Its the best clinic for laser and skin treatment, I tried several clinics and always come back here . I have done today facial a laser for hair removal .Lekita was so professional and kind
I would give it 5 stars .

Did a full body laser hair removal using candela (which makes it feel like just cold air blowing). Joyce was very professional and very quick and made the experience as painless as possible. Nice place if you're considering laser hair removal.

Likita was so friendly with me during my session laser. I would definitely come back to her. I recommend you to come!

The most unacceptable thing happened. They double checked our appointments multiple times and we confirmed every single time only for us to come and be told that they’re understaffed today and can’t take us in? ! It’s completely unacceptable we drove for 40 mins for them to tell us they can’t take us in the appointment that we CONFIRMED multiple times 2 days before? First time coming and last time it’s outrageous never coming back here again.

I never put bad reviews for anyone but they don't even deserve one star. So iam writing in English so everyone can understand this also. The worst experience ever. Even in my last appointment they kept me waiting for 30 minutes. And today my appointment was at 30_7_23 7: 45 pm kept me waiting down for 45 minutes with no one. When I came up to reception to ask whats going on. They said people have full body laser. If they have full body laser how can you give appointment to other customers at the same time. I have been to barsha branch many time. I never had any problems there. But in this Jumeirah branch second time and its the same very unprofessional staff. They don't know how to handle the customers. And they simply tell you to take a appointment for next day? Ohh seriously? How can you say like this? Many other customers left angry like this in front of me. Waisted my whole time In this clinic to hear my appointment from you? What you think i should leave my work and come here everyday to ask if today i can get the appointment on a right time. Worst clinic ever. I hope this msg reaches to the management who is responsible for this clinic I hope to get back there reply. If not then this is not a standard company. So please don't use this clinic. There are many more also with good offers. So kindly don't use this.

مركز جميل ومريح ومتميز يستخدمون احدث اجهزة الليزر وعندهم موظف من الفلبينيين اسمه jet شاطر وفاهم ايش الليزر الي يناسبك وانسان طيب وخدوم ويعمل بضمير بالذات الشباب روحو لعنده ،، واسعار الليزر عنده ممتازة خصوصا وقت العروض

Extremely friendly and professional staff starting with Norhan at the reception to the excellent laser technician Dyan; Dyan demonstrates good knowledge of laser hair removal and she thoroughly talked me through the process during my 1st appointment and she answered all my questions.
The clinic is very clean and highly recommended, the results were beyond my expectations.

The center good and they have well trained staff. They always have great offers.
I tried their hair removal laser and the result was good.

They deserve absolutely 0 Zero and heres why! Every single time i do full body laser hair removal and the nurse doesn't cover all my body parts and she keep spots that is not covered, I keep complaining more than 5 times about this issue and nobody done something about that stupid nurse.

They are not organised at all, if your appointment is at 5 for example you will wait more than 1 hours.
The way they talk the way they explain with un professional plus I didn't see that they deserve to get any good rates for the services or the management.

Never come back to them.

I was afraid at the beginning of the idea of Hollywood smile and how it is done, anyways i got the guts to go to mamlakat aljamal and luckily doctor asma khalifa was my dentist and she was very gentle and understanding she was a person who knows how to talk to people and she gave me the perfect impression behalf of mamlakat aljamal, you guys are lucky ti have doctors like doctor asma khalifa she did the best and i got the perfect smile that i was looking for, thank you mamlakat aljamal and thank you doctor asma khalifa ️️

Great experience here! I visited Mamalakat Al Jamal based in recommendations from my friends and i was very satisfied! I loved Dr. Suriya who did for me Russian lips filler exactly as i wanted! She is amazing and super friendly! Big thanks to Fatima and Samy at the reception who were very friendly, professional and informative. Another special thank you to Mr Mohammed the clinic manager who saw me kinda lost and didn't hesitate to assist me all the way to my doctor.highly recommended clinic.

Totally not happy how the management set appointments. Always been telling me that i will be on the waitlist whenever other clients may cancel their appointments.

Additionally, i have to force myself to contact the branch just to check whether i have an appointment and by surprise always no appointment for me which is totally frustrating.

Earlier i called the call center and still no appointment for and promised me that they will call me within 48hrs.

Worst clinic.unprofessional staff and doctors.even managent with poorest behavioural skills I have ever experienced in my life and that's coming from a medical healthcare provider

أسوء عياده تعاملت معاهم لا خبره ولا مصداقيه همهم الوحيد الفلوس دمرولي اسناني ولعبوا فيهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ويعل حوباتنا توصلهم ان شاءالله بعد مايستلمون المبلغ محد يعطيك ويه الفينير تغير لونه والتركيبه كلها غلط في غلط وعلى آلام اللثه والالتهابات حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل نصيحه لكل اللي متضرر من العياده يسوي شكوى لحماية المستهلك dubai Consumer. ولا هيئة صحه دبي Dha ولا التويتر لازم ناخذ حقوقنا اللي انسلبت منهم من اذى بالصحه والمبالغ والتجاهل والغش التجاري في تغير الالوان حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم الله ياخذ حقنا منهم ان شاءالله ونحن في دوله فيها قانون واكيد القانون الاماراتي بياخذ حقنا والتقييييييييم صفررررررررررررررررر

The clinic opens 9 am and my appointment is at 9 am, the stuff and the team must be ready before 9 am! Same as any company or Clinics management that they must be prepared and all of them in theirs positions before the gust arrives!
In my situation! I took permission from my work for 30 min to do face lasier! But what’s happened? The stuff still on the way, and the receptionist telling us that wait until my colleague (the Arabic lady wearing abaya) she’s late to much.arrive because I can’t manage all of you and we are only 7 patients!
In my side I have limited time and it’s not acceptable to wait and waste my time on clinic that won’t be on time and prepared their time,

I’m telling my complain because it’s the happened severals time every time when I come same situation.

Hope the manager make everything right

It’s my first time in this clinic and it looks very new and clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Their prices are reasonable too.

عياده جميله جدا كان عندي موعد اليوم تنظيف اسنان والجلسه كانت جميله وحجزت موعد آخر لجلسه التبييض مع دكتور علي دكتور شاطر جدا

انا عن واقع تجربة تركيب بكمل 20 يوم بعدهم يعدلون في الاسنان ماضبطوها مرتين اروح الاسنان مش ضابطه في الشكل واتريا يعدلونها وايد تاخير في المواعيد وحتى لما طلبت اكلم الدكتور بالتلفون عشان استشيره كلمني مره كنت مشغول وطنشو بعدها ورديت اتصلت وطنشو وقدمت شكوه وكلموني من ادارة العيادة وقالو بشوف موضوع شكوتك وطنشو ورحت اركب الابتسامه ماكانت مضبوطه ورجعوها المصنع وقلتلهم عن الشكوه وطنشو مافي اهتمام ولا دقيقين في التصنيع ويقولون لك سعر ولما تروح يدفعونك سعر ثاني وتعب الام الاسنان قريب الشهر من الحف والحساسية ونحن ثلاث اشخاص انا وزوجتي وابني نعاني نفس المشكله وهم مطنشين وبعد معانات ركبنا الاسنان وباقي زوجتي الله يعين متى بتخلص موعد البروفه بعد 16 يوم واذا الاسنان مو ضابطه بعد بتتاخر اكثر في التركيب

الصراحه مملكه الجمال فرع جميرا مستوى ضعيف جدا وغير متوقع في تركيب ابتسامه هوليود خربو اسناني كلها المقاسات كلها غلط ضرس كبير وضرس صغير والالوان غير متناسقه شغلهم سيء جدا ويوم اشتكيت محد عمل لي شي حتى الآن ومافي مصداقيه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

The laser guy was so rude & I bought a full body laser and didn’t do some areas cause as they say another patient is coming and you only have 1 hour in this room! & they spouse to put after laser cream or gel but they didn’t!
