Awful company. This is another Dubai car rental scam company’s stay clear of them. They still have not refunded my deposit for a car hire over a month ago. The car they gave me was in awful condition with extensive damage to the body work. Do not use this company. They have terrible customer service and are a fraudulent company.

Extremely pleased with the overall interaction and experience. I have rented a Lambo Urus which I have used it for one day but whole process of car rental went very smooth and the communication with Avdesh and the rest of the team made me feel like a real valued customer. Next time in Dubai these guys will be my first choice. Thank you Uptown Rent a Car team!

I rented an S Class cabrio from them. The experience was great, they brought the car at the airport and also took it back from the location I wanted. It has been 2 weeks since the rental and I already got my deposit back.

Excellent selection of cars, from SUVs to luxury and sport vehicles. They delivered and picked up the car to and from my hotel, were responsive within minutes when I contacted them to extend my rental or change the return time and location. Everyone i interacted with (Joban, Tahir and Ashish) was helpful and very courteous. The prices are reasonable considering the high-end quality of the cars, and the extra convenience of such good service makes it an easy choice over the more traditional big names in rental.

Rented the Merc GLC and AMG GTC for 3 days. We were offered a deal like no other which seemed to good to be true. Unlike many other rentals, we received the cars in great condition and handed it back over without any hassle from their end. Anytime we required their help, they were always available, reachable and supportive beyond their limit.

Special thanks to the very trustworthy and sincere James&John for ensuring everything went smoothly and perfectly. For supercars rental, I can't think of a better spot and will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable experience renting a Lamborghini from Uptown LLC this June. John was very easy to deal with and very professional. They provide you with a video of the car before and afterwards so you know there is no scamming, as well as providing a spotless car at the start. It was my first time in dubai and I have read all sorts of bad things regarding hiring top end vehicles, but uptown rent a car we're recommended to me by a family member who has used them before.

Everything was straight forward, car was given to us with a full tank of fuel and had been freshly valeted for us also. We had zero issues with the car or the service.

You have the option to take out a damage waver for small scratches etc. The guys here are very fair and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to hire a car in dubai whether its a normal car or a top end car. Their rates are very good.
Once your done with the car they will pick it up from your apartment, hassle free.

Honestly this company made everything so simple for me on my trip, I needed a car but when I was looking around the rates were ridiculously higher than usual. I was put in to contact with fazal through my freind who came to Dubai last year and used uptown rent a car llc, I was put through to fazal, true gentleman, tells you how it is and he gave me the confidence to hire my car without any stress.

The car drove as beautiful as it looked, very clean and fully loaded.

I had zero issues with the whole process and upon returning the car i occurred zero additional charges. They collected the car from the apartment and were very polite and professional. Hire with confidence, ask for fazal, he's the man.

What an awesome experience! We rented a Ferrari F8. When they ran into to snag with providing the car for our rental period they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and promptly provided us with a replacement until it could be worked out. The end result was us being able to have a Lamborghini for half the rental period and the Ferrari for the second half of the re rental period. They even extended the rental period by several hours to make up for the mixup. Cars were awesome. Service was awesome. Highly recommend this company! They are a super professional company and so accommodating. Avdesh was so great to work with. Seriously this was so much fun!

Rented a car from uptown due to a friends recommendation and honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. Shiny from the uptown team arranged me a beautiful 2020 G63 that Ashish delivered to me at the airport as soon as I arrived the car was waiting. Ashish was so clear about the terms and conditions and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. Then I had a beautiful experience of driving the car and when it came to the end, Fazal came and picked the car up from my hotel at 5 am which I was so happy with and done the pick up in such a professional polite manner that I was so comfortable that I chose the right company. Nothing short of amazing! Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon from Atlanta, and was blown away at the professionalism of our customer service representative Fazel. At one point, we had a flat tire and he was there to replace it within less than an hour! If you’re looking for possibly the best place to rent a luxury car for a special occasion, THIS IS THE PLACE. If you’re wondering what car we had, we had the Rolls Royce Dawn with the navy blue exterior and an the Orange Interior. It was NICE! Also did I mention ITS A CONVERTIBLE! We got looks EVERYWHERE we went with the top down lol.

Once again, if you’re looking for a nice and reputable place to rent a luxury car, this is definitely the best place if it’s your first time to Dubai and you’re wondering who to go with. Also they’re 24/7 which is a HUGE plus for someone who’s not familiar with the area or anyone here. If you’re from the states, call them anytime and they’ll pick up. If you need help or a recommendation personally from me, I recommend Fazel! He’s awesome!

Ashish, the person whom I was in touch is a very friendly guy, explained everything very well, communicated easily and quickly via WhatsApp - overall did that little bit extra for me to feel good. Delivering car to the hotel, picking it up, settling the paperwork - all went very smooth.
Very pleasant and convenient point was being able to pay for the car by debit card, and put the security deposit on a credit card (Amex in fact!), that some high-street companies won’t do.
