Absolutely the worst ever experience with these people. If you don't want to loose your nerves working with amateurs I strongly recommend to stay away from them.
Our company signage was delivered with more than a 2 months delay, the finishing details are very poor and the reason for this review is simple - absolutly the worst customer service you can immagine.
To start with they have heavily scratched the bulding ACP cladding during the installation of the signage and broke also one of the showroom windows.
The lights on our signage are faulty since they installed the signage and went off for multiple times now, it works for a couple of days and then it needs to be fixed. It goes like that since they installed the signage (19th August 2021). Couple of other issues - acrylic covers of led lights fell off. With the last issue that happened after the rain on 1st January (no proper isolation of the wiring were done), we are waiting over a month now for them to come and fix it. Multiple reminders, calls, messages and they simply not care, promising date to come and never show up, not bothering to call and inform you. UNBELIEVABLE.
