I totally recommend Lux Salon to everyone who is looking for a place to get themselves pampered, I got my hair done with Nazli - the new Turkish hair specialist and I loved the results so much! She is an expert in getting what you want done without damaging the hair and with natural classy result, it was exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, it is my new go-to for anything related to hair as I'm picky and this salon nailed my trust. Of course, also their other services are amazing like Moroccan bath, facial and nails.a one place shop for all you need

They are great I used to go to them but they don’t have a Stable price every two weeks they change the prices and get expensive more in each time

Tried to book an appointment and they completely ignored me while they were online and posting.also told me that i won a giveaway with their salon then saw someone post about how they won the giveaway and got the services which was very disappointing.

Bad service, special the cashier they post offers on instagram and when we go they tell us that they don’t have

Got polygel extensions by Mhalen and my hair cut and colored by Rawan. Thank you guys for the service, truly loved everything.
Definitely recommend it!

They charge henna 150 dhs on Eid which is understandable HOWEVER, there was BARLEY some color came out! So unfair

What can I say. First off the owner Sara is the sweetest Azizam ever. She’s very polite and super caring towards her customers. The morrocan bath is excellent probably the best I ever had in Dubai by this Morrocan lady named Zahra. Overall a great spot with amazing packages and just a wonderful time.

Best salon ever! I didn’t expect the prices comparing to the quality. Hair stylist (haseeba) did my hair style. OMG it was amazing and only for 150! Everyone asked me at the wedding. Makeup artist was the only person who did the makeup the way I want since my wedding day! Highly recommended, please LUX don’t change your prices. You are the one and only

The owner is extremely nice and down to earth. Service was top class. Very neat gellish manicure and pedicure. Looking forward for morrocan bath now. Its a must bisit to this salon on umm sequim street. Staff is very cooperative. Sonya and Anu did a great job.really hard working ️

Mahlen did for me the best Gelish manicure. However, Michelle chose the color and I really like it. It feels like summer vibes.
Also their service is amazing. They offered me coffee made by Michelle, felt great after a long day at work.
I visit their salon weekly and everytime the experience get better.
Love all the girls in the salon especially Mahlen, Michelle and Jhoan.

I came to Lux salon the 13 January for manicure. During the treatment, the girl use a cuticle nippers and accidentally injured my thumb and I bled. After 2 days I start to feel pain under my thumb nail but I didn't make the connexion between the injurie and my pain. After 10 days, the injury get worst and get infected and I had to go to the doctor, who directly ask me if I recently went to a manicure, which I did. Now I need to take antibiotics for 1 week, and worst case get a small surgery to get the pus out (at my expense).

I came back to Lux salon to let them know what have happen to me, and I spoke to the manager on the phone. She told me that I should have come 2 days after the manicure to complain and to show the infection if I want to complain. Even if I had done what she asked, the infection was not visible because it was cover by the nail polish.

The manager made me understand that nothing was their responsibility because this situation has never happened before and all the tools are disinfected. But factually, I bled during the treatment and the nail got infected.

I am especially amazed at this lack of professionalism because I have not received any compensation whatsoever.

Love coming here! The staff is so nice and always do a great job on my manicure and pedicure. They have specials and good prices. The staff and owner are always polite. Really relaxing place.

I have been looking for a hair salon as I am new in Dubai and I am happy to say I have found THE one. Sooo happy with my new hair style. Will definitely see me again

Loved the experience at LUX ladies salon. The staff is very accommodating and tends to your needs. My hair was in a bad shape. They corrected the colour and gave me a good haircut. I am happy with the outcome. Would definitely visit again.

Michelle and Anun are the best, very friendly.and The lady who cut my hair she is also amazing and professional, she knows exactly what I want without explaining too much. The place is super clean. My first visit and I really enjoyed all the services, I usually go to Tips and Toes but now this is going to be my favorite salon, I can my hair the hair technician name Hassiba, and the Mani-Padi was done by Gypsy & Malen and I did also face Bleaching and waxing and I did my eyebrow the technician name is Jhoan, the customer services is one of the top salon here in AlBarsha, loved their hospitality and how they really spoiled the customers, they gave me 20% in total bill as for my first visit, and they also offer Esaad and Fazaa discounts

Amazing salon I ever tried, very neat and clean, the best art work and gelish manicure and pedicure, costumer service 100% satisfaction. Staff are very friendly and very professional they will make you very comfortable. Amazing place to go. If you looking for a good salon that will make your nails look classy you have to try this. I've been to several salons in my 5 years in Dubai and this is by far the best I've been to. It doesn't attract much on the outside but it's so much bigger in the inside. The interior is nice and is very soothing. The staff are accommodating and very professional especially Ma Lynn and Gypsy.

The staff of Lux Ladies Salon are truly experienced and professional which make you feel so relaxed and welcomed when visiting for any service.

They have a huge choice in cool nail art with true talented nail technicians. I highly recommend Ilene of whom did an amazing job on my nails 2 months in a row with Gelish Nail Treatment. My nails lasted without damage the whole time and I do my own cleaning.

The salon offers coffee, snacks and true hospitality. It is super luxurious with very affordable prices. Thanks again everyone! Highly recommended.

I went to dye my hair with my friends and it was amazing. I did balyage with toning and the result was really amazing I was so surprised! Overall I had such a great experience. The salon has positive vibes and energy when you go in. The staff and the owner are all super kind and friendly. They kept giving me compliments all over the day. They have really good packages and the pricing was great for me (as a university student). They offered free Henna as well for first time visits which I really liked. They also offered me something to drink and biscuits to eat and chocolates. I left the salon really happy honestly and I’m 100% coming back here again and bringing my mom. Also the interior decor is really nice and relaxing. I’ve had the BEST salon experience ever specially that the staff were SUPER nice and they all made my day

I went for my root touch up haircut, Heena for hands, manicure and pedicure. They did a great job. Loved my Heena design and the colour would definitely recommend.
