Well organized, able to get almost anything and everything here with Supermarket, food court, restaurant, salon, gold shops, perfume shops and an aquarium shop as well.
Traffic to get to here is a little difficult. Also, the new parking system doesn't make sense. If we spend more than 1 hour, and haven't spend above 50 AED then parking fee is 10 AED which is quite unacceptable.
I Rashid Mulla would like to tell you all that I had got selected in the hypermarket in barsha (UAE) due to my skin problems and family problems I went to speak with the HR regarding my problem but they dint even meet me nor gave me to explain my issue. I had joined my job on 23th September. Without listening to anything they told me to pay 3000 dirham as they took their experience money and they also told me that if I don't come within 5 days I had to pay 6000 dirham. I managed to arrange 3000 dirham n paid their money as I was suffering from severe skin allergy. They didn't give me any receipt for which i had paid 3000 dirham for my experience and they just one copy to submit in Head office in that it was written as vender and I was the staff of LULU hypermarket Barsha (UAE). I would like to tell you that I didn't even get any respect from the HR department. They need to 1st learn how to talk with their new staff as they have selected n took us I have never seen such a horrible HR department in my career they only know to respect their people n not other people coming from other countries.
Very hard to get a taxi specially in the evening. A lot of taxis from careem will cancel it when I ordered from them. The supermarket needs a lot of products. A bit pricey compared to other big supermarkets. I love their bakery section though.
One of the oldest hyper market in Dubai. You’ll find all types of brands and currency exchange there. They have a good space for parking. I bought a nebuliser from there at a good discounted price from a pharmacy.
The cardboard box would taste better than the so called Shushi inside it. It's hard to believe that someone can actually make shushi taste so bad. Why venture into stuff which is beyond you? Stay in your comfort zone!
One of the biggest Lulu hypermarket in UAE. Almost all the items of daily need can be found here. Very close to Mall of Emirates. Vast car parking space

One of Indian Security guard is worst, he didn't know how to talk to ladies And he is not fully aware of what is customer service and how to talk to the people. He need training or move to other place this person not good in mall, he pulling mall reputation down. I really didn't t like to go and I wll suggest to my friend and relative not go lulu hypermarket in albarsha that is not a safe place.
LuLu Hypermarket has all the things you need on a daily basis and more. Traffic around the area is atrocious, but thats probably because its next to MOE. I still recommend it!
A very big hypermarket store, you can get almost everything from groceries to utensils, fashion, lifestyle, electronic under one roof. One stop shopping for everything u want.
One stop shop for all indian groceries and fresh vegetables & fruits. Not necessarily economical or cheap but not exorbitant either. Fresh food section is better than carrefour.
Bought a fridge which I'm not satisfied coz its too noisy but they are not letting me return it just because it has no defect in it. This store does not value CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

In Dubai i have seen one different think. There is full body sanitation system for who entering the building. Its make safe and comfortable shoping experience.
Groceries here are cheaper than other supermarkets, I am not sure why but doing groceries here has a vibe that is not with other supermarkets. It feels like some items here are fresher, they are also selling cooked foods for cheaper price, like pizzas and some other food stuffs. I am coming here regularly with my sister.
Worst online shopping experience ever. It's one of the best places to go and purchase but terrible services if you want to buy online. Don't waste your precious time trying to order through website, app, trying to send them email or trying to call. It will only ruin your day and mood. They are offering a service that they cannot handle, shame indeed.
I purchased a tourner today (cannon PG-445). It was already opened and re packed such a way that nobody could identify.almost 14 years done homeneed purchases in Dubai never happened like this before.i kept on on call the TP land line no mentioned in the bill no body bother to answer (before closing.this is ridiculous work done by the staffs.really i want ed management to do an investigation on this. Receipt no 245866 1. Cartridge packed box was open from down side and sticked by cello Tape 2.in side the box the seal was open 3. Cartridge seal pleastick pease orange color was pulled out I want customer to check the packing thoroly is there any sellotape applied on the original packing.
Worst customer service. Cant provide a proper email to reach customer service Dept. My order has not arrived and has been conveniently changed to PICK up. When it clearly mentiones on the invoice DELIVERY. Pelase cll back immediately.
Do not purchase electronics with extended warranty. This is of no use. They will never response to you for your complaint during extended warranty periods. Worst experience ever with after sales service representative. They have no policy for resolving such issues. You are the only person who will take follow up for your complaints.
