Kindly be aware when you take mess from them even if they miskept the food in some other room no they will blame you for taking the food and still raising an issue for the food not being delivered. Even in the winter season like this the food is being spoiled then think of their food in summers in Dubai.

Ordered food took 3 hours to be delivered. Couldn't contact the restaurant. Very disappointing!

If you wanna be healthy please don't eat from this restaurant. Had breakfast morning pongal and vada after eating the food I drank at least 2 litre of water in an hour and I have a burning sensation and acidity problem they are adding too much of soda powder in there food. So please take care guys.

Must try their Idly and nalli curry combination and their pulav and biryanis are nice and spicy.home delivery and takeaway facilities, they have opened a new branch in Sharjah.

5 star for taste of food,
Shop is extended amd din in space increased than before, service quality improved, clean and higine dine in area, when i see kitchen it was too dirty in the floor, i had dinner with my friend, not too expensive comoared to other tamilnadu restaurents.

Worst Customer service
I had ordered breakfast from them in which they had not sent the items completely. Some items were missing and they collected the money for that too, and when enquired about that, instead of sending the missing item they told us to collect the money back which is quite unacceptable. Moreover the person who attended the call was very rude as well. Not recommending this restaurant for anyone.

Just one mutton curry that’s it? And 2 different rasams in 3 containers! Horrible food and not the worth which they charged so much. Never going to order again.

Worst experience ever! Beware of this restaurant which clears their stock and not deliver what you ordered. I ordered for vada and they delivered onion pakoda in the name of vada.its a mere cheating of customers.this restaurant is not even worth half a star.

It's a good Tamil restaurant in International City. Mutton Biryani is best there. Dinner dishes also good.

Very tasty Tamil Restaurant in Dubai Internationalcity and They are giving very good dine -in service. Also the tasete are same as Madurai and south tamil nadu

Had an horrible experience, won't visit or order again. It's because of the staff behavior at the cash counter (I think his name is navanee) and the management. Very arrogant behavior to customer. I normally don't give one star or write bad review as i know the difficulty in running a business but the rude and untrusty behavior of the cashier and management made me to write this.

I went to have dinner at madurai mahal France cluster branch seeing their promotional listing at Zomato pro. Finished my food and I received my bill, I paid the bill through Zomato pro (which is a normal practice) and showed the bill to the cashier, but he told me that already I've given you discounted price and the price is different for Zomato pro customers which means for Zomato pro customers they will increase the price and give discount (This is not a good business ethics).

They should have mentioned prior or should have sticked a notice at the restaurant so that the customers who is coming there would be aware

Also the cockroaches are every where, this shows the hygiene practice of the restaurant.

My favourite Tamil family restaurant. I usually get take away on Friday afternoons. I orderd for their mutton biryani combo that comes with a little curd rice, raitha, brinjal curry, the biryani ofcourse and a chicken drumstick.

Fantastic South Indian cuisine made us regular customer! Main advantage for me is it's just behind my house! My fixed dinner order is paratha Kurma, Omlet and any type dosa or Idli. It's South Indian but different spicy taste. Place is always busy with customers.

I always got cheated, 2 times i approached both times it happened.
As a instant, i ordered mutton curry in Ajman al jurf branch and i mentioned to the person that i need the same curry which is served with meals. The person confirmed me and told it will cost 10 Dhs per container, I asked mutton meals is 15 Dhs but the curry itself 10 Dhs, he told it is their business and he confirmed me that he will provide same curry. But when it reached my house, it is not curry, it is semigravy stuff, it can be eat with chappathi or parota not with rice. Also i mentioned clearly don't give spicy curry but they delivered very spicy stuff.

I called and asked the person why it happened, he simply replied that the kitchen staff did mistakes.

I don't recommend anyone to visit this restaurant even accidentally.

Very poor service.order something and get something else. This has happened several times. No respect to customers, the way they treat the customers. Customer service is very poor. Despite of telling them this has happened, such mistakes are repeated.

Cheating.
In front of our eyes itself, changed the curry.
Instead of non veg gravy, they gave veg gravy fair parotta.
This is not the first time. More than 3 times.
Taste is going down.

Had Banana leaf parota it was soggy and not fresh. Did not expect the dish to be this poor. Not worth the price you pay.

Authentic south indian restaurant from Madruai which is famous for food in Tamil Nadu.
Taste is good as expected.
But every time i have food here i get mt stomach upset the next day.
Not sure the reason for it

The small place was crammed with families.service was slow due to the crowd.
Scared as there were 4 at a table and no social distancing,
Left with out eating.
