Spent 2hours and half just for a regular eye check! Waited to see the doctor for 1 hour! Very slow! Will not visit this place any more.

Had a great experience as a patient and also accompanied my mother. Very professional and efficient clinic. Haneen at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Randa is the best. Her vast experience and professionalism impressed me.

Superb professional work of Dr. Tamer! My Femtu Lasik eye correction surgery was swift, painless, all procedure were well explained prior. Despite my mixed astigmatism, the successful results were visible already from the day 2. Life changing experience once are able to see without contact lenses, glasses and can use comfortably shades! It was such a great experience. I did my Lasik surgery with Dr Tamer and all i can say is many thanks to him and his team for being so professional and for making me comfortable during the surgery. Just a minor issue which is the waiting time in the hospital sometimes you’ll have to wait for hours to see the Dr Hopefully they fix that issue. Overall, I’m so happy and I’m highly satisfied with their services.

Best of the best! Dr. Tamer and his team are magic - had the smoothest procedure for my vision correction. Thank you!

التجربه ممتازه. د/ رندا كاشف ما شاء الله عليها شاطره جدا واحلي حاجه التعامل الراقي مع المريض وشرح الحاله للمريض عشان يبقي فاهم ايه مشكلته. انا حسيت بتحسن من تاني يوم بعد وصف العلاج وخلال اسبوع اتحسنت حالتي جدا جدا رغم متابعتي مع دكتور في مستشفى تاني لمده سنه بس النتيجه مكانتش مرضيه

Their system of appointments is so weak and need to be revised from the management. I saw the doctor after an hour and half of my actual appointment.

بالبداية اشكر مستشفى مغربي لاهتمامه بالمرضى. تجربتي بزراعة قرنية للمرة الثانية والنتيجة ممتازة. الى الان لازت في مراجعات ومتابعة مع الدكتور الممتاز د. تامر. وكذالك عملت مع الدكتور محمد هشام عملية النزول الابيض. ولله الحمد في تحسن عن السابق ولا زلت في المتابعة وباذن الله استعيد كامل النظر. انصح الجميع بتجربته.

مشكلة هذا المستشفى تكمن في التأخير المتواصل لتسجيل المرضى والمراجعين بشكل متكرر وغير مبرر ، وتوصل موعدك متأخر جداً ، نرجو من ادارة المستشفى أخذ الأمر بعين الإعتبار لأن هالموضوع متكرر ولأكثر من مره ويثير أستياء المرضى ، كما ان عدم احترام المواعيد صار عاده مستمره

أسوأ مستشفى في المواعيد. عندك موعد الساعة 2 انسى أنك تدخل ع الموعد يبالك ساعة او اكثر للأسف مستشفى له سمعته ولكن ما حافظ ع السمعه للاسف

من سنوات عندي معاناة في العين اليمين. زرت كتير أطباء لكن ما أحد عرف مشكلتي إلا دكتور محمد هشام. تم إجراء العملية بنجاح. شكرا لطاقم المستشفى الرائع. اهتمام +دقة في العمل+فريق رائع=المغربي

Me and my wife both do the surgery under Dr Tamar Jamaly, both operation are very successful, he is knowledgeable and quite helpful, in the recovery period he provides lots of encourage and many suggestions to make me overcome that period.
The Magarabi hospital is also very helpful, the front desk and nurse are doing great job.

I did the phaike Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) surgery with Dr. Tamer Galamy.the surgery went successfully. Such a good experience with less pain and high results. I highly recommend Dr. Tamer he is very honest and caring doctor. And the hospital service is amazing they took care of me very well before and after the surgery. Also Ms. Nawal is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Magrabi Eye Hospital.

I had an appointment at 12 PM and I was 10 minutes late. After 45 minutes of waiting the nurse informed me the Dr left to another hospital and he'll take 15 mintues to be back. It's been another 45 minutes and I'm still waiting at the reception.

Best eye hospital in the UAE with very friendly doctors. Consultation is free of charge. I'm satisfied with the eye surgery. Recommended.

The operation was very smooth & Dr. Tamer was very helpful & professional & so were all the staff, I highly recommend this hospital for the intralasek.

Very good eye hospital. Friendly doctors and staffs. Perfect place to have a detailed eye checkup as they are well equipped with latest opthalmology equipments. Worth a visit for routine eye checkup.

Extreme dismissive attitude towards patients, no trust and relationship can be built with the doctors unfortunately. I had a simple operational procedure of chalazion (fat/oil deposit) removal in my upper eyelid, 2 operations (failed) and 1 injection therapy and I am still suffering, can you imagine the doctor said to me during the operation "I see some white spot but im not able to get to it", he also asked me "hey are you the one with the 1 chalazion or 2" and the junior doctor said in the prep "oh he has a small chalazion no need to draw / identify", I will try my luck with moorfields. Magrabi just charges $$ on your insurance, thats all they are into. Thankgod my issue was minor, can you imagine the level of competence if it wasn't.

I would to thank Magrabi Team who gave me discount once they know that I'm working in Tunio Aesthetics, which is located in DHCC near to their hospital. Special thanks to there Customer Service, Mr. Moustafa and Optometrist, Ms. Sreeda Gopi for their time and care to their clients.

Fine place but I don't like the appointment system if your appointment at 3 you will get in maybe 3: 30

I went to Abu Branch today for my daughter appointment and Dr. Marwa (pediatric ophtalmologist) did not show up. Nobody was bothered to come and explain that the doctor did not respect her schedule. Neither the doctor did not call to apologized for the delay. It's after almost 20 minutes of waiting, I went to ask at the reception when I was told that she did not reach. When I asked the receptionist to contact her, she informed one nurse who informed another nurse to call. We left upsait and nobody did take the time to apologize or call back. Customer service is poor, communication was nil. So disappointing!

Worst reception ever i was on the phone for over and hour and couldn't get through to anyone to just make an appointment! Nor so i want to anymore.

I was attended too quickly. The technician explained every detail of the test and was very patient. She conducted the test till we got it right.
