The laser that they have for hair removal has not worked on me at all. I have taken 6 seasons with them and was regular and at the end very disappointed with results - hair still grows and I haven’t noticed even a little slowdown after completing my sessions and I was advised by them that I will see hair will be going in 6 sessions
The least they could do is to refund

Have been using their hair removal services for more than a year. Already went into the maintenance sessions after the great result. They do have lot of other services and cosmetic procedures available. Definitely recommend!

Had my laser hair removal today and totally loved. First want to mention that stuff was very friendly and welcoming that made feel comfortable from the minute I waked in. Appointment was easy to schedule without the hustle. They have good laser machine, so procedure itself was quick and painless.

Best medical center for all kinds of facial fillers, botox and facial treatments in town. Dr. Camelia is a magician when it comes to derma fillers and botox and also she treats her patients amazingly! Ms. Rasha who is a patient coordinator is very attentive and she is lovely to the patients as well. Do not think twice and just go to MMC if you are thinking of any facial treatment! Highly recommended!

I had an appointment with Dr Camilia at 3pm for an injection. At 5pm, still no one had taken care of me, I was waiting in a consultation room. They announced 10 minutes late but it changed in 2 hours without anyone telling me. A shame! I left.

Worst i avail the treatment of chemical peel on the bikini area but still 1 year now im puting the cream its burned i payed 2000 aed for nothing including the cream worst!

The crown I had fitted by Dr. Omar fell out after 3 months. I was told the crown would be a great option as it would last 15+ years, not 3 months. I was very careful, and was not in any accident. I payed 2000+ AED which is now a waste of time and money, as they will not compensate me. Terrible dentistry, do not come here.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience in the clinic. They booked my appointment without informing me that my Dr.had already left the clinic and expected that I would see a complete stranger without any prior warning. I wasted two hours of my day travelling there and back. Given that they didn't inform me at any stage of the change in staff nor disclose where the Dr.had moved to, I would not come back to the clinic. Very disappointing.

It has been a year since I came to this clinic to do the transparent braces. The staff is nice however, I do not recommend this place for anyone for two main reasons.
1. Although the doctor has a good personality but he is not good at his stuff (more important than his personality). He promised to fix my teeth within 6 months. He could not (my case was considered minor by the way), then he said 3 months more and we fix. He couldn't and now it is almost a year, and he couldn't fix it. Wasted my time and my money.
2. They do not respect the time of their patients. I come on time and they keep me waiting for 30 minutes because the one before me was late or they were late.
I sometimes come late but all the time I call them to either rearrange or apologize. They never did that.
So avoid this place to save your money and your teeth.

I went to this center last year to treat what I thought was a urine infection. The doctor prescribed multiple tests which were negative. He then prescribed an antibiotics regimen, which didn't help either. I thought something was seriously wrong with me, then I researched the symptoms online and found that it matched a yeast infection. I took the medicine, I was okay in 3 days with over the counter medicine.

I spent over 1500 DHS on this merry-go-around of wrong diagnosis and finally had to cure myself.

I wish the doctor had better information about this.

Edit: The Dr who attended to me, kindly reached out and informed me that there was no positivity of yeast infection in my test, results. I appreciate that and have added one more star for this attention.

I must say, the antibiotics gave me temporarily relief, but since anti-bacteria antibiotics can't kill fungii, they didn't solve the problem for more than a few days.

Well, I am sure the experience with me is a learning opp for the centre and they will be able to treat future patients better.

I wrote a review few days back. I got botox done from here for forehead fine lines.
In period of one month my few lines were back and in two months all back.
SIMPlY i got ripped off!
Feeling so disappointed!
Botox stays for four to six months but this product they used hardly did for two months.
2000 aed got wasted for nothing!

After a very long research and reading the reviews, i've decided to visit this clinic for a full back laser hair removal.i did the first session it was like normal nothing was weird or unusual until passing 8 days after the session all the hair just fall.now im doing my 5th session the hair is almost disappeared.great work guys keep going.all the appreciation will go to beverlyn fantastic attitude, very sweet way communicating with her client.

Awful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like it. The woman at the front is extremely rude and left me wondering who trained these staff on customer service. I will never go here again. Asked to speak to the manager about this and he was “unavailable”. Whoever owns clinic this should be ashamed.

Called twice to inform them I would be a few minutes late for my appointment due to an emergency and there was no answer. When I arrived they refused to do the appointment and told me it was “not their problem”. However I called multiple times to inform them and there was no answer. They wanted the session to be used from my pre paid package so I’d have to pay again.

Said they make exceptions for their most valued customers, though I’ve spent thousands here and apparently I am not one of them.

Did teeth whitening with Dr. Omar, results exceeded all expectations! Very professional and friendly team, thank you. See you again.

I have been visiting MMC since 2017 for my laser hair removal treatment. I am happy with service as the treatment is effective. From face, to armpit to full leg. You can see the difference after each session. Thanks to Ms Gretchen, the best laser technician I’ve met. She is very efficient and she take cares of you. I recommend you to visit MMC and look for Ms. Gretchen, she will help and recommend whats the best option that suits you.

We are a regular patients for this medical clinic for years, as we thought it is the correct place and location to treat our daughter there but when a doctor see her for 1 minute and claim it is a consultation and we should pay 650 AED while there was no consultation and even if 1 minute in the treatment room which they give the vaccination for my daughter it is considered as consolation I can surely know that it is pure business and the old concept of the doctors human roles it is gone for ever I advise you don't attend this clinic and look for better behaviour as for us and every one we know we will never visited anymore, it's great that you did highlights to the details which I have missed I think it is clear now. A day's the doctors profession it's related to money, Insurance not to humanity and great to know 2 minutes in the treatment room it will cost 520 after giving your discount and specially to one of your old customers well any how your comments might clear your opinion which we do respect as a member in organised sociality but in standards of doctors profession as we raised one it is have to value anyhow good luck if we visited you or not this will not effect you as you mentioned the doctors are qualified which I do agree totally qualified but for me I look into for academic qualifications thanks again and good luck I will be visiting you to pay you the balance which remaining that I couldn't pay it in my last visit as i don't have insurance still to afford been your customer again, but thanks for I found a real doctor in all standard thanks again and yes you have great doctors to be fair but academic wise.

I visited the clinic with my friend for her appointment that was scheduled at 3pm and we waited for 2 h with no one saying anything to us about how long will we wait and why is there a delay.

I did whitening in this center. It took me around 1 hour and it was very comfortable, not painful at all, doctor was very professional. Result was amazing, i got sparkle white colour but natural in the same time. Just in the evening after procedure i had pain, in the morning it was gone

I recently did my Botox and fillers with Dr Anis, and can honestly say that he is amazing! I have been to different clinics all over the world for injectables and this is by far the happiest I have ever been with the results!

Dr Anis was wonderful, he took my needle phobia into consideration and was very gentle and patient. I appreciate his ‘less is more’ approach which is rare to find especially in Dubai as most doctors will keep injecting just to make more money. If you are looking to do any kind of facial injections I cannot recommend Dr Anis enough, he is a true master of his craft.

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to have them around if I ever get sick again. The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The receptionist that took my initial information was terrific, she made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. First experience with medical center very accomodating and attentive staffs, I did hydrafacial and microdermabrasion. The therapist is so friendly she explain each step of the treatment. Will come back for sure.
