Yeaterday we visited Asain wok newly opened branch in MOE
The best part about @asianwok is that their sauces are made In-house by Wok chefs with no added MSG or Colouring. And they always use Fresh Ingredients.

The food was freshly cooked right before our eyes, we order Hot and Corn Soup, Kung Pao noodles and Chicken Fried Rice (you can imagine how hungry we were) and we were amazed how quickly it was all ready and served! The food was delicious and surpassed my expectation, I would give them 10/10 their food was finger i mean fork licking.

Now we know where to eat when we are visiting MOE.

Highly recommended.

Me and my wife we both are vegetarian and we asked for Vegetarian meal. In meal they were offering soup with eggs which we cant have. So instead of soup we ask for extra manchurian which was refused. I mean it's very simple to serve being flexible and as a manager a lady did not met our expectations. We just came because we love the food and we will surely coming again. I want to request to the Magic Wok management to extend customer satisfaction training to the staff and be flexible in order serve substitute with he choice from the menu.

We were very excited to see a lot of food options and combos. Disappointed with the quality of the food. Was 4-5 times saltier and was unbearable. As a good gesture I went and gave the feedback to the staff and asked them to taste it so they realize and escalate this to the chefs. Also suggested them to remove the items till they rectify the situation. Sadly all I got in response were a few "Yes Sir". The staff decided to not to take any action and further more continued serving the same food while I observed for half and hour (having food from some other restaurant). Quality food and excellent customer service - 2 fundamentals that I believe these staff were never trained on. Me and the customers today might have lost a few Dirhams wasting on food. But I'm sad about the amount of business the restaurant will lose in future because of this.

As it was bit busy when my husband and i went to order, we are on cue and one guy wearing on black and red shirt which is different from the others assisted the one behind us, were literally we are first on the cue, after her that’s the time he assisted us and told him why he assisted her first and he apologized, when he take our order he doesn’t understand my noodle soup and drums of chicken I ordered and he asked “janz” (according to his badge) his colleague to ask again what is our order, my husband replied why his taking our order if he is wasn’t supposed to get orders and assisted the woman behind us? Janz replied, “ it doesn’t matter “. It is so rude and disrespectful, he needs to go under training for proper costumer service before you’ll loosing customers.

Overcharged for a small portion of food.no drinks offered on the combo meals. People only buy here because the other joints are too busy & no options available. No value for money.

Very poor service in Yas Mall food court. May, the cashier wasn't able to manage the line that lead to people cutting in. It's frustrating.

Probably the worst Chinese I had. I ordered prawns combo meal. They use small shrimps and coated them with super thick batter to make them look like tiger prawns and the batter was stone hard. Shrimps inside were awfully old. Sweet and sour chicken was old too. Spring roll had a tiny layer of vegetable and rest of just dough. Please dont waste money here, i dont always leave reviews but i literally just bought this meal 10mins ago and had to leave this review, this meal was that bad. Im worried about my stomach now, God bless me

Terrible experience and poor customer service.
I was overcharged for my meal then afterwards staff claimed I ordered something I didn’t. The soup was cold and tasteless, basically just cold water with some seafood thrown in.
The meat was cold had been lying out for hours and bland.
Not to the standard one would expect in Dubai.

In MALL OF THE EMIRATES outlet, staff don't respect the customers. This outlet need to improve staff behaviour. Specially girls staff.
