The play area is not bad, although a lot of it is old.but the restroom is terrible, for kids like this restroom - not ok.the water is cold, many of the taps do not work.dirty. This is very inconvenient for children

My 21 month toddler loves visiting Magic planet at MOE, her favourite is the bouncing section at the back. 45 diz for 30 mins and you can bounce away on various obstacles and slides. Staff are friendly considering they have to sometime put up with disrespecting children who speak to the rudely. Down side is the lack of WiFi in the center. This means even if you have the share app you cannot use it. I'm very surprised considering the mall has free WiFi yet magic planet doesn't.

Magic Planet was the perfect 2 hours to have. This is such an outstanding place to come to I recommend it to all of you. (OMAR, AGE 9).

Great for a quick bowling practice.

You don’t have to wear the bowling shoes as long as you’re wearing trainers - gets really busy over the weekends. Best to go on weekdays!

The prices are cheaper on weekdays so you could have as many go’s as you’d like!

Its way too expensive for what they offer, secondly the room temperature was not at all comfortable for a family place. And its not at all ecomicaly friendly at all.

Worst experience I ever had in Bowling.
They have some Deceiving promotion and not transparent. I'll suggest you to go DBC.

Always having fun when I go to that place, but I have only 1 concern. If you are going there for a birthday, not all games are available which was a little disappointing for me. There are so many attractions for all ages. Otherwise than the concern I had, it was great and very joyful for kids. And also the bathrooms should be more cleaned though.

Always great fun here! The kids love it and so do I! Games, activities and light indoor rides for the family. Well worth a visit.

Lots of games and rides and activities for most ages. I was able to keep a 3 and 1 year old entertained easily for 90 minutes, but be careful it's easy to keep swiping on games

A nice place for kids to play and enjoy the day however it is a bit over priced per game where 200 UAE were spent in less than fourth minutes.

My kids enjoyed playing there. It is big and has many games. My daughter won 5 toys from the vending machines and it made her day.

We love magic planet there is games for everyone to play m we got free rides for the children's day and we had so much fun.

I topped up the card for 210 aed online to get 350 aed and we left for vacation for one month. We came back and they say there is 0 aed. The money is valid only for 2 months. How money which I put on card can be expired in 2 months? Money is not bonuses or vouchers. There is money which I payed for services I didn’t receive. It’s called stealing. Never again! P. S.we didn’t spend any dirham from this 350 aed because the facilities of soft play in Deira city Centre are very poor and always empty and my daughter simply refused to play there. Nothing is getting renovated. Whenever I took my baby to soft play on weekday, it was always empty.

I called to check on the trampoline for adults and call center confirmed then. When I arrived they told me it has been moved to mirdiff

We went on a little arcade date and had so much fun here! Such a fun place to play games and hangout!

It is a great place to take the kids for a day of fun filled action or if your a grown up and love playing arcade games and winning tickets. Depending on how much you add to your card is depending on how much fun you will experience

Nice and organized place for children, my kids loved it so much especially the prices counter, they have varieties of toys. The staff are super friendly especially Jason and Latefa they were patient with my children choosing their toys. However, the restrooms need to be cleaned more.

Opportunity to win loads of toys. Totally lovely, this is one place that my kids & I have actually won toys playing games.
