It's my first time with this company and I still have 1 box in transit, it's the worst company for handling packages!

Sept 13 is already in the Philippines, but it took another month before it was delivered to Isabela Santiago's house, there is still a hole.

I should have read reviews before I booked them. The worst experience and the worst customer service. When my box was picked up and the employee told me not to mention I only took xx amount for box refund so he can keep the rest for himself should have been a sign. My box was old so I bought it cheaper so my refund for the box was of course less than the value now. I was okay with that since the amount could at least be his tip. Looking back, I now know that was a sign of a company not run well. I suggest you read the reviews before you decide to use them.

Last Nov 2022, I've sent 2 boxes & was recently received by my family. There are missing items, branded bags, perfumes, slippers to name a few. Very disappointed, I'll never deal with them again

I am their customer for more that 5 years now and I am very satisfied with their services. My cargo reached at expected time and I make sure that all has been packed and sealed so there that is no leak or breakage of items. Thank you makati express.more power

The service was great, they came on time to pick the package.but the aircargo package is now 20 days late

Totally bad experience.i will never deal with them. Airfreight max 12 days as they promised.but almost 1 month now they didn’t receive my box and no details of delivery.too late when i saw the bad reviews

Worst ever experience i will not recomend tò other they told us 45 days but almost 3 months arrive in our home also they get some chocholates and soap and the box open. Pls.take care of our box because we work hard to buy that for our family. Concern only. Thank you.

I send my box on 29 june with the promise of getting it in Philippines after 60 days. The box only arrived 4 months later calling the makati people no one giving me a satisfactory answer very dissapointed

Wet and damaged box arrived at Philippines. Very disappointing with your service. We trusted you that you will deliver it in good condition. It was our first and definitely our last! Please investigate and we need at least a compensation about it

I came in with probably one of the most botched dye jobs and Amer actually performed a miracle! I was worried that nothing could be done due to the damage, but honestly I am more than pleased with the result. He trimmed the dead ends off for me and walked me through aftercare as well. Will be coming back in a few weeks for a follow up, and will definitely be returning to Rami Jabali Salon for any future haircuts and coloring. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

Worst experience I never see service like this in uae I make complain every where no one responded my cargo more than three months didn’t arrive to my wife when ever I call to get number of some one from the management no one respond amagine three months from dubai to phippine they just saying we apologize for delay I cross the miximum time for the cargo in the end they for get my items in dubai and until now I don’t no where is my items I was sending items for my wife for new born my baby already 2months and she didn’t ware anything if some one can give me any number or can help to pass to high management I will really appreciate the problem all the other cargo I send end of June arrive from different cargo companies but from makati they will say we have some issues in the port from July 2untill this moment same answer

Worst experience I have with them this year.my 3 cargos are still not delivered.it has almost been 3 months.my friend's shipment with the same courier had already been delivered wherein she had shipped hers more than month later than mine!

This is so traumatizing. All I just hope is that my cargos are still intact and complete.

AND TO TOP IT OF, WE GET “AIR CARGO” SERVICES AND IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE THAT IT WAS 3X THAN THE USUAL PRICE SO WHAT MORE FOR THE SEA CARGO? THE FAMILIES BEEN WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE AND IT WILL JUST LOOK LIKE THAT? I SHOULDN’T BE GIVING YOU ANY STARS AT ALL. BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD EVERYTHING. GOSH! IF ONLY I CAN POST A PICTURE, I WILL LET YOU SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

We sent 2 boxes last May 12 and the guy who picked up the boxes said it will be there max 45 days. Its already July 14 and my box still not reached the destination. When i tracked my boxes it was 2times they moved the dates to reacher the last destination. Its worst than the pandemic situation because we sent boxes during the peak covid but different cargo company we didnt expect to reached exactly 50 days. Very disappointed with you guys

I sent box with shoe and bicycle bicycle was there but 4 shoe and sandals is missing like stitcher adidas purple sandals susana brand and shoe for men, 3 months they wait for the box when its came only cheap shoes are there, yes its not so costly but you guys need to be investigate those are complain.its really disappointing.

I sent 2 boxes together and not even that heavy because when they took it from my place, 2 guys CARRIED it but when it arrived my place, there were lots of guys but they chose to dump the boxes down the stairs even the small box ignoring the fact that they might break something. Usually when we receive the boxes, no matter how heavy and big the boxes are, you can see the delivery guys taking extra care, maybe rolling the boxes but not dumping and throwing like a garbage. Its just so sad that we work hard to get those items but just because of someone's carelessness, it gets damaged, worse is it goes to the garbage because its broken or spilled. The most annoying part is, the delivery man directly asked my sister for tip for their snacks. Wow! Not just once or twice but he had to ask it thrice! It would have been nice to give the tip if they took care of the box but they did not. Please talk to your staffs! This is very bothersome.

We've tried Makati Express for 3 shipments of balikbayan boxes already. First 2 shipments (pre-covid) arrived on the said timeline. Pick-up from house was easy and arrives on scheduled time of pick up. Otherwise, they will call and inform you ahead. 3rd shipment (nov. 2021) was a little delayed but just few days from the expected timeline. Shipments arrived with no damage.

Overall, satisfied with the service (atleast until now). Maybe improve on the details of the tracking and send updates of the shipment whereabouts

Makati Simply Did not deliver their Promise
The Box was placed upside down and because of that it resulted in Some liquids leaking and Spoiling many of my items which was placed at the top of the Box. Very Disappointed with the Response from the Complaint Team. Zero Consideration to the customer or to the Items that’s ruined
You work very hard to Send something to your Family and Makati express Cargo Dubai is Careless about what happened!

I send cargo it last 2 months and 16 days. 2 box of food warmer all broken and some other things.even though with sign fragile.it shows.poor operation. 13 years sending with other cargo never been happened like here in makati express cargo.

I remember I ordered mega regular.
But when they pick up I need to pay mega jumbo price. It's making me upset.
I don't know who's mistake. From shop or the one who pick up. Hope this situation who'd never happen again

Poor service. Poor communication and listening skills.requested for box delivery and followed up twice then they gave me a bs reason that they forgot to schedule the delivery of the box. Seriously how can I entrust my cargo if by box request u failed to deliver? And instead gave me lame excuses. Listen up, u better train your people especially grace from satwa branch to do ur job properly.

Dont trust this cargo company, my box till now is delay 2 months, makati cargo my advice u better do your job very well people trust amd pay your service, ang bagahe ko po pang Xmas, ano na po ang date ngayon, november 2 pa pinadala, serbisyo nyo bulok
