I contacted this company as I was having problems with my BMW key fob. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. He answered my questions promptly and professionally via WhatsApp. The following day when I visited their store, he again reiterated what he believed the problem with key fob was. We agreed on a price and he efficiently replaced the key fob. My wait time there was under 15 minutes. When I returned home, the key fob work perfectly on my car. The issues I was facing before were all rectified. Thank you for your efficiency and professional service.

I just had the best experience with locksmith dubai today. They responded very quick and efficient. I lost my car key and Taha, he came to make me a new key. He is very punctual and professional. Got my locks changed from them few months ago. Now the lock mechanism is starting to fail and sometimes the door doesn’t open at all. We were stuck outside in the Dubai heat today and my daughter had to climb up to the second floor balcony and luckily the balcony door was unlocked and we were able to get inside. I messaged these guys to send someone to fix the lock they had installed. They asked me to send a video and then conveniently told me that now I have to spend aed 250 additional as the issue is with some other component of the lock. Extremely poor experience! This is how they gouge you for more money. Stay clear of this locksmith.

These guys did an excellent job on an urgent basis. They fixed my car door lock, which was stopping the door from even closing. They attended late at night, removed the lock assembly, took it back to their workshop for repair, returned next night to reinstall. If you have a requirement for a locksmith, then I recommend you give them a call.

Biggest rip off. They charge 10x the normal prices of other shops! Stay away. Bare in mind making a spare key anywhere in Dubai costs 10 dhs. Making a key from scratch costs 15 dhs.
