I was been regular customer for late many years. But I feels like they loosing many customers because of not having good customer service team.

PROS
Branded / originals electronics

CONS
- certainly Outdated demonstration electronics
- Price is not not competitive prices too high
- Staff has not much technical knowledge

No delivery for items below 200 dirhams.even you are in the same building.
Pathetic customer service.

Not good. It's like small electronics shop. Even no latest mobiles are not available. Very bad reception

Quality original products.but some items little bit expensive than outside eg-earphones.but they offer quality warranty

Had lots of variety and different price ranges to suit all pockets. Ended up buying some gadgets which i had resisted buying from other outlets for almost a year.

Good place for buying all type of house hold items.
Sometimes good offers and provide goods items. Nice place to visit with family in weekends.
Parking behind the karama centre is free on all fridays with lots of spaces and other days it's payable per hours as per rta norms.

I could not find most famous brands there. Some people may find it as a enjoyable place but it was not true for me.

Revisited this place after 5 years and it still feels cramped up and messy. Products shoved away rather untidly onto shelves and sales people busy gossiping away with each other. And it isn't even that cheap FYI.
