Very cool spot in City Walk.

Interesting for a coffee shop, they have a full food menu! Wasn’t in the market for a meal but would recommend it for sure.

Very nice café, super friendly team, delicious food and coffee and you can even benefit from some complimentary L'Occitane products.

Lunch at Loccitane was good choice, we have ordered Salmon & Calamari Risotto. Food was good and the atmosphere of the place.

The food is very good and beautifully presented. The menu is varied and offers a wide choice. It is also difficult to limit yourself to one dish, as the photos and descriptions of dishes are so tempting.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, bright and welcoming.
L’Occitane Café is a safe bet.

Unexpectedly nice place for lunch with your girls. (Or not necessarily I guess) but super awesome place. Located in city walk - main entrance. In the mall. Food was good. Service as well. Price are okay. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest. I chose l’occitane poke bowl and it was 70ish dhs. It had to be with salmon but they brought I guess by mistake - tuna. Which was okay for me.parking is free for 3 hours. Just don’t forget to take your ticket to validate. Other wise you’ll need to pay for parking even tho it says it’s free.

If happiness was a restaurant it would be here. I was here last Sunday 30th July 2023. I adore the way it looks and surprisingly I love the way it smells - the mixture of sent from the product as well as the food. The layout is inviting, and the food is so well presented- bright, colorful, happy, healthy, gorgeous looking dishes. The mocktails on my absolute favorite. I couldn’t get over my blueberry soda. I’ll definitely be going back.only downside was being served by a waiter was either in a hurry, or not keen to be there, twice he sent things rolling out of our plates has put them down in front of us.

I didn't try the food, but i had a couple of drinks. The place is perfect for a quick stop between shopping, and they give you a free cream sample when u leave, its a very nice touch.

Good food and service, but a bit on side expensive side with small-ish portions (they acept Fazaa discounts though).

A wonderful new concept for the brand. It was my first visit with my friends and we loved the food taste, café atmosphere and innovation of food presentation

One of the most unique dining experiences in Dubai. The food quality and ingredients used are simply amazing. L’Occitane cafe does not cut corners when it comes to their quality. Their prices are probably some of the best in Dubai especially for their lobster Benedict. Ask for Chef specials as they are running some of the most unique dishes that you won’t regret. I recently had their Provençal sea bass with rustic ratatouille and their potato waffle With oscietra caviar poached egg and smoked salmon, only 90 aed. And dinner you can’t beat their famous Gnocchi Danube. Great service as well make sure to ask for Maybel or Belinda whom always give us amazing service.

Quite average really and the chicken breast meal I ordered was extremely salty. Over priced however service was very professional and friendly.

Best food I’ve ever had were in this cafe. The theme is breathtaking and welcoming. There is a part for retail as well which is an awesome concept. Overall amazing service + food/coffee ️

L’Occitane is a quite French place in City Walk, Dubai. The aesthetic of the place is modern and based on the yellow color, which gives it super happy vibes. The staff is kind and careful to every need, furthermore the service is quite fast. The food is good, even though the portions are a little small considering the price: I took a strawberry and halloumi salad and a croissant, which tasted both very good. They also give you a basket of bread with strawberry jam and butter, that had an exquisite flavor. At the end of your dine, a refreshing cream for the hands is provided, which leaves an amazing smell. The overall experience was good

L'occitane the beautiful French aroma isn't only in the perfumes but also in the tartes delicieuses and much more. Mr Sherif is the most polite and wonderful host ever met.

Always a pleasure to dine here, their product, staff and service are very consistent.

The French onion soup is delicious as was the sea bass, salmon, saffron risotto, lobster salad and the tastefully prepared beverages!

Cozy, cheerful, and the food is super delicious. I tried their burger and Pain Perdu and both were perfect

Fantastic experience! Delicious food and extremely friendly staff Manager and waiters. The food was cooked to perfection.
The chocolate eclair is a must try dessert.

Ok.not remarkable in any way.could have gone to any coffee shop. Think L'Occitane should stick to their core business!

Always love the food here. Wonderful service, nice flavors and reasonable prices (for the quality). Also they accept entertainer vouchers for bogo main courses.

This was the best tasting and looking breakfast that I've had in this trip to Dubai. Couldn't have asked for more and have to say that if it wasn't my last day, I would have come for breakfast everyday I was in Dubai.

I had breakfast twice and both times was very good I ate shakshuka and eggs Benedict the price is little bit higher than normal
The service was excellent definitely recommend

It is cleverly made, it is accurately body care shop, enhanced with the Coffee shop.

They stop giving samples and for last 2 months explaining that samples are out of stock: - (. We used to have lunch here just to receive a sample at the end

Very delicious food, I had the mango shrimp salad and the gnocchi angus beef and the tiramisu for the desert
Menu on the pricey end for some item

Lobster benedict and LOCCITANE waffle are fantastic. They also give great smelling wet tissue and hand cream at the end.

The bread basket and the butter is wonderful
The pumpkin soup phenomenal
The ribeye steak is high quality beer that is perfectly cooked.

Definitely coming back

My wife and I came here for an amazing brunch today. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of service and the quality of food that was served here. I highly recommend coming here to try it out! Their fresh bread is also top notch. And. Who can forget their interesting and quirky mocktails! Expensive, but bundled with Entertainer you can have a very enjoyable brunch for a reasonable price. We will be back! Oh Ps. A free hand lotion sample? Yes please and thank you!

This is the first L'OCCITANE cafe / restaurant in dubai.
Nice set up with all their products on display. Menu is good but food/breakfast took about 45mins. Restaurant was not too busy. Good place to meet up with friends.

The souffle pancake is AMAZING.like I can't emphasize how good it is. I feel sorry for everyone who didn't try it

زرت المحل في تاريخ 10/10الساعه 11: 00pm في وحده مغربيه ضعيفه تلبس نظارات وطويله شوي حاطين صورتها ف الانستجرام ،، صراحه مول ماعندها اسلوب ولا تعرف شي وحاقده ع الاماراتيين كرهتني ف المحل ولا اشتريت شي كنت داخله اخذ العطور والكريمات الي تعودت اشتريها ومن كلامها ونقاشي معاها ماشتريت شي ،، سيئه جدا جدا ارجوا النظر في موضوع هاي الموظفه وتغير الموظفين للاحسن صراحه مش معقوله محل بمستوى loccitane يوظف

I visited the shop on 10/10 at 11: 00 pm the Moroccan lady in the picture is sooo bad and rude and not respectful at all, she show me that she didn't respect Emaraties people
Please consider this problem and take action, i feel so sad that this big brand have employee as bad as this lady

Definitely over rated.
Couldn't get my runny Benedict after 2 tries. Their serving plates are big in size compared to the size of their tables

One can get confused by the name as it's originally a beauty store but this was also a cafe. Quite interesting. We came here just for coffee as we had dinner elsewhere and it was good. The only issue was with the dark hot chocolate my friend ordered. She's lactose-intolerant and asked for the regular milk to be replaced with almond milk. The hot chocolate was disgusting. I agree that almond milk does have a unique taste but this just tasted odd. Nonetheless, I would still blame my friend for ordering something standard and adjusting it just for her. Anyways, the ambience was lovely and bright, with some jazz music playing. Staff were really friendly, except for the Blonde lady working there. I guess she was the manager and had a bit of an ego.

Lovely atmosphere, nice seating arrangements.

The food was delicious but I gave it 4 stars because the portions were too small for the prices they were charging.

I tried the truffle pasta (if you're not a huge fan of truffle avoid it as the flavour is really strong), country salad.

The desserts are good for sharing:
I tried the pain Perdu (definitely ordering it again), pancake souffle (it has an interesting flavour, would recommend trying it atleast once but i wouldnt order it again)
They didnt have their famous mille feuille (which is to die for in paris)

The coffee was also really good but it came a bit more towards the cool side.

They give you a free mini hand moisturiser with every bill, a very nice gesture.

The amazing cafe with great food, excellence service and beautiful atmosphere! The staff was really attentive, thanks a lot for it. It was a pleasure to dine in as everything starting from design to the cutlery and crockery is high end and lovely.

I love the design colors of this place so refreshing and cheerful yellow white and green. You can get skin test for free and at the end of your meal/ order you get free sample for skin care:). Food is tasty and staff are very welcoming and pleasant.

الخدمه جدا سيئه انا حالياً متواجده في الكافيه طلبنا طلبين ٢ كوفي ٢ افطار ،،،، وصل طبق واحد من الافطار ولم يصل الاخر وبعد ٢٠ دقيقه ذكرناهم بالكوفي واحضروا واحداً على الرغم من ان طلبنا متشابه ،،، وبعدها احضروا الكوفي الاخر ،،، وبعد انتظار اكقر من نصف ساعه طلبت الغاء الافطار الثاني والنادله قبلت على الفور مع اعتذار! لا اعتقد اني ارغب في العوده الى هنا ،، وحاليا اتى النادل يخبرنا بأني سجلت طلب واحد فقط! فعلاً سيئين

Thier location is good. Menu options are amazing. The breakfast options are amazing and suites many taste. The coffee is strong and not sour. If you like Americano try the organic decafe one. You can get free hand treatment with their products while you are waiting for your order. المكان جميل والخدمه ممتازه. يصلح للعائلات. و خيارات الافطار لديهم متنوعه وتواكب جميع الاذواق حتى الاطفال. خيارات القهوه ممتازه ايضا ويمكنكم الاستمتاع بتجربه منتجاتهم مجانا بينما تنتظرون طلباتكم.

Food Guide Himself had the unique opportunity to visit this cafe during the auspicious day of Eid as it was a holiday. I was overwhelmed by seeing the variety of dishes in the Menu and the interactive menu in Ipad. I ordered the mushroom and spinach eggs Benedict, artisan honey and turmeric latte.  

Moving on to food critic, the  mushroom and spinach eggs Benedict was fabulous because of the properly sauteed mushrooms and spinach whose taste was being uplifted by the hollandaise sauce which was poured over the dish completely.  

The artisan honey and turmeric latte was excellent with beautiful coffee art on top and proper notes of honey.  

Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend visiting this place.

الكوفي رايق والعاملين محترمين لكن عندهم بطىء هذا غير انه الاسعار غالية اناجربت ترميسو في اكثر من محل منها غالي ومنها رخيص لكن الغالي يطلع طعمه جيد الى ممتاز لكن هذا اقل من عادي ب42 درهم

What a fantastic new idea.shop while you eat.eat while you shop and get a hand massage while you wait for your food.the food is surprisingly good and they have some interesting drink concepts inspires by their different ranges. Also you can a sample of a hand cream with your bill. Adorable!

Simply awesome food. The signature breakfast and granola bowl were my favourites. And freshly baked croissants
