Maid World Cleaning Services

I am dealing with them for the last almost 2 years and now they decided to send the lady who use to come to my home to different location and send me a new one , it’s so difficult after she have learned everything at my home I have to teach a new lady everything from zero and I am a working mom and not available all the time .

I have requested to speak to their manager but unfortunately I didn’t receive a call back , I have followed up again but same thing no response and no call . This is how they are treating their regular customers.

I requested for cleaning services as I wanted to have a peace of mind and focus on my studies. However I couldn't study as I had to focus on her. This was the worst cleaning service ever.

Kelly did the cleaning at our appt and she is one of the best maid ever come to our appt.she is so professional and hardworking. She cleaned our appt really well.

Horrible service, unprofessional cleaner and below zero customer service, cleaners are too slow and not organised all never never finish in time, customer support is very bad and rude, not recommend this company at all

I have been using Maid World since 2015 and they have remained professional throughout. In my six years using their services they have always provided very friendly, dependable and trained staff. Each member of their staff who has come to my home has always treated it like their own, taking care of my belongings and pets and they always do more than I ask.

I’m a clean your own mess kinda person, but have been crazy busy… seen the maid world bus quite often so thought would check them out!
The lady was painfully slow! Took two hours to do the work I do in just an hour! Even after 2 hours the work was not done! Vacuumed the sofas and left the cushions haphazardly! Moved the furniture to mop but dint put them back in place! Dint clean the balcony - running out of time! The doormats were not dusted properly…. The white bathtub was still dirty… shower walls were not cleaned! There were shreds of tissue after vacuuming and mopping the house! Dint Eve wash the cleaning cloth, mop bucket? And mop! Left them dirty for me to clean up after So can imagine the quality of cleanliness! Very disappointed! Would not recommend!

I got regular home cleaning done by Shirley, she is excellent at her work, very professional and responsible in cleaning. I recommend her services for cleaning.

Average service. Maids just do surface cleaning, not deep cleaning.

Management don’t bother to contact customers to inform that their maids may be delayed or are off for the day.

I used maid world cleaning service and Amefie did a superb job. I recommend her.

I am having an excellent experience with this company, have been very helpful for the past 2 years and getting better, They are very flexible and responsive even in weekends, their staff are super clean, friendly and do exactly what's needed and more.

I was astonished with the way one of their staff (Ms. Karen) handle my queries. Not only did she explain it well but she did it in a very happy and polite manner.
