I like their shisha, taste and service are both great.daily dish in the lunch combo offer is below average on my experience, food from the menu (non daily dish) is better but just okay. Drinks are amazing but a bit pricey compared to similar outlets.

Lovely restaurant situated in Circle Mall.
The food is very good and tasty, same for the drinks. They also have shisha but didn't try it. They also have some boardgames and cards which is definitely a plus.and the little outside area is quiter in the night for a relaxed chat with your friends. Had a very good experience and will definitely come back.

Food had a hair in it and when we complained the manager’s solution was to remove what was left of the food and let us leave without acknowledging how disgusted we were as no one was able to finish their food.

I love Dining at Loui Restaurant! Not only because of the Ambience and Good food but mostly because of the friendly and accommodating Staff! Roman and Islam is the one always assisting me and I always get the best service! I recommend this place to everyone!

Bad management and they don’t respect regular customers. Shame on you really was disappointed for poor management and service.

Since I came to Dubai, I have never felt like home more than coming to this place, the team is amazing, I use to speak about all of them but my last visit I saw a Lovely service specially from Roman. I cannot describe how much he was showing a good interest to serve everyone and to keep asking about the comfort of the clients.thank you for having such wonderful employees here and good luck

One of my worst lunch experiences in a long time! I ordered a tuna sandwich, but it had an off smell. Didn't taste good at all. Only ate half.

There were also flies encircling even though it was pretty quiet, only a handful of tables were occupied.

The waiters were very unfriendly too but one did light a candle for the flies when I asked.

Prices are also very high: I felt ripped off!

Went here for a quick breakfast.

The service was relatively fast however the food tasted very basic.

They gave us some pickles and olives with bread whilst we waited for our order, it didn’t taste very fresh to be honest.

I don’t think we will be back but I guess it did the job of filling us up… it just wasn’t very tasty.

Hello Guys! As a man, who work in hospitality, I wanna share my reviews about this beautifull cafe.

Firstly what I really liked it How everything is look - the place properly organized, the staff with good atitude, menu option is nice.

Quality of food. I order a Lentil soup and Shis Taouk meal, Marococn Tea. The food delivered fast, and taste was nice. The free condiment make me Happy from begining by beautifull picture and atmosphere. Waiter put attention for me and other tables as well.

But. When I finish the soup.no one came. So I finish another meal, and no one came to ask me about that, offer a Desserts, or to remove dirty and empty plates ay least. Which continuate stay till I ask for bill. Please put attention for it.

The food is great, service could be improved. Maybe we were not there at the perfect time hut the place was empty but they seemed to have a big management meeting or something. Anyway the hommos and mutabal portion and taste was great, the yalanji or waraq Enab I had better. The mix grills was good. The price was a bit high I thought, I’m used to use entertainer to reduce the high Dubai prices, but it is your judgement, add a big bottle of water the the food I mentioned and we paid AED250.

High prices comparing with quality

I used to visit Loui in Jumeirah park branch but yesterday my experience was really different in more positive way. Ambiance of the place and decorations are really relaxing n inviting. Food was really delicious, Staff were really super friendly n helpful. Shisha was excellent and value for money thanks to Yehia, he was all the way altered and took good care throughout the day.
This is our first visit but definitely won’t be the last. Just a happy customer and not affiliated in any way.

Every single time I come to this place I regret it. It is over priced, quality is adequate and the service is extremely slow it takes for ever to get something as simple as a bottle of water. I would not recommend this place.

Place is nice. Went to watch football game there. There was a delay in my order for like 45 min. But I understand it was busy. I hope this won't happen again.

Loui JVC is an Excellent Place, everything you need you can find there.
You can set with your friends, work and smoke shisha. Food is delicious.also you will meet there Baraka the best one ever in this cafe shop.

كمان الشكر الكبير جدا على وجود المطرب (اسامه علي) بصراحه مكنتش بحب اسمع مطربين في اى كافيه لكن الاستاذ (اسامه) غير الفكره نهائيا فكرنا بطرب زمان، اختيار الاغانى رائعة متنوعه بين القديم والجديد وكل اغنيه بأحساس مختلف حسب حاله الاغنيه بجد رائع، شكرا جدا ليك اسامه اتمنالك السعادة والتوفيق واكيد اكيد كل يوم خميس وجمعه هنكون موجودين علشان نسمعك.

I had worst food experience on Loui circle mall, Club sandwich was made on hard Rock toasted bread with direct burn cheese and boil egg. Damn it feels like cook comes from deserted dried Place.

Sushi Mix (platter for 4 people). It tastes even more than it looksThough for 4 people won’t be enough…However complimentary mind blowing salad and the juiciest desserts exceeded my expectations, delicious indeed. My personal recommendations

في ناس ويترية مايعرفوش طريقة تقديم الاوردر وعطول عينهم على البنت خاصة لما تكون لحالها وكل شوي يجو يبصو على الطاوله من غير سبب ولو دفعت الحساب كل شوي عينهم على طاولتك الناقص يقولو مع السلامة توكل برا عيدو النظر في الويتويه عيونهم دي لازم تبطل بصبصة شوي الواحد مش قادر ياخد راحته بالمكان من كتر البص فهموهم يركزو في شغلهم مش في البنات وشكرا.
