Avoid if you are an individual trying to get a shipment processed through them because you will get the least priority

A shipment of personal effects shipped from UK.
Value 1500 dhrm small pallet
1. I was sent a letter to sign absolving this company from ANY liability before they will even process the paperwork, said letter full of abbreviations incomprehensible to a shipping industry outsider
2. Charged 900 dhrm to obtain one piece of paper (delivery order)
3. No advice, guidance or assistance offered for the next step in the process.
4.you are channelled (forced) into using a forwarding agent that you have to find yourself to obtain a customs clearance.
5.pay a further 1800 dhrms for them to process paperwork and deliver a 60 x 100 x 60 box
Total cost for delivery of 1500 dhrms of personal effects 3650 dhrms
the whole system is set up to suck money out of your wallet. Note:
I did try to deal with customs house directly but they sent me back to a commercial forwarding agent?
