Good facials (hydra facial) and laser.
I don't like their botox/ fillers - they put to much and rushing appointment. Not giving it the thought it needs.
Also they open at 9am - however they don't answer the phone until 9.30am usually.

So happy with my treatments at Lucia! It’s such great staff, the clinic is so clean and fresh and I always leave refreshed!

I was extremely disappointed at the level of care I received at Lucia Clinic. I went in with high expectations. Treatments are not cheap at all. I booked in to see a dermatologist and was actually told upon arriving that I would see an aesthetician. The price was not lower though.

The front desk staff was not pleasant. Very much judging based on appearances. For the price the clinic is charging, I would expect a little more class. Some of the staff gave a lot more attention to other male patients who appeared to be showing off. Please don't judge a book by its cover and treat each patient the same!

I did a micro-needling treatment. It was not my first time. I never had issues with pain during this treatment and it was always well managed by the dermatologist I was seeing abroad, with proper use of the anaesthetic cream. This time around though, I was on the verge of crying, with one of the worst pain I have felt. I got out of the appointment complement shook, in pain, and in shock of what had just happened. I believe that either 1.the anaesthetic cream used was not strong enough OR 2.it was not left on for long enough OR 3.the settings on the machine used must have been too strong. I am no expert in how to operate these machines and would expect the person administrating the treatment to handle it with proper care according to the patient's needs. I could not breath because of how bad the pain was. The aesthetician did not give me a second to breath. It should NOT hurt that much! As I said it was not my first time and it was absolutely agonizing.

I wish the standards were as high as the cost of the treatments there.

Positive point:
- I was given the nurses' WhatsApp contact info to reach out to in case of issues after the treatment and the aesthetician reached out next day to ask how I was doing. This was something I did appreciate and reassured me.

- Results are great however I will not do it again at that place due to poor pain management.

- The villa where the clinic is located is absolutely stunning however if the treatments and care are not as good, it's not what will make me go back.

I used to go there then stopped because of overall “cheap “ experience now though to go back but it’s not at all worth it. Unprofessional in every step starting from WhatsApp bookings till procedures made there.

Came for the appointment I did 2 weeks in advance, waited 30 mins - the doctor didn’t come up even.
Looks like you really need to plan your time to visit this clinic and be ready to spend extra hour in the queue

If you are getting the medical facials and lasers, "Cheeze" was lovely and knowledge. No experience with the doctors so can't comment on this but Cheeze (her nickname) was great and get the services on offer if you can. Huge discounts but you'll need to wait for the monthly deal.

I was recommended to this clinic. My experience of Lucia Clinic has been great. Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will definitely come back!

Girls on reception are kind. But doctor didn’t amuse me. I think your staff should be more caring about your patients who actually pays money in there. Very cold attitude. And no one still called me back to reschedule my follow up appointment, which is was canceled by doctor for some reason. So definitely not recommended place to go. Too much show off, too many celebrities maybe but doesn’t mean your staff knows how to work with people and do GREAT job to attract customers and keep them. Overrated.

I went on my followup treatment to get another prescription and ask about it, to which I was answered defensively that they cannot be linked. A few days later I had a 13 and 7 hour flight across the world in which I got excruciating eye pain like never before. When I landed I went to the optician and I had dry eye spots and inflammation in my eye (which I've never had in my life before) and I was asked what medication I was taking and the medication is directly linked. If this wasn't identified sooner I could easily have had permanent eye damage due to the dermatologist refusing to explore the possibility of the linkage. I don't get a good vibe from the clinic in terms of ethical practice. It seems that they look for aesthetic results as opposed to actual health

They offered me a full refund after, then I found out I needed to remove this review in order for this to happen.
I tried to proceed with giving them details, they were unable to transfer me money the first time. My followup emails were all ignored, so it's basically full business in terms of trying to make the practice look good. Not what you want from healthcare professionals in general

One of the best place ever I have visited- all the staff were amazing starting from receptionist Zainab till doctor and her nurses and all therapists. This place is my fav. Place in Dubai and whenever I come to UAE I will schedule an appointment

I would recommend Lucia clinic for anyone who is looking for skincare treatments. I had acne and lots of black head on my nose that is when I booked hydra facial treatment with Dr. Alejandra Reyes, I noticed a lot of changes around my nose and face (only after 3 months!) and my skin was much better with the help of her skincare product recommendations. She is very easy going and approachable:). Definitely would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing Doctor Aliya is my favorite doctor ever! She is so kind and professional, she takes great care of my skin and every treatment we did. We did Botox, fillers, lips, and it all went fantastic. Very natural, beautiful result. She is an artist and will never do too much or recommend treatments without careful protocol. Only what really works for you and I can assure you she is really the best!

I do not recommend scheduling with Dr. Evana! She will do treatments you never initially asked for and charge more accordingly. I felt they just want to add on more purchases instead of suggesting what is essentially required for the customer.

Wow. What a lovely day! Everything about the experience felt comfortable straight from the moment I walked into the clinic. The place is stunning. The staff are so nice and friendly. I hadn't received these types of treatments before but the procedures were all explained before going ahead with any treatments and my skin already feels and looks amazing! The technology these guys use is incredible. They offer so many different services to address different areas and they provide true results. This is definitely my go to place in Dubai!

Great experience overall, Dr Alejandra in particular is amazing, she’s responsible for both my coolsculpt and emsculpt treatments and I saw results immediately. Also when I had the emtone treatment for my thighs, she was very considerate when it was painful and she was very cautious not to touch my thigh tattoo.

Nurse Jelena made my cool sculpting experience a very pleasant one. She talked me through the whole process and we were able to target my lower belly fat with one big section. It’s been nearly a month since I’ve done the treatment and can already see results. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jelena!

Had to wait for both appointments, and when I complained about the service received I got a lot of attitude. Expensive, even when you use the entertainer, for what you get.

Dr. Radmila is an excellent surgeon. My acne scars disappeared in no time. My skin looks flawless. But the staff members are very rude and arrogant. My husband hates that the process takes a lot of time.

Tried to book an appointment before heading back to the U. K.but was very rudely spoken to by a receptionist, finally when I did arrive for my consultation the manager decided she wanted to talk regarding my complaint during my consultation time which I would have been charged for, this then went into my potential treatment time which I was then told the Dr had no time. From the start service was bad, wish I didn’t go as waste of time and taxi money there and back. Do not recommend at all as not professional. Also saw a team who were highly editing pictures (walking by the reception you can see the computers in office) before being added to social media pages, why would you need a team to edit pictures so much if the work was good enough? Trust your gut and look elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience at Lucia Clinic, I would recommend it for facials.

The procedure was clearly explained during the facial treatment, the best part about it was that they customize it based on the skin type of their clients. As soon as my posted my experience with the therapist, I got a call from Dr Radmila, Founder of Lucia Clinic who was profusely apologetic and explained the miscommunication that had occurred. She was very empathetic and invited me to the clinic for a hydra facial. My verdict? I absolutely loved it. My skin felt incredible after my facial – plump, bright, soft, and smooth. As someone who has dry and sensitive skin, it felt like a much-needed drink of water. I didn’t need to wear any makeup at all, and all of my fine lines were gone. Whether you’re looking for routine maintenance or have a red carpet event in a day, a hydrafacial is a great treatment.   Do it on its own or combined with others to give your skin a natural glow that will last for a week. I will definitely be doing this treatment consistently with Lucia Clinic.

Such a breath of fresh air to see such incredible customer service and ensuring the customer is happy. She really meant when she said that they ensure amazing experience for ALL clients.

Just had a very disappointing experience at Lucia clinic with Lucy. I booked an appointment for Hydra Facial at 6pm. I confirmed the appointment by WhatsApp and by call. However when I reached there was no parking thereby causing a 10min delay. Anyways I reached and was hoping for a quick consultation, however Lucy took her sweet time to keep questioning me what my concerns are and recommending Botox and what not. I then told her can we please start my Hydra Facial and she says she won’t be able to do my Hydra Facial now as we have used up the time in consultation? So I must book another appointment to go to the clinic for the hydra facial. I was truly shocked! I left my work early to make for my facial to hear that all she can do is an express facial because of the time she took to explain to me everything else than doing the Hydra Facial! Most unprofessional and disappointing experience where they don’t value client time or money! I went to this clinic after recommendations from Huda, Mona and many influencers. How could you refuse to do facial after I have taken and confirmed the appointment for an Hydra Facial. After she saw I was upset Lucy is like ok ok i will do it for you but I can only do express facial. I don’t want you pity facial and rushing on my face and mind you i was willing to pay a lot for this famous Hydra Facial! Do not recommend it at all and in the end it was a pure waste of my valuable as I learn everything about Botox, fillers and PRP and did not even get my treatment.

I highly recommend lucia clinic to everyone who will visit dubai. As for my own experience they are very professional and all the staff are well trained. I had skin tag that annoy’s me a lot, thanks to Dr Radmila I had it removed. They even have the latest technology as they are the first who got Dermapen 4 in dubai which they used for my scars. Even my wife who’s so picky loves the place. She did her nose filler with Dr Marta, and she’s on cloud 9. Over all our trip in dubai is worth it. Thanks to lucia clinic.
