliver the food. Then the food delivered was wrong. Later I had contacted them and they replied that they will deliver the correct order in time, now it's been 2 days still no food is delivered.

I was a regular customer of lims cafe from last 2 years, my breakfast and dinner both were there at lims, even I used to send my driver to get tea from lims in my duty hours, I was very happy until today as now after 2years the staff there were like a family to me but today the main guy who is representing the lims cafe Al khail branch Mr Ali insulted me in front of my friend as I was sitting inside n having tea for not more than 15 mins, he came to me and ask us to leave from cafe because he needs the table n chairs for other customers. I didn’t said anything in reply, I just got up and left.this is highly insulting and not acceptable at all, I use to wait sometimes outside if there is no space but this is how you people treat your customers?
For sure I will not go to lims again but the strategic management should take notice of it otherwise you will loose more customers in future.
