Sincerely Thanking Karama lulu for Such a Wonderful Shopping Experience .Especially to Mr.Aminul Nazeer korath (Home Appliance Staff).When Iam getting Notification from Google to Review 'About lulu Center karama'.He is the One is to Answer because My Grandparents also with me.my Grandfather have Hearing problem.but He is the one have the final decision for all thing .Mr.Aminul Co ordinate with us and Corporate to choosing the right one.He try his best for Making My family Convinced and at all his product knowledge is really Appreciatable.this is one of our Remarkable shopping experience and Really thank you for your excellent service to the company and your contribution to its growth. An institution in and of itself, the Karama Lulu is unique in that it is spread out horizontally, with different buildings housing the grocery section, electronics section, and clothing section. It is not the largest Lulu, and parking can be quite the issue some days, but it's usually pretty well-stocked, and located right behind Karama Centre. The aforementioned parking can usually be tackled by using the paid parking facilities either in front of Lulu, or behind Karama Centre.

Parking get crowded by evening

One of the first lullu markets is this. The food and beverage items are ok for purchasing.but the electronic and clothing collection are very old models are still there

Worst place ever got such experience, the staff who is working as security (SUDARSHAN KAMMU, ID NO 341968). I just bought 5 AED product 2 packs total 10 AED (I paid @ cashier and since I was hurry to go I said the cashier girl no need bill. Security guy didn’t even inform to bring back bill before exit. By 11.15 pm I did my purchase and I was hurry to go hospital to see my friend who asked me to buy, suddenly the security stop and asked me bill, I said sorry why are you asking only my bill. I got very shocked front of me so many customers passed he didn’t even check anyone’s and suddenly only for which unfair at all and he let me not even out. I got really upset. And I asked his name he is showing his back refusing to say his name as well. Then the service staff came and asked the issue then I explained her. They gave me answer ppl who carry with bag they won’t check but the ppl who carry in the harms they will check. I don’t want waste my money paying amount to buy the bag. Finally I asked them to give my money back with bill. They didn’t give either my money which I paid in the counter for the product either my product. Such attitude guys working over there. Mr. Arun (manager) don’t even have patience & when I got hurt and insulted by the security he asked me to come next day to solve this silly problem. But he forgot to give customer money which was customer paid either product. They’re asking me to understand they’re invisible and they’re mind words policies. And if lulu have the policies for customers they should make aware. Without any awareness expecting customer to be perfect which so wrong and rude. Only this karama branch has such policies. And such attitude staffs. I’m just making awareness cz I don’t want someone else also to face this issues again.

A smaller version of Lulu hypermarket, yet had most of the essential groecery and household goods. Plenty of parking in the open lot at the back. The store can feel cramped due to available space yet not very crowdedb mostly so can shop easily. Less staff for support.

Prompt, efficient and good value for money.
Helpful staff was able to understand my need for a suitcase and patiently explained pros and cons of the diff brands in stock.

Lulu is the center with availability of all the things under the sky with pocket friendly budget. 10/10?

Lulu Hypermarket Al Karama known as a Old Lulu Karama and Divided into 3 Sperate store Departmental Supermarket and Garments in same line Buildings where you can find many items home appliances etc and paid parking in front and surrounding of the area

تعجبت من وجود ثلاث أن لم تكن أربع لانني اكتفيت بقسمين لانه تفاجئت بوجود كل قسم منهم في بناية مستقلة ، يستحق الزيارة

They have customer service team and floor manager who is least bothered about customer complaints, and very disappointed to see this service from Lulu

No free parking, and three shops are located just in different building in same line.
Supermarket, garments, and electronics.

I have been there to purchase garments for Diwali and my vacation plan. I was confused in what to select. As all are better for one another. Good chpices and collections.
As its Lulu offers are always there

Staff and Supervisors are least bothered about customers in Karama Branch. After registering a complain in Customer care, Supervisor diverted the complain to staff and supervisor vanished from the scene.
Very bad shopping experience!
