I regret to say that my experience with Maids.cc has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you're seeking incompetence, unprofessionalism, and appalling customer service, then look no further, because this agency embodies it all.

I've gone through six different maids provided by Maids.cc, and to put it mildly, each replacement was worse than the last. They boast about their maids' experience in videos, but it's all a facade. The maids lack basic skills, and their dishonesty is staggering. They don't live up to a single promise made in those videos.

To exacerbate the situation, the worst part is their attitude. Every maid arrived with an unacceptable level of disrespect and uncooperativeness, which was evidently tolerated by the agency. It's astonishing how they condone such behavior.

I strongly advise against engaging with Maids.cc. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by seeking services elsewhere. There are far more reputable agencies out there that value their customers and actually deliver what they promise. Steer clear of Maids.cc unless you're in search of disappointment and aggravation.

Any person looking into Maids.cc, Not recommended at all! …. Please look at all the 1 star reviews and how many “Like” given on these feedbacks while all the 5 stars reviews have zero “Likes”. Simply because they frustrate clients to the extent that all 1 star reviews have been experienced with all clients. I found most “if not all” happened to me exactly exactly and can repeat them in my review. Cant deny that they tried to solve the experienced problems but the problem is in their maids and system nothing else! I find solutions my self to the problems they have!

For Maids.cc review replier, don’t send me a standard reply or say that my requirements for maid are too much and you cant find a maid for me, actually your don’t have a “MAID” you have a “Employees” that you are unable to control. Will only say that your maids are not happy to work in your organization so imagine what they will do with your clients.

Small example: Complained about several maids for their horrible attitude in the first hrs, complain back pain from 3 hrs work, not trained, pretend to be sick and surprisingly next day they are offered for next client.

Again, AVOID and don’t waste your time and energy with replacing maids every day or two.

Unfortunately I started with them in 2019 and they were amazing, I took a package live in, visa on the company, they told me you can replace no hassle. Now, the story started during covid and uptill now, they didn't allow me to interview them or even talk to them on zoom, and due to that I had to replace a lot. I asked them if this would be an issue, as how can I pick one using the filter, which is not enough. Even when I followed their demands, their candidates portfolio on filter were not updated which when they come to my house they suddenly change their mind for their own reasons. Anyhow, one of the nanny was really good but decided to leave as she wants to change her career and she was expecting to be waitress not nanny. Long story short, as I was asking them for replacement after explaining the issue they kept saying u cannot interview and this is the last time you can replace. I was like I have been asking before with your agents and I demanded an interview before and the team was not letting me even by zoom due to "precautions". Finally one agent what he did he took all my questions and inquiries and was acting as messanger which was really a long process (later I knew they were making interview through calls and zoom during covid). I finally chose one. After few months this nanny ran away from my house. The agents said you have to cancel the service because it seems our services are not suitable for you due to many replacements or gou have the choixe to wait for the nanny to come back as u are stuck with her. I re explained that when the office didnt let me interview them, and thus that is why so many replacements happened and in my contract there is no code says there is a limit. Eventually, I canceled. The ironic part I asked the last agent, is it ok to register for new package he said yes. So I was like how contradicting you are.and thus decided to cancel their services. Notice my old package was lower rate than their package now. I am wondering if this acceptable. On the other hand, this leave a room for mistrust and a big fault from their side for not abiding by their contract. Such a shame!

Very disappointing! I have been in contact with maids.cc for the last 1-2 weeks and I got a price of AED 3500 + AED 436 for maids vacation and gratuity. And my husband went there to book a maid and now they are telling us to pay AED 5078! And we have to pay weekly since there is no monthly package right now! That’s ridiculous! We should get the package and price we have been told before!

Then they are charging us for a few days while the maid didn’t even start yet! I told them this on the phone that they should charge us if she starts working and they told us we will let the accountant know and later they said sorry we cannot do this you have to still pay, because she is staying with us now and she needs accommodations, that‘s so ridiculous as well! She is already staying with you right, even if we wouldn’t book her!

They also didn’t call us back!

We have used Maids.cc for 3 years. They helped us through the process and really made everything easy. We even had a maid move home and they walked us through the process a second time. We highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this Company to anyone. They sold me their services and told me to pay higher for the first year with a promise of giving discount if I were to continue with their services for 12 months, which I did. And now once the discount rates kicked in, they send me a request to increase the rates and threthening me to cancel their services if I dont increase their rates. This extortion mindset is how this company is run. There is no value for the promise, be aware of this Company as they will back off from their promise anytime. If you want sustainable solution choose someone else. They should be given zero star. I recommended this company to many friends who also availed their services and now all are regretting.

Super quick and easy sponsorship process, all on your phone! Literally took 5 mins, and the monthly plan with option to cancel after 6 months is much safer.

We decided to hire our nanny via Maid.cc and we are totally satisfied.
First satisfied with our maid who is doing a great job. Our kids love her and she taking good care of them. This was obviously our major expectation and we are 100% relieved.

Worst experience with Maid cc, struggled with them for 1 year and then moved our nanny visa to our name, they r a rip off.
After almost 2 years Our Nanny resigned to go home, i applied to cancel her visa, i was removed on spot from all communications with company, they started ignoring my calls and started to call our nanny to convince her to stay despite she told them more then 4 times that she don't want to. At the End i contacted Dubai Police who referred me to DED and all was solved within hours, i would t recommend them at all

Maids.cc is very seamless and effective. Works good for me because I'm a working mom. I just followed the steps online and my nanny's visa is done, no need to go out and spend time. My nanny's medical test was finished in 15 mins!

The customer service employees are very supportive in helping select the maid that suits your criteria.

So some sort of manager called me yesterday, (should I mention his name?) telling me to take down this review and they will refund the amount and will charge only 2 days which Amina have stayed with us.

Another follow up call today and I have given him a piece of my mind.

And how did I respond? I did not! As once again I felt being humiliated and insulted that they think my opinion and our experience doesn't matter.

They are very much skilled in playing people's mind and take away our money.

Will never recommend! Doesnt deserve star at all!

We hired Roza on December 31 and in one week time I have to complain about her as she DOESN'T know and understand simple things. She doesn't have self command and she works filthy. By the way she loves sitting in her room and very busy with her phone that when I come home from work I need to do the work that she supposed to do the whole day.
I have to take the dress and put them to cabinet, I have to clean my own room and bathroom and the sitting area, give shower to the kids, so my husband asked me why to we hired her and I am doing the job? !

She can't cook even simple fried egg! To my dismay, she fried mangoes and feed to my kids!
Still I taught her how to cook, how to clean, what to do around the house but no use at all as she have her own business in her phone.

There are days that I didn't told her that I will be working from home and kids started online class at 0730H- she comes out from her room at almost 1000H and shocked that I am home. So I still kept her for one month considering that she needs to get her salary.
For some reasons, I also caught her thrice meeting some men outside the gate but just ignored and since she completed the month I have to cancel her.

Since I am in a situation that I need a housemaid, again I trust for the second time this company and hired Amina Mehamed Ahmed. I saw in her video saying that she can cook so I decided to hire her and she know what to around the house.

She arrived past 7pm which is fine.
So I welcomed her and showed her her room and asked her about her experience. She said she worked in Saudi so I asked her what type of food she can cook she said I don't know how to cook.but I told her you said in your video that you can cook and she just smiled. Like what? I asked her do you know how to Iron dress, she said not much, I mean why did she lie in her video? Or is she forced to say that?

I showed her around the house, rooms, kitchen and the garden and in the morning I told her to try to iron some dress and I will check once I come from work, sad to say she just started 1 shirt.

I asked her have you had lunch she said I can't eat and I have pain I'm my stomach, I asked her since when? She said since long time. She looks very pale and weak actually and I request to arrange an appointment with the doctor ASAP!

To the management, please know the meaning of Trust and Respect to your clients.
Reach me after 10am and will cancel the contact today. I have wasted lots of money and we don't deserve this kind of service.

I will also reach to the concerned authorities to review your maids and will do the proper screening so other clients will not suffer and will not get fooled by your dishonest videos.

To the future clients. I request you to interview them first face to face and ask references and feedbacks from their former clients

We recently used maids.cc to issue a visa for our maid. We are extremely happy with the service we received. From the start of the process till the end, we found the agents friendly, professional and thorough with the information. We received the visa without any delays or troubles.
There was a time when we urgently needed some clarification and although it was after office hours (9 pm to be precise) the help desk put us through to our agent and she calmly clarified all our queries.
We truly appreciate the speed and professionalism and would happily recommend maids.cc to everyone.

The company maid.cc is horrible.

They find ways to take more and more money from you and threaten that if you don't agree then they will take away the maid from you.
I would request everyone to chose a good company that doesn't manipulate you and is not so greedy like maids.cc that just thinks of ways to extort more money.

Not recommended at all. Be aware guys, the provided maids lack experience but they are still charging you premium price. Also, we caught the indonesian maid stealing money and things from us.

It would be much better if you set medical exam somewhere near my residence. My maid was asked to do the test somewhere in DIFC which was 25 km away. We were not briefed if someone is in charge of documents there in clinic. The rest of services were professional and nice.

I have given you 3stars, this is because since I heard of your great services and the fantastic work you do of finding jobs and other services worldwide, I was recently disappointed with 2 sisters of same national who are currently undergoing miserable life here in Abudabi claiming that, there passports were stolen from one of ur offices (baniyas).
This happened in December last year, they said you reported to the authorities and you gave them to employers who then asked passport to process their documents.

Really I wait for your positive response
If they did a mistake in ur office please forgive and help. A passport is sensitive document that can spend sleepless nights if lost.

Maids cc I saw your response to my review dated 20th Feb. Below you will find my response to every single point one by one

1- My review is not based on the bank deduction experience. It is based on overall experience with you during period Dec 2018 to Feb 2021

2- You didn't cooperate at all with my DDA cancelation and I can confirm it's active. I went to my bank many times and they confirmed that your DDA will remain active until your bank (ADCB) takes necessary action of cancelation. I went to your ADCB yesterday after you refused to cooperate with me. ADCB said a request has to come from maids cc in order to deactivate the DDA and then maids cc can issue me a clearance letter. I passed this message to your WhatsApp group yesterday and I didn't receive any response or comment as expected. They were helpless when I was a client what do I expect from them to provide to me when I am an ex client? !

3- The piece of paper you are talking about doesn't have any meaning or value. My bank confirmed the same many times and your team is still not able to understand. I won't be able to close my bank account one day because your DDA is active for the reason explained above

4- Again you are not saying the truth. I have already shared my DDA reference number with your helpless WhatsApp group. Read my messages. They acknowledged receipt and they did nothing

5- With regards to your comment about the way you treat your maids. No comments. I will keep this for myself

Cooperate in resolving my pending issues with you (DDA cancelation and clearance letter) and let us put an end for this bad chapter

Maid.cc is a cheater. They fool customers by tricky wordings. They promise many things, but do not stick to their commitments. My brother hired his maid through Maid.cc and they had said that the contract can be cancelled at any time and for whatever reason and all subsequent payments will be refunded. But, when he asked for a refund, they said it means that if any future payment is deducted, it will be refunded. What a play around with words!

From the moment Christiana arrived, she has been immensely helpful and hardworking. She has bonded wonderfully with my children and is always so kind to them. She is a pleasure to have working in my home.

Dishonest company: don’t believe in their verbal commitments. They sold me their service as a package for peace of mind, they said they take care of the end of service gratuity, holidays and airfare ticket allowance after the 2 years contract (this is why i thought it was worth paying a premium compared to other service companies), but unfortunately when the nanny’s contract ended they told her they will not pay unless she renews with them although I was paying in full all what was needed and she was moving to a maids visa service under their sponsorship.they mistreat these poor ladies who don’t know how to defend themselves

Excellent super easy to navigate system for hiring maids. Our maid has now been with us for just over 2 months and is lovely natured and proactive member of our family.

We hired a full-time Filipino help from Maids.cc in end Dec ‘19. The service was super fast, professional and high class. Between the first call to call-centre and going home with the help of our choice was less than 12 hours. There is minimal paperwork and the contract is such that you don’t need to worry much compared to self-sponsorship. The cost is on higher side, but the quality and peace of mind makes it worth it.

It has been 2 months since she came to our house and she has adjusted very well. She is taking good care of the house (baby sitting, pet care, cooking, washing and cleaning). The rules set by UAE applies on how you manage her (work hours/off days/food & lodging etc) and the same is very fair. Rest is an understanding between your family and the person.

Overall great experience and I would recommend maids.cc for any family looking for live in help in Dubai.

If you want a maid for kids help then this Tadbeer center is not recommended. Their maids have zero or very little experience with kids despite their applications saying 2 years experience. Also they didn't have any Philippine national maids when we requested them for change. We canceled our contract in January and Despite speaking to two different supervisors they still went ahead and deducted the charges from our account for the month of February and are not helpful in doing the refund. Finally have to involve ministry of human resources. Other Tadbeer centers have better maids at lower prices so do your homework before you go to this center.

*update* I was contacted by maids.cc right away and they promised the refund within 3 to 4 days and as promised I got the refund. Also got a call from them confirming the same so I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.

The worst service I have encountered in UAE. I have applied for the visa renewal of a nanny under my sponsorship and have been facing delays in every step of the process with no follow up from their side at all. Every time I call the center someone will tell me that they only assist those who have contract with the center with a worker under the center's sponsorship. I have been visiting this center on daily basis to correct their mistakes.

Very disappointed with maid.cc, we got the first maid from theme and they were saying that they trained there employees very well whene she come to our house it was very clearly that she didn’t know what is house chores i had to teach her everything even how to clean floor and i had every time to tell her what she need to do, she was not welling to learn at all she was all the time in her phone even after speaking to her several time about not to use mobile during her work hours but she never listens, they really spoils there maids.

Hired the first helper 6 month ago through this agency. She didn’t fit the criteria but was convinced to take her on board and replace her later when they get more candidate. The process has been horrible since then. Unfortunately, their candidates are not trained properly and the replacement process has been an absolute nightmare.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to be your trusted maid provider.
I have reported dangerous behavior of the maid I hired through them with undisputed evidence, guess what happens next, they put her back available for other possible clients after one day.
We lost trust in their qualifications and procedures in selecting and disciplining maids and cancelled the contract.
All they care for is making money. There is no real customer care other than offering a replacement and this way they keep shuffling maids forever.
There is a complaint currently with MOHRE hoping these guys get some fines for their very poor performance.

Very good Whatsapp service with no hassle. All paperwork can be done remotely via Whatsapp. Contract can be signed on your phone via an SMS link. Only for the medical test the maid has to go to Dubai one time. But after that passport and EID will be send by Aramex. She will get an Al Ansari account. After receiving EID, she can collect also ATM from Al Ansari. Medical insurance is from Nextcare. Please note that prices on website are excluding tax.

It was easy and straightforward to meet maids at their office and all of them were very nice. The lady we have chosen proved to be lovely, only after a few months she decided to be sick on Saturdays and not report to work any more complaining for period pain.
We knew it is not the truth and found out she had a boyfriend to stay with on the weekends.

Now we have another lady who reported also sick only after 4 days of work complaining of UTI. Great.
We’ve sent her to the clinic, got her on antibiotics but after a day she still says she can’t work because of pain.
Well we pay a lot of money but doesn’t get the help at the moment for sure!
