Very Poor service. Calling them and getting a confirmation on the event schedule itself is a pin. Response time / Call back time is very unprofessional. I wanted to have a party arranged inn Deira Magic planet for the coming weekend and i have been waiting for 3 working days to get a call from them. They did not have an answer to wahtever i asked they just kept saying we do not have the information you will have to wait for a call back! Which never came. Terrible experience!

City Center Dubai, I don't know what it looks like now, but I went there many years ago and as far as I remember, it was very busy and great.

AED16 for a 3 second toy grab machine with toys (that you rarely win) that would cost about AED5! You would get more value from getting a pile of cash and setting it on fire. Would last longer as well.

I was blown away in 1995 when it was forest and gorgeous place, It used to be awesome for all ages like Awesome arcade games during 90s i miss beautiful old days, Sadly now its a Shadow of it's Former Self.good for kids only

Magic Planet in Deira City Centre is located inside Food court only. After entering into food court you can see the entrance of Magic Planet on right side. So easy access as well as good entertainment for kids and for people in all age. Different types of plays are there for enjoyment. Some are little expensive and some are affordable.

It's located right besides the food court area.
There are multiple options for kids to play, definitely kids are going to enjoy a lot.
It's advisable to top up the card above 200Aed coz you won't realize when you start playing.
So for certain games you play you win tickets which later can be deposited in the machine and on that balance you can collect some collectible at counter.
Go ahead and visit this place!

Magic Planet took money from my account for issuing new card, no card issued, no number for customer care, no reply on Facebook messenger, even the manager at DCC doesn’t respond…. Worst experience

The games are too expensive and not worth spending for prizes which are actually worth only about 5 DHS.

Me and my family have been big fans of Magic Planet until the experience that we had yesterday. My brother and his wife opted to take Desert Safari Ride to experience the nightmare. It was suffocating and seems there was no supply of oxygen or a vent for that matter and APPARENTLY the staff had ALSO FORGOTTEN to switch on the fan of the ride! Both came out sweating, dizzy and nauseous and had no idea on how to stop the ride in between! When they came out and explained their concern, the staff very conveniently said 'sorry' because they forgot to switch the fan on!
Really? Is this what health and safety of the customers means to you? Very disappointed!

The arcade games are not fun anymore like they used to be. In my opinion, they became only for kids and not adults. I was searching for some kind of racing simulation game but couldn't find one. It is close to the food court and the toilets.

Overly interactive and nosy staff member asking personal info ruined my experienc! After all its the one place we often go with our kids!

I topped up the card for 210 aed online to get 350 aed and we left for vacation for one month. We came back and they say there is 0 aed. The money is valid only for 2 months. How money which I put on card can be expired in 2 months? Money is not bonuses or vouchers. There is money which I payed for services I didn’t receive. It’s called stealing. Never again! P. S.we didn’t spend any dirham from this 350 aed because the facilities of soft play in Deira city Centre are very poor and always empty and my daughter simply refused to play there. Nothing is getting renovated.

Amazing place for kids! They keep adding new games every year. A good place for adults to spend quality time with their kids. Game coupons can be redeemed for gifts.

Not as good as the magic planet in city centre Sharjah. Rides for the kids are less and nobody was there to assist. Even when we called them for help there were only less people who were busy. I didn't like it here. And mostly some of the area's are so isolated where we don't even like to go there. They could have rearranged the entire set up
