They do not have trained maids which they claim and their maids come and say they do not know the work.veey disappointing experience

This is the worst cleaning company I came across in Dubai, they don’t respect people’s time, I booked and no one showed up, not answering calls, after 45 mins someone answers saying they were praying and didn’t say anything else, no compensation and no explanation just left the customer hanging with no solution. Never trying them again, all their positive reviews are fake.

My apartment was spotless after the clean! They do an amazing job at deep cleaning and I will certainly be asking them to do regular cleans! I highly recommend.

We needed cleaning service for our in house small event in Jumeira 1 around 10pm.the lady named Bhime (nepali) was alloted. LET ME TELL YOU. SHE WAS SOOOOO GOOD at her work.and also did extra job.thankyou, will save you guys for future reference

I tried their service for the first time. I have kids who create mess sometimes. The lady who cleant (Meneka) was very polite, understanding and did the cleaning very well. I was very happy.
I hv booked a second service with them. I will continue to be a regular customer

I used the service for 8 days for cat sitting. The lady was good with cats cleaned litter box v well and did the other given chores too. I was away on holiday and gave the key and i trusted her with my home and cats. I had cameras in the home too. Over all good experience with cat sitting

We booked a nanny for our three children. Nerina came, and she was so nice, caring and friendly that we booked her for the following week too. She is honest and a woman with a big heart. We appreciate that a lot.

I wish I can give 0 star. I booked der deep cleaning services at the time of eid. Service was not done properly and on top of that, der were many grocery items which I kept in two big containers like dry fruits, pulses some spices i bought from India all were stolen by them. When asked they said we had thrown them in garbage by mistake. Which I dont think any sane person would do. Throwing 15 kg worth of items, some items fully packed. When asked they are saying you should have checked and b der keeping an eye on them throughout the service and they are not responsible for anything.
Just a suggestion stay away from these thieves.

She is always on time and did a great job in cleaning and ironing. Polite and friendly. We would consider to use this service again when we need it

Great service. Spoke to Kavya to arrange a session at our new home. She was very prompt with replies and arranged Ms. Sandeep to come help with cleaning. Since it was in the midst of the moving process we were a bit worried about how it will be handled with all the boxes and things lying around. Sandeep was so thorough with the cleaning process, she did a thorough cleaning on day 1 and followed up the next time again. She never misses any corner or leaves anything undone. Thanks to her we have our home in order now. Thanks again for great service.

I booked a service from Mama and maid, and I just love their service. Very clean and tidy, affordable, and also the management is very friendly and polite.

Mama & maid is giving excellent service always. I am using there services since last 4 to 5 month and I am extremely happy. I am newly mother hence my house sometimes so messed up but they always surprised me. The girls know very well there job and responsibilities. I will highly appreciate Kavya from mama &maid, she is amazing associate. Whenever I call or message her she promptly reply to that regardless of off day or after working hour. Great service and amazing staff. Highly recommended

Great professional service. Alwyn, the owner was responsive and came for an initial inspection himself. Staff were well trained and clean. Overall great service!

On occasion, Mama and Maid provides a good service with a maid or nanny that can communicate and clean effectively. On all other times, they take poor service to the next level. They have over time not shown up after they confirmed the appointment (like today), sent someone other than the person I booked and was confirmed (last month), sent someone who doesn’t listen or understand English (several times in the past). I do not recommend them at all.

Have been working with this company for about 6 months. They come once a week for 4 hours. I only want the same cleaner on a weekly basis so when she is not available, I choose not to have anyone else in. Cleaner is always right on time and has a system to clean the designated spaces in the 4 hours I hire her for, and the driver is always there to pick her up at exactly the time to leave. I provide all the cleaning supplies so the products I want are being used in the house. Everyone appreciates the clean house!

Bad experience. From the maid being off sick weekly and letting me and my dogs down at the last minute (and me having to stress getting last minute care) to them sending an inexperienced maid who left the apartment worse than it was when she came (more than one time). Leaving iron marks in my furniture that they will not do anything about. Stay clear unless you want damaged furniture and unexperienced maids. Not happy.

We hired Mary Joy as a baby sitter and her personality is commendable. She was excellent in supervising our son and loving and caring at the same time. I liked the girl who is coming to clean house. She is good n always love to see her with happy N Smiling Face always. And she knows how to finish the entire job in 2 hrs

The team first of all send the cleaner to a different location after sharing the right one through WhatsApp. 45 mins later then the schedule time the cleaner arrives and with rude behavior is shouting at us asking are we new in Dubai and why are we giving wrong address. This is a mistake from their end and the ladies behavior was very rude and unprofessional

Professional and precise with cleaning. The helpers are very good at what they do & don't need to be mentoring. But at times they are unreliable with there staff & last minute cancellations.

I made it clear to the lady handling the booking from the first time, that i am looking for a long term commitment with the same cleaner. They sent her 'Clarissa' for two times and starting from the third time excuses began. Either she has to go home early and cant continue 3 hours or she cant come at all. Last time they made it clear she has to extent with another cutomer as she is baby sitting! And they will send different cleaner.
The lady handling Whatsapp is so bad in customer service and she doesnt know how to organise the appts, it was obbvious that this is commercial company that doesnt care about cutomer satisfaction.
I dont recommen this company at all.

Very happy with Mama and Maid services. Always arrived on time and always friendly. I was amazed by the professional work ethic shown by the staff and my house was cleaned to the highest standards you could imagine. The staff took extra care of my furniture, carpets and my pets were also looked after very nicely.

Very Professional and good. Of course details depend on the girl they send, but also on your instructions. I also ask sometimes for a babysitter and then they send someone with kids experience. I wouldnt take the bad reviews too seriously. I have had more than 10 different girls in last few weeks and they were all amazing (and im picky on cleaning and childcare).
