I saw Mac Pack’s trucks, and their crew looked very professional so I took a mental note. Just move with them today.

I called Rick to move and he was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating to my move dates. The process was simple and straightforward.

The crew is so tidy and clean, they even wrap your couch and mattress in brand new cling film, if you know other movers they use the same random cloth on your beddings so that was refreshing.

They unpacked exactly how things were.

Would recommend them to anyone who has precious furniture and want the movers to care for it like their own.

Fantastic service from start to finish, hands down the most stress free move I have undertaken in the last 15 years in Dubai. Can’t recommend their services highly enough. I will never use anyone else. Punctual, friendly, efficient and so helpful.

Rick and the team were excellent to cater to our needs. We were probably one of their most difficult customers. In the middle of a move into our new home which was having work done to it. Builders delayed us moving in on the day we originally booked with MacPack. We called a few days before the move date and were able to move our date thanks to ricks efforts. Then on the day of removal, our builders still had not got the house to an acceptable state to move our stuff in so very quickly they guys managed to secure us storage for a week and have just delivered our goods safely a week later. Communication from the whole team was excellent. Highly recommend. I hope I don’t need to use MacPack again as I’m done with renovations and moving house but I’m sure my wife will have us moving again in 5years as usual… big thanks again to Rick and the team. Moving is the hardest and most stressful thing in the world. Rick and Claire were incredibly warm and accommodating from the start. Honestly the best transition I have had to go through (for the 2nd time). Mac Pack have moved me twice and both times it’s been a flawless experience. Today was the second time and their attention to detail and reassurance along the way was so comforting.

I have just had the most stress free move with Mac Pack! I loathe moving and I always hold my breath as you just never know what state your items will arrive in on the other side. I am very particular about my things and the team took great care to ensure that nothing was damaged. One guy even held a room diffuser for the trip to make sure it didn't spill! They are professional, happy and super fast. I highly highly recommend Mac Pack!

I can thank you guys enough such a great team of guys, professional, smart, and so hard working
They had to carry a large solid very heavy sleeper style dining table down 4 flight as it wouldn’t fit the lift and they did it without any complaints.
Everything individually packed at one end and unpacked and set up at the other. Nothing damaged and everything in its place, even the dishwasher and washing machine plumbed in.
I have recommended them to so many friends now as I fully trust them, they even relocated my sister from Dubai to New Zealand.

Moving is a stressful process, but is always made that much easier with this company.

Excellent moving experience. Fast and without issues. The guys were very careful and took care of everything (packing, moving, unpacking & reassembling). We had a few heavy items that had to be taken upstairs and they did it without issues. Even the security was impressed with their professionalism. They also made sure everything was tidy by the time they left.
