First time to visit Dubai Mall branch and it was lovely. The cafe was empty as it was not peak hours. Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff who assisted us, Mae was very accommodating and friendly. She introduced their branch in MOE. Will check them out as well soon.

The coffee and tea were great but what I loved the most were the chocolates. The best I’ve tasted so far. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Pierre Marcolini Brussels at Mall of Emirates, and my experience was okay, but nothing special. The store exudes an elegant ambiance, and the staff was courteous, but the overall impression left me with a feeling of mediocrity.

The pricing seemed on the higher side for what was offered. I appreciate quality chocolates, but I expected a more distinctive and indulgent experience given the brand's reputation.

I had a Spanish Latte, which was not bad.

I dealt with Elias and his team when I bought some chocolate boxes for gifting. The customer service is superb and the team is knowledgeable as well as passionate about the products they sell.

You have to be quick in getting certain flavors as they’re popular and do sell out which is a testament to the high quality of their chocolates.

I visited the Mall of Emirates branch, the team was very hospitable and friendly. Especially Arvin, had excellent knowledge of all the products. Highly recommended

Best coffee spot in Mall of Emirates, great staff, best coffee & tea and tasty sandwiches,
I spent 8 days in Dubai and this coffee shop is my daily break after meeting.

The best chocolate house in town. The shop is amazing, friendly staff. Must try are the Macroons, Chocolate Bars and Financiers. Totally value for money and highly recommend place for chocolate lovers.

Make sure you try the Salted caramel truffles - my personal favourite, have a coffee, sit back and enjoy!

I visit this place in mall of emirats. It is amazing cafe with nice decorated and beautiful food, I getting many pleasure visit it.and nice that it is also shop of candy

I visited with my friend this the afternoon, we tried their creme brulee which was divine ️ and the almond croissant was on point. Yum. The passion fruit juice was refreshing also my almond latte was good. Highly recommend.

High quality of chocolate. The best Macaron. Very good service. It is a must if you go to Dubai Mall. I recommend it

Macarons are dry and hard. They might have other products that are good although I’m not aware of, but the macarons were a disappointment!

My favorite chocolate by far!
I keep a stock at the office, it always puts me in a good mood!

Excellent ice cream, and chocolate bars which one can sample to discover the subtle taste of each terroir.
However not great ganaches: too small (barely 10g!) for a high price (7 dhs!) and impossible to customize the boxes. For example the dark chocolate lover is forced to get milk chocolate in the box as part of the assortment.
Overall, top quality but wrong marketing. I am confident they will fix as they learn from consumer feedback.
