The rides and the play area is good and economical. Make sure to wear socks for urself if ur going in with the kid and the kid before going to the play area.
Magic Planet Midriff City Center is an absolute blast! From the moment you walk in, you're transported into a world of fun and entertainment. The arcade games are top-notch and there's a wide variety to choose from, ensuring everyone can find something they enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The highlight for me was definitely the indoor roller coaster, it was thrilling and exhilarating. The food options were also great, with a good selection of snacks and beverages. Overall, I had an amazing time at Magic Planet Midriff City Center and would highly recommend it for a fun day out with friends or family.
The play area and all other rides have a sign in front of them saying that kids above the height of 110CM can play on their own. However the 2 Magic planets located at Mirdif Mall doesn't allow that to happen (Magic planets located in MOE, Deira City Centre allows that, as per displayed rules). When questioned why you are telling a different rule from other branches and even different from what is displayed in front of them, the answer was "this is what it is from long time, you better be around for the safety of your kid, what if someone beat your kid in the play area". Approched the main billing counter, they had the similar answer.
Just to highlight, this particular play area charges 50 dirham, compare to 40 by others and they still can't have enough staff at play area to lookafter kids and they want parents to stay. The whole idea of leaving kids there was that they were supposed to be safe and parents can finish their work at mall, while they play. The unannounced rule at this location kills the entire purpose. Because of this, we are not even going back to that mall.
Writing about my experience with the soft play area. I am so concerned about the health and safety of this soft play. Not only was it horrendously full, There were adults sitting all over the floor of the soft play, leaving no space for children to safely move. And there were many children sleeping on the floor of the soft play, or on their nannies who were sitting on the floor. Is this a daycare centre? It looked really bad on the soft play and was also extremely hazardous. When I flagged this to the assistant, she did not even acknowledge there was a problem, in fact, she said those children are not allowed to leave without parental permission.when flagged to the manager on duty, he also did not seem bothered.
We had so much fun playing squid game with my friends. Such a creative enjoyable game for one hour duration. Ashley was a great help. Thank u for the experience magic planet
Awesome fun we had together with our family & friends at our nephews birthday party on 15 March 2023. I would recommend you to be a part of it once. Kids will love it specially the 1Hour unlimited video games fun.
My daughter loved the place and what is nice about it that all the games works and they have a lot of varieties for all ages. Definitely wanna go again and again.
Magic Planet, according to me, is one of the best amusement centres for kids in UAE. Its cheap and really fun. Though it's not for people above age of 12 max it's still fun to look around. Definitely worth the money. But this specific one is w bit small compared to other outlets still they've managed to keep their standards

Guys, in other malls there are much more exciting play areas with much more to offer. You need to up your game. Wow factor: Ifly dubai and Bowling area nearby. So when you are having your fun your kids are burning holes in your pocket at this place. Money Matters: Pricey! Some rides are 20 bucks. Seriously? Even my kids told me that its not value for money 5point Experience: If you want to go Ifly or bowling inside a mall then this place could be the answer to your kids question "what are we supposed to do here? " Or else My Rating: give it a pass.
My kids love this place! They wanted to spend the whole day and the whole night if that’s even possible! So much stuffs, rides and soft play for the little ones! Find a discount card though to maximize your stay
Very poor services. All service crew in magic planet mirdif city center were busy chatting in a group while the costumers were waiting in a line on the rides. And most of them were lieing that the ride is need to be fixed or be open on a specific time, just because they were lazy to move there butt or do their work. I don't know why they were hired, are the cctvs in this play area working? That the management cannot do anything with these kind of issues? Kids coming and parents spending money for their children to play, but it is useless because mostly of the technologies and rides were not fixed and the costumer services were very poor. This magic planet have few games but the services crew does not do their job properly. They were just coming, gather and chat on the side. They are fun of receiving salary not in halal way.

I would like to thanks particularly manager Mr Muneer and staff Mr Ramadan to recover my expired blue swipe games. It did not happen once, I faced the same situation and the amount on my card got expired but fortunately, I got free games instead of expired money.
I am extremely happy to recover my blue swipe games again.
In Magic Planet North City Center I won a iPad Pro and iPhone XS Max in a game called Color Mach but later A magic planet employee said that there is a error in the machine and she said I had to pick one of the items; She said the machine broke, when I got back to home and found out that there is no such thing as an error and I ended up getting ripped off.
It has many games, but most of those games does teach the kids creativity. It only urges them to collect more paper tickets to get a gift from the gift shop. The gift shop asks you to have a huge amount of ticket to collect a very cheap toy! The games in magic planet are really expensive in general.
Scammers, and they refuse to honor their own offers. Had a valid voucher issued by them buy 40 and get balance for 80 AED but they refused to honor it! Scam, bad service, and wrong information. They said 20 AED for kid to access play area, after i charge, they said it is 35, and 20 for second hour!
I Enjoy spending my time in arcade games. I try to catch one toy but it was a lucky day for me. Hopefully to catch one on my next visit. All in all, it was really fun: D
Both soft areas in mirdif city centre are very poor, specially the one next to the food court. It is too small, not maintened, not clean, and a waste of money.
There should be an expansion at the soft play. Came there without the balls which my kid really love. But they said that it might remove forever because of some safety measure. I still like the place, my kid loved it
You want your kids to have fun and enjoy playing Magic planet is the right place, you can save points with the games they play and eventually exchange the points with toys.
The place is very interesting and very fun. There are many entertainment games for kids and for teenagers. Fully air conditioned area. Be ready to spend a lot of money. Have hours of fun and entertainment. A bit expensive.
Nice place to visit for hang outs. Everytime I'm having free time I visit this place. But the last time I came, without even informing all customers the place was shutdown. It some kind I find it very disappointing cause before the closing time there should be somebody announcing that it will be close after sometime since the staff said it is automatic to their system. I come to this place to relieve some stressed and while I'm enjoying playing it will just suddenly closed. I hope the management will take action regarding this matter.
The idea of having a soft play area or anyplay area inside a mall is to give the parent a little time to go shopping in the mall or have a coffee while the kids enjoying the playtime, and everyone is happy. How to ruin this. Easy. Make a rule that only a parent or a nanny should be there with the kid to have him/her sit on the shoe rack in the play area for no good reason. This rule is either to keep the play area only for those who can afford a nanny or to have less ppl go in.
