London Dairy Café / LDC Kitchen and Coffee - Mira

Good evening, I just want to complain your staff it's called "Kalpana" I don't know if she Indian or Pakistan every time I went in this shop she treat me stranger and the way she look at me from head to toes this is not good at all. And every time I ordered she always check to other staff if I already pay or what. Even I was still sitting outside is she also did this to other customer? But I don't think so. This experience is not only once,twice more than that and this is too much! Because I'm a filipina nanny that's why she treated me like this?

Absolutely terrible in terms or time.
It shouldn't be called 'all you can eat' brunch.it's more like 'whatever you eventually get'
Took over 45 mins for the 1st order to reach our table
Waited for a total of 3 hours to only eat 2 or 3 things.
A bottle of water took over 1 hour and 15 mins after begging 3 different people

Moreover, what I found quite odd is, if you are understaffed and things are taking unreasonably long to make, maybe:

A. Increase the staff, especially during the weekend only brunch all you can eat that you offer. It makes Absolutely no sense to be understaffed when it's expected to be busy.especially during a long weekend, I.e, new years weekend
OR
Reduce your seating table capacity so your staff is not overwhelmed AND to reflect the time it takes to get the food

B. Don't come to the table as the owner/manager eventually, over 2+ hours after we've patiently waited, and tell us to be more patient.
You should start with apologizing first.and thanking the customers for their patience.
And then speeding things up.
She was very arrogant and unprofessional. Spoke as if she was doing us a favor even though WE were doing HER A favour by still sitting there after such an unreasonably long time for an egg and smiling and being patient.

We came for breakfast.and now it's past lunch time.and still we cannot believe how ridiculously long it took for eggs and bread and even water.

Though certain items, such as shakshuka and French toast and egg mock muffin were great, it was a shame the delay and ending was so unappetizing by the owner/manager woman.

I don't think ill ever return
And unless you have nothing better to with your day on a weekend, be careful how you plan your time because they'll still charge you full price even if the fault is theirs.

Oh and also.orange juice is NOT all you can eat. It's a la Carte
Just the coffees and hot chocolate and stuff.
And the drinks offered are only ONE time per person. NOT a part of the deal.

Please do your research to avoid unexpected and unnecessary disappointment.

Worst service, worst attitude, this isn’t the first time I experience such an experience. All employees are disrespectful. Can’t stress how bad and awful they’re treated us.

How? How can two eggs and a single thin slice of toast cost 42 dirhams!? How is this possible? I could walk over to Spinneys and buy enough eggs and entire loaves of bread to feed an army with 42 dirhams (and Spinneys isn't exactly cheap either, but still). I get that we're paying for the seating and the service and so on, but 42 dirhams for 2 single (very small) ingredients? Come on. I actually ordered it assuming it came with other sides. When it arrived, all my wife and I could do was laugh.

In general the food tastes really good. The shakshuka is great and it's what brought me back again. Even these eggs tasted really nice! But the tables are too small, it's really just designed to be a coffee shop, not a restaurant. The coffee is top notch, really good quality. But it's unlikely I'll return again for anything else.

Great food especially their breakfast dishes; turkish eggs is a must have and loved their speciality based coffee that uses fresh milk! And staff are superbs very accommodating! Will comeback ️

I requested an empty cup to share my large serving of ice cream with my wife, but the gentleman denied my request and insisted that I purchase a full cup instead. He refused to provide me with an empty cup.

Staff are great
Ambient is nice
Food is tasty

The only thing disappointing about this place is that they don't have more branches. Easily one of my fav cafes

Nice coffee. And breakfast I like the service. Our coffee’s was free because it of coffee day.

Usually friendly and efficient, but avoid arriving during shift change-over. I waited 15 minutes for one hot drink. Staff shouldn't take the order and then go home without following through! No apology offered when it eventually arrived.

The terrible service in this branch never ceases to amaze me! Starbucks is opening right next door in the next few days and I suspect that London daily will go out of business! I certainly won’t be supporting them anymore! ‍️

Good location and pleasant place to sit. Helpful staff. Some small kids can get a bit noisy, but overall good place to sit and have a chat.

Love their food! Breakfast is great, especially the french toast and avocado toast. Coffee is great too! Staff are very friendly.

Nice place, quiet and cosy only in the early morning, but they have to revisit their prices also breakfast manu to have gluten free Items and sugar free jam

Weirdest experience i have had with the waitress today at cashier while I was paying she accused me that three weeks ago I had breakfast there and I did not pay, we are all human it could happen but I am certain that I was not there and eaten the breakfast, then I asked what is the proof for her claim, then she said you look like someone who didn't pay)

Good cafe. It has nice outdoor seating area. It’s a little bit noisy as it’s near the community entrance so it’s not suitable, if you are looking for a quiet place.

The place is nice, the coffee not the best as the other London dairy in DIFC and Shiekh Zayed road is the next.the Baristas in this branch not the best.you may receive a good mocha and you may receive it chocolate with milk! So not always the same.they may add extra milk.
