Worst shop and the owner is so rude doesn’t know how to deal with a customer and they are thieves

Good service. But be careful, they overcharge greatly for smart locks. They charged me AED 1,400 for a smart lock that you can buy on Amazon for AED 299 for the lock, and AED 110 for the gateway. So that’s AED 1,000 for a 45 minute lock install which I feel is quite high. They tried to defend it by saying the Amazon lock is a different lock. I am a very knowledgable tech person, and I see it’s the exact same lock. The same device is made under several generic names. He even claimed the internet gateway accessory, which for sure is the exact same on Amazon, his cost was AED 275, it’s AED 110 on Amazon.

They provide good service. But check on Amazon in front of them, before you purchase a lock from them. I didn’t. My bad.

Arrived within 30 mins and had the lock replaced in less than 5 minutes. Very polite and professional gentleman.

It literally took the guy 30 minutes to reach my location & less than 30 seconds to unlock my car after I locked it by mistake with the key inside.

I locked myself out of my house and called them to help me change the lock. The whole thing didn’t take longer than five minutes. I will recommend then to all my friends.

Excellent service provided by Locksmith Dubai. I had an issue with a second-hand bought car keys, which the seller and his mechanic were unable to help with. Then I found this company and decided to give them a call and see if they could come up with something. It turned out, they not only helped with the problem, they also gave me some advice for the future and have explained to me the keys features and its functions in detail. I was amazed with their professionalism, attention to details and care. Probably the nicest business I've encountered since in Dubai. I can not recommend enough, truly outstanding experience. Will use their services again if need be.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I've been asking them for 3 days to make a car key for me, Provided them everything they asked. Still no response from them. Tried calling them but they just cuts the call rather LIES about my mobile being switched off. Don't waste others time. If you don't want to do your work just tell!

Called for help on a toyota landcruiser 2009 key reprogramming, sent the location as asked and the key pic for more info on whatsapp, i called back to make sure he received the info replied with it’ll take him 30 mins to get a similar key and would call me when he leaves the shop with another 30 to drive over (1pm) called again at (1: 45pm) to make sure if he found the key, he assured that he found the key and needed another 30mins to drive over… by (2: 27pm) i called again with no answer.my friend called a few times after, with him arriving at (3: 30pm) and in 5 minutes he said that he’ll go and come back with another key.he never called nor came back.

His shop is in international city, we were in the car market (which isnt 30 minutes nor 90 minutes away).

Pretty responsive and professional service delivered. Great value for money, strongly recommend them.

I am from Abu Dhabi and had come to Dubai for official work. Unfortunately my car key fell off my hand while crossing and was run over by another car completely destroying the key into Pieces and the keys need to be programmed for ignition. This was done by them in a matter of just half hour by their technician Mr. Rizwan. And the charges were very affordable and nominal.i even got an extra key made.for such emergencies.

Worst experience I've come across in 9 years in Dubai!
We had this company change locks on 3 doors (all the same lock size) and wanted to also install 2 window locks. First contact via Whatsapp seemed professional. They shared pictures and quotes of branded products they wanted to install; hence we went ahead with them despite the higher price compared to another quote we had. Technician arrived 75 mins late; then didn't have 3 of the same locks we needed for our doors and of course it was not the brand they previously shared via Whatsapp. So we now have 3 differently branded locks in our three doors. For the Window locks; they shared via Whatsapp branded product and wanted 250 AED for product with installation; but then the technician wanted to install a lock we did find online for 30 AED (for 2 locks). He didn't even have the branded lock that was promised and quoted. I complained to the company but they never reacted to my feedback. Very unprofessional. A definite no-go!

I got locked from my balcony and my main door key was on my door knob so not even the security of my building can rescue me. Within 20minutes, the locksmith was in my flat and in 1 minute he managed to unlock my main door. The service took 3mins max which included changing the entire lockset. Their service was very efficient and reliable.

Well they didnt turn up at all. I was asked to send pictures and videos of the lock, promised to come at 5pm.we waited and waited and the gentleman did not turn up at all. They dont bother to follow up or inform. Nope, I will not go for them.

I called them on 11 July 2019. And gave them a time about they haven’t done it, didn’t see them or they gave me a call after closing time. So basically so slow on response because I’m writing this on the 24 of July and I didn’t see anyone of them

Technician arrived in 25 minutes to my residence in JBR, completely prepared for the job. Door was opened and lock was replaced within 10 minutes. Completely satisfied!

I lost the key of the car and we didn't have a spare anymore. I called AD locksmith and they came on the same day, got a new key and duplicate within 1 hour! A bit pricey but fast and excellent service.

These guys were fantastic, my 2 year old lock himself in a room, and they were round in a flash and had him out in no time. New lock fitted, and away within about 5-10 minutes. Very polite and courteous also
