Not Good service. Even our order is ready they don't even bring to us unless we go n ask them

Such a bad service at all, if you place an order it will not come for next 1.30 hour and if comes by chance they will not meet the special instructions like request for card machine they will not send. Such a bad bad bad services I ever experienced in dubai, management should think about.

To much cost and did not satisfy the cutomer and the food takes to long before they call you for self sevice either no free drinks like water.don't go or else you blame your self.

Best Momo literally? (westzone Al Khail gate branch only) and the chutney ️… very hospitable staff even the janitor?
I always have had the momo chutney complaint (itna kammm) but yesterday the guy on the cash counter won my heart?

We expect minimum attitude from the staff, while taking orders
But, my experience till now, with this particular cafe is that, when these staffs, men and s single woman alike, when take orders or deliver snacks from counters the food, their attitude is such that they are giving for free.

We expect a smile and pleasant experience,
We can ignore these things during busy hours but what we can we say, when we expect the same, during non busy hours like morning time.

Anyway, all the best to the Limscafe, for putting a great team.

Just ordered the onion ring cost 8dhs, but the portion is very less.like 1dhs per onion, this is not a high end restaurant but still charging the high price with small portion is not acceptable, just be fair to everyone!

Today I made an order for chicken szhewan fried rice and beef chilli,
Honestly it was like wasting 30 aed the beef what they gave was not cooked not cooked means it was half raw, even the fried rice was tasteless no salt and burnt it was my worst experience ever with lims didn't expect this at all I would never ever eat again here and don't recommend to anyone.

Guys, very much disappointed about the food quality. I was so hungry, but the Humoos totally bad taste, atlast one glass water and. Please do something to improve the quality.

Am Staying in alkhail gate before lims coming to community.always was great customer service and food.today I went to buy tea ask extra glass.for my kid to make it cold.and the srilankan guy and lady in counter say not allowed. I told ok make it cold then they ignored. I even told I will pay for tea give an extra cup.for just 10 fils cup don't loose your hospitality.kindly management should look forward to it.

I had my breakfast in lims cafe for two times and I had quite good experience but the last time I wanted to had a dinning but I found the dinning table are streamly dirty and I approach one of the staff for clearanc but they dinay and said it's like this they don't clean staff are rude, highly required the management to brief there staff and need to teach the business of hospitality!

Disaster experience with them. Please don’t pick charcoal chicken especially here. It’s nearly raw and seems no longer fresh.

Disaster is the only word i can say. We was so hungry and expected same quality like opp blue mart lims but in truth its worst than a cafeteria food. We ordered shawarma and tea but the shawarma was very poor and worst ever i had. Me and my friend just had a byte and order from one of the other resturent from al Khalil.almost we wait for this 35 minutes. We are expecting a much more quality food in the future. Service also very very poor.

They keep us waiting for almost 1hour. They said only 20 mins maximum.lims in west zone is not good service

Your Grilled shwarmaa is awesome, but delivery service is horrible, Especially at night. It’s takes 30-40 minutes just to deliver (200 meter distance). Hope it will be improved very soon.

Poor service and they just wasting customers time and they are making water melon juice with seeds when we ask them then they reply we are making this way only.

Their service is the worst. I placed an order for chicken specifically asking for a custom requirement and told them to avoid delivery if that was not possible.they assured they would process the order accordingly.however they just delivered the order wrongly despite of repeatedly informing them.they didn't even inform of the change during delivery.they just delivered the pack and left.this is not a place you could expect the customer to be kept first.their food taste has also shown a downward trend in comparison to previous years.

They just get chicken and vegies from frizer and cook in 5 minutes.
They mentioned kunafa on menu but not available.

Food servers are wearing gloves to pick up the food, nice yeah, but the same gloves they also use to recieve money. Which makes it very dirty. Try to observe the food server and cashiers are the same and use the same hands with the same gloves to recieve food and money they dont even bother tobuse tongs.

Poor service and poor understanding of an order and also impolite way of asking an order. Not a properly cooking

Sorry to say! Earlier I had an order chicken charcoal spicy. I was shocked because the taste of the chicken wasn’t good it seems an old. We paid an exact amount and why the service it’s not good. The chicken was not fresh. Poor service!

Poor service nowadays. And the foods are expansive without any taste and quality. The best is only that shawarma. It was less before but now they are charging 10 dhs for a shawarma.

Once i got very worst experiance from there when i purchase a snacks.please increase the wuality of your food
