LuLu Hypermarket, Souk Warsan

It's a very good experience shopping here, with a good variety of products under one roof

Everything is available here, just like in other supermarkets. Prices for some things are a little higher, for others there are regular prices and there are promotions/discounts.

I found this to be the least crowded Lulu Hypermarket in UAE. There were hardly 8-10 customers on a Monday evening (at 7pm) despite this being way bigger than many other Lulu Hypermarket stores.
Since this is located close to International City, which is predominantly a Chinese community, there are a lot of products from China and South East Asian countries. There were not many offers but the variety of the Chinese products won't be found in other Lulu stores.

I find their own staff (wearing Lulu uniform) in the supermarket always has the priority to jump over the queue and check out, pay money first, even though there is a long queue in behind, and ignoring the many angry waiting customers.

And the cashier staffs like to chat with colleagues more than his / her own cashier work. Usually a customer stands right in front, but cashier just can't stop chatting, sometimes also stays outside of the counter. These behaviors can be seen almost daily.

Managers, supervisors please spend some time and look into these issues. And as a result, always I can see customers suddenly become angry against the cashier. No one likes ''cold face'' and to be treated in an unfair manner.: (

Rates are comparatively higher than those at Nesto, and they also lack offers to attract customers' attention.

We found most of the items are comparatively more pricy than other lulu hypermarket, only the promotion items have good price. But overall it's good one, plenty options are there. Readymade food options were good and available in reasonable price. Pastries and vmcakes were good too.

Pretty descent lulu hyper market … it’s not very crowded … not much is food aisle but u get everything that u usually get in lulu … there is parking available too

My order have 50 small items
But I’m waited 1 hour 35 minutes to receive my order
The worker of this market not work properly bring one item then go rest room or washroom same as they wasted my important time
So my humble request to lulu mangement please see your staff

Advertising for sale price but, actually they increased their price and showing after the sale price!

finally we are getting for normal price, which is available in market already.

Good place for cheap shopping specially shoes. All other items are also in reasonable price.

Low quality thimgs. Fake products. Very bad electronics. Never buy or try to avoid buying from here. There quality of prodcuts is very bad. Deals and offers are only to fool you.

Worst experience ever! I came to the foot section from 5pm and there was no staff to assist till 5: 40pm. This is Lulu Warsan Souq! A huge HYPERMARKET with no staff and the supervisor is not even answering the calls. The lady making announcements which is falling on deaf ears! How is it people are working and not aware who are the people on duty! Very incompetent! When I went to complain to the so called customer service she herself was confused and said after 7pm there will be a staff so who are these people walking around in Lulu uniform aimlessly?

The perfect place for shopping with family's. No gathering at all. Everything is fine.large parking space, not too crowded inside, everything is fine.

It’s a really nice store and yeah it even has a separate electronic and department store They should get more products like eggless cakes from the other lulu branches.

This is our shopping place for all required items at home.mostly all daily required items are available there

No real promotions & offers, my items that available in the hypermarkets are not available in this branch, ready food counter is good, parking is ok, the place still new and still need development

Had a very bad experience today in the toy section. The staff in the toy section Mr. Mujeeb’s behavior was very disappointing. He was shouting at us. Doesn’t know to respect women. Not ready to accept his fault. The manager was polite and he apologized to us. First time having an experience like this.

Lulu is good having diverse varieties of groceries, ready made food, electronics, apparels,

New shop at this location.
All materials are available with affordable price.
Parking also available with free.
Less crowd found all the times.

It's not like other Lulu hypermarket, the arrangements are not good. It's complicated to find the products

But one and only hypermarket with different varieties for whole international city and warsan 4.

No working shops except Lulu and a couple of more businesses no shoppers. Look like a ghost house.

Souk Warsan, is the Second phase of International City. Good for residence, very neat and clean.

Lulu is good for grocery but not for butchery. Clothes and footwear, electronics are good.

Newly opened lulu at souq warsan, very clean and neat, it is not crowded at all, you can find staff free to assist customers, usually can't find staff in hypermarkets to help in finding product.

Very good place, found all the snacked I wanted, but once, I found half of the sprite cans bent

New and spacious LuLu for people's in and around international city. No rush at all at this point of time and hence very safe to shop as well.

New place but customer service is very poor.
Asked a staff to get me an item, he directed it to another staff and the other didn't even bother, no courtesy to tell me whether they have product or not.

Waited for 15 minutes.very disappointing

If you have your own vehicle then you can come here for shoping (vegetables, groceery & cloths etc). I do not have own vehicle and this place does not have taxi facility so i walked to my place persia cluster.

It's very convenient location since it's close to home. But they don't have much promotion/offer unlike other branch.

Lulu near you means you can find anything there. Huge departmental store upstairs and supermarket on ground place. Open till 12am.

I liked the first floor of this lulu as many kitchen utensils and crockery were there. We bought a TOPLINE IDLY MAKER COOKER. It was written stainless steel but the central piece was not steel it was carbon steel rod and screw was iron. So it got rusted after 2 weeks.

Great shopping experience. Weekend offers are good time to shop. Very spacious and well managed and like other lulu's I have been to in past.

They need to improve their billing section. Always crowded. One star is only for billing issues. They need to add more billing counters on front side.

Free parking outside and a narrow outlet. No much collections comparing their other hypermarkets

Newly opened, huge hypermarket. Found vegetable and fruits very cheap. Lots of offers and promotions for other items also. Easy and lots of parking spaces available

Newly opened. Compared to other LULU'S this one's a baby one. You won't find all stuff that you get in the other lulu.

It's the biggest in the Warsan or Mushrif area but butchery section is small.quite spacious from branded clothing to branded electronic and home appliances

Except for the long walk to go upstairs either way, convenient and closely located for International City locals.

Lu Lu hyper market is newly opened.
Close to warsan village villas.
Clothing, food stuff, household, shoes, kids toys.
Fresh fruit vegetables.
Every kind of meet.

Good place to have everything under one roof, in the residential its the only big super market,
They are requested to control their prices as I have experienced it in Sharjah so here prices are bit high
