I purchased 3 pairs of Aline yoga pants from the other branch in Dubai Mall 4 days ago. I left them in the bag with the tags on. Clearly never worn or even touched. I had tried them on only once. The “ Manager Ahmed Sammen was so unhelpful and rude. He began to assist me in the exchange; I didn’t want a refund, just a direct exchange. I also had selected 4 other items to purchase. He then told me he could not exchange and I had to go to the Dubai Mall and show them so they can determine if they wish to accept the exchange! The product was clearly faulty and still had the label in the bag with the receipt. He told me he had called the manager at the other store and they told him I had to go there for the product to be assessed. I was on my last day in Dubai and didn’t have time to go across town to the Dubai Mall. Ahmed told me he had called the manager at the Dubai mall lulu Lemon and it was he who was blocking the exchange. I later discovered that no such call was made, and it was Ahmed’s own decision.

I called the manager directly at the Dubai Mall branch who told me “ sorry for the inconvenience, I will call Ahmed and tell him to make the exchange. Also that he had not previously told anyone that morning not to exchange a faulty product!

Ahmed was not happy about this and called back and told the manager it was “ wear & tear” absolutely not true. Yet he lied to my face and said he wished he could help but there is nothing he can do. I called the Manager at the Dubai Mall store again, his name was Michael, he was professional and helpful and explained to me that Ahmed had told them it was damaged caused by me!

Ahmed was arrogant and more concerned in being right than serving the customer. I can buy as many as a wish, it’s not about money but the principle. The product was defective and I’ve been a customer of this brand for several years.

I’ve never been spoken too that way or lies made up about phone calls that took place.

I wanted to purchase several other items as it is my last day in Dubai, I refused to buy from a store where the manager is arrogant and made up stories. Never had such a bad experience in a store in my life, especially not in Dubai where people are friendly and kind.

Worst customer service in any Lulu store. I’ve been buying Lulu since the bus days in Kelowna and have always had amazing service. This stores manager left me with nothing but with a sour taste and a bag full of Nike instead. So disappointed from a brand I love

Could find my sizes but mostly the staffs on the floor seemed bored, lacking energy and didn't want to be bothered

I have one of the best experience at Lululemon Mall of Emirates. Mallika and Andrea were very supportive, excellent customer service, very helpful in selecting and showing different options. I love the way they were giving information about all the products, amazing collection and very positive vibes. Just loved it

Becareful of what you buy, you might just ended up buying two exactly same pieces

Went back to exchange for poor quality and the store manager innuendoes - I tried to break it and went back for an exchange plus I wore it for ONE day after purchasing
Pointed to the defected items in the shop and still on sale, the manger told me not to pull it, rudely

Bought my piece on Thursday night, Friday found out multiple thread head, cut off and take care one ended the whole piece of the fabric is broken

Didn’t take care the other two similar thread heads and went back to the shop and then the story happened

Very disappointed after being a loyal fan of lulu for 10 year

Dear Lululemon, all your clothes are amazing, great quality and color, but please care about your staff in the shop, teach them, train them, because last visit of your shop makes me very upset and desire to buy your clothes disappeared.

The staff are the only reason I stopped shopping here. They won’t leave you alone, forcefully suggest the wrong sizes and the worst part is that there are male staff roaming around the ladies section offering help. I don’t understand how male staff (no matter how trained) are supposed to help ladies find their sizes, especially with certain items. They even offer to take your selected items to the fitting rooms. A very uncomfortable experience every time.

Poor collection, staff are like glue they don't let you look around and are constantly on your back. They literally look at you from head to toe which makes you feel uncomfortable.
Over priced compared to back home.
Won't be visitng again.

Amazing high quality sports wear. Their clothes are so well thought out and very well made. Expensive, but worth it if you are in sports wear often.
