Not a hygienic place to eat. The service has become worse, and they don't bother you if go there regularly.

My experience was very bad, very slow service, food was cold and tasteless, telling to wait for more than 1.5 hours after the food was ordered.

A typical madras mess with great veg food. They serve the authentic soft Mysore pak too. Love the dosas here

Nasty service and food. Same people/hands serving food and cleaning tables. The guy serving food like he is giving it as charity. Highly not recommended and no satisfaction.

If you go there and have food, then it's good but if you want delivery.it take a very long time, even if nearby.

Cannot compare taste with Saravana Bhavan, Aryas or vasant bhavan

Food quality is good but they don't live up to their delivery time which I don't understand why it's impossible.

Today, I made an order at 07: 13, gentleman who took the order asked me, shall I deliver right away? To my requirement, I had requested the delivery to be at 08: 15 to which he confirmed 100%. After 3-4 follow-up calls the order finally arrived at 08: 55.

They need to learn from their competitors nearby, even if it takes 30mins or 45mins, they at least say it takes so much time and delivers accordingly.

Commitment to delivery needs to be improved significantly!

Reasonably priced south Indian restaurant with average quality of food. Had lunch from there once.

A decent vegetarian reataurant. Their ghee roast and masala dosa is good in taste. Chutneys are more attractive. Friendly staff

Food is at very reasonable price, dosa was delicious, we also tried North Indian Thali, it was not so good

So far meals is not that good, tiffins almost all the time even by 10am is out but what ever tiffins are available it tasts good as of like other Madras hotels around.

Very tasty and traditional… But they are not delivering even to nearest location 3km
they are not available with service providers too…
Whether the owner aware about this?

Expensive, and no too much tasty north indian thali, only the thing is, masala dhosa you will get here very tasty and cheaper.even all masala dhosa you will get here very tasty.

This single star rating is only for Madras veg AL NAHDA 1 branch after facing the same issue for more than a couple of times. Absolutely terrible customer service and very long waiting time for our order to be delivered on plate. Minimum it takes 45 minutes and there is no order of serving.person who comes in at last will have his food delivered first.

As a regular customer of Madras veg. I never faced this issue with rest of the branches I visited in Abu hail / Abu backer. NAHDA 1 branch is worst. I would not suggest anyone to go there.
