Expensive shop, yet delivery is outsourced to a third party provider that does not provide delivery timeline, decides to not deliver when it is not convenient for them putting in the system that the customer phone is switched off. Are you serious? Is that the service provided by such expensive brand?
I ordered a gift hamper for a friend who just had a baby. There was no option to add a card or some type of note for good wishes. I was going to let that go, but then my friend sent me a photo of the hamper with the price sticker and barcode still on it. As you can imagine, this is not the experience I wanted my friend to have. I’d hoped that for a company such as yours, someone would have the understanding to know that something advertised as a gift shouldn’t be delivered with the price sticker and barcode still attached and should also provide some form of personal touch. Please do better; you’re not just selling babywear; you’re selling an experience.
Extremely poor delivery service. No respect of timing and poor customer service from the delivery company (which is not mamas and papas). My wife stayed in all day waiting for our baby purchases and the delivery didn’t turn up. I’m waiting to hear from their customer service team.
Not suggested for online shopping. Received stroller with dent, still waiting for a response from mamas and papas for seven days to return or replace the item. No update from them. Each time they promise to give an update and says waiting for brand approval!

Good quality, nice range of clothes and very fast delivery system. You place your order and you can get it the same day! Slightly more expensive than others baby shop, but the quality worth it.
Had a really great experience browsing the store on Friday. I wish I got the Gentleman’s name who provided a great comparison of the travel strollers they have available. My husband and I didn’t purchase anything yet but he provided enough information to make an educated purchase from their online website.
One of the worst online experience ever and customer service either not answering or you keep on waiting for more than 5 mins for pick up plus they arent proffesional at all.im surprised this should be a big brand.

They use cheating strategy to sell their items, they post very attractive items in very good price to sell the rest, and when you place an order that attractive one will not be delivered, only the secondary items will be delivered, and excuse will be that it was out of stock. So they use fishing method to sell items online, please don't fall into their trap.
