I am so disappointed by their policy on the gift card that it is only valid for 12 months and if a customer forgot to use it within the time frame, there is no way to extend it. What a easy way to make money in this way. It is surprising that they have no flexibility or common sense on this matter to their customers.

Their customer service is by far the worst ever. If u buy something online and u decide you wanna return it they r the best at playing games. They hire a bunch of inexperienced people who have nothing to say other than we will get back to u asap and they never get back. Such a shame

Worst after sale service! They don’t commit to their own return policy and no one has the authority to make decisions or take actions that benefit the customers. They are just a mediators with low quality product providers and they give fake information in the store just to sell. Worst customer services and lowest customer satisfaction in the UAE. Don’t pay home appliances from them especially Hoover washing machines.

I bought a secondhand car from them turned out that the car has big accidents that they didn’t inform me about, yet when I claim support from the festival city branch manager Waleed, he ignored me and my calls and they took 0 action. Very bad company cheating their customers to make profit!

0/5 stars review for you guys for saving money on IT solutions and wasting my time by asking me to register on your platform and then you fail to send email OTP. The whole process is broken, wrong password gives wrong email warning, literally mistakes and problems on every step.

Majid Al futtaim has failed me. Their a few key issues with their retail and other services. Firstly the timing at which I receive my goods is far too long. Everytime I go to buy something it is shortage and when I don't need it all of sudden their is a surplus. Honestly, they need work out their supply because I do not want to wait 1 month for toilet paper. Now lets talk about the share app, or more like the clown app. The rewards are bad, their is no use to it. Unlike Amazon which tells me what I want before I want it. This app suggests random goods I will never want. Why would I want a coat in the summer? Please fix this

It's been over 20 Working Days. And no suprise, STILL NOT SOLVED AND NO RESPONSE. It is baffling at this point, that these imaginary teams can't do anything and just tell you to wait over 8 months over something so simple! And all they care about to immediately customer remove their comments, Ie. Ms. Nada! Telling lies constantly, and repeating meaningless apologies after 8 months and lying is unacceptable!
