Marinelys Babysitting Center (Day Care) & Home Care Services

Had moments of joy and moments of extreme stress. Lately extremely disappointed. I mean, how do you charge money for a child to be part of a Christmas party at the daycare where parents already paid for the child to be there? ! Asking for a contribution as a help from parents to support the cause is different, but to ask for ticket entrance? Isn’t it supposed to be organized for the kids there? It is not a free schooling daycare supported by government but you act like it, this shows low level of respect towards the parents who pay you. It’s a Daycare Christmas Party for kids and you charge value of full day at Dubai Safari Park for God Sake, while we already paid a full 8h day. Mind blow.
The place should be inspected for pest, our daughter coming with huge itchy wounds, had to give her Zyntech treatment, and if they dare to deny it, will attach photos. Their response so poor and indifferent. The birthday party which they confirmed initially, is cancelled without notice, and they would ignore my question if at least I could bring a cake and pizzas for baby girl to celebrate with her friends. They kept repeating they can’t do it cause they don’t do parties anymore. When I mentioned I will talk about this, they told me that I could actually bring a cake. They entitled themselves as being the ones who brought solution. I am not shy to share the conversation. Their typical line would be: “ if you’re unhappy then why you brought her for all this time? ” The audacity and the arrogance will never end, and they’ll never admit a mistake unless is some bottle they forgot to pack back. Well, let me tell you something, dear staff of Marinelys, and management involved, as parents, we do bring in good faith our child to the daycare, and we keep quiet alot for the sake of support and understanding, we show patience to you, and we don’t come to harass other parents like your favourite clients do. I will never forget how you allowed a mother to harass my entire family at your center, to shout in public in front of the door, in front of our baby, disrespecting with gestures and shouting so loud at us for no valid reason, just because our dog was on leash tight far enough from her, you just standing there smiling, without your popcorns. You failed horribly as humans and as caregivers that day. Made me think of how you might allow kids to hit eachother (concerned discussed that day with you) and build bullies, which was confirmed later on by my daughter who keeps on saying who is hitting who everyday. Unfortunately our Journey with you ends right here. Please don’t bother to apologize about how I don’t understand you, it’s just ridiculous.

Simply the best! My son Mahmoud was so shy as he is not use to other people except his dad and me. I was a bit scared the first day I left him but my fear went away when I saw how caring the staff were! Now he is use to them and he becomes more and more sociable. I am really satisfied with their service and I highly recommend Marinelys babysitting center. Thanks to each of you ladies

Marinelys cancelled on my family a few hours before the girls was meant to come.

I had made the booking 6 weeks in advance, and the booking was for a full-month. Now I’m left looking for a helper for a full month at last minute.

This is not the first time this has happened. They are disorganised, unreliable and deeply inconsiderate.

Its been 8 months now since we started using Marinelys in Homecare basis specifically 3x a week and full day every Fridays and varies sometimes as we work in Shiftings. It’s a heaven sent for us as a new Parent and working parents as well. They always send a good and professional staff, they are very accommodating and flexible! Even with our last minute request they’ve always been very helpful and supportive. I can’t thank Marinelys enough for the help specially with our schedule. As a long term customer, I can confidently recommend their services and definitely a trusted one!

Very good nursery, my daughter Judy became very socially when she started here, the teachers are very nice and they take good care about all babies, very welcoming, smiling and humble the hygiene level is very well maintained, the activities are keeping the kids always motivated and confident.

I’m dropping my 2 year old Daughter at Marinelys Babysitting Center and I am really happy with the Improvements of my Child! She plays well with other Kids and comes home with activities. They also teach my baby with letters and numbers also most importantly is good habits. I’m also happy about the updates they send to me time to time. I highly recommend this center to the working and busy parents.

The decoration was beyond expectation. We loved it. Our Son enjoyed a lot. They really did an amazing work interms of decoration, coordination and helpful staff. Well organized I must say.

We send our baby boy who is 16 months old for over a month and we are very satisfied with a service from Marinelys. Each nanny everyday is very happy and positive attitude towards all kids in the babysitting Center. Recommended to parents who are in need for professional help and need few hours a day. Our baby is who is usually very attached to us going there with happy face everyday.

I've been dropping my baby for almost 6months now and I am so happy to have found this center! Not only they take good care of kids but they also a big solution for the working parents. I have never felt so distant with my baby as they always send updates, photo and video, they follow what's instructed and I feel relaxed to know update about my Baby. They even shower my Baby before handing over to me. This is the most amazing help I have ever seen. When we reached home Im having quality time with my Family and it's the Best thing. They deserve more than 5 stars for me!

The place is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and cooperative. My daughter enjoys going there and spending time playing with other kids.

I was happy with the nanny service, It was urgent request they have available stuff and they respond quickly. The rate was a bit higher for adhoc nanny home servise but they are available friendly and professional. I recommand.

I have started bring my son since he is 10-month old as myself and my husband are both working. Marinelys is our top choice as they are flexible in timings and rates, and they are also very near our working place and residency. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating, thanks to Ms Jo for leading the group. Well done! What I liked the most is they have plenty of educational and fun activities, and they also maintain a very clean facility. My son enjoys playing with other kids too. Thanks to Marinelys!

The staff are wonderful but they treat them so terribly - not getting paid, messing with their visas, taking advantage of people with no other choice. Will never use again

I communicated with them for a few days. When it came time to confirm the service, they just stopped replying. Very disappointed with the amount of time I ended up wasting but glad I could experience their service without shelling out my money.

My little boy is 3 years old and has been coming here 5 days a week for 2 months now. He absolutely loves going, he’s so excited every morning to go and see his friends. They do so many different activities with them as well, it is definitely worth every penny. The ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful as well, always sending pictures of him throughout the day. It really keeps your mind at ease. I really can’t fault this place and I’m so glad we found it️

BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE. We had just agreed to keep our daughter there on a long term basis. On her first day when we picked her up she burst into tears very upset inside the the center it was witnessed that there were over 20 children crammed with nannies and staff in an area the size of a studio room.once we brought her back she got extremely ill and constantly vomiting through out the night. Upon informing them we will not continue, they immediately sent their banking details to collect payment of 1 outstanding day. No regard for children's well being. I am truly disappointed in how some individuals conduct business and not feel guilty in how they do it

On my vacation to dubai, Marinelys babysitting service appointed Grace as the nanny for my 3 year old daughter.
Grace was so kind and caring, to say the least.
She made sure that she met with all the needs and demands of my child. And my daughter can be quite a challenge sometimes.
From playing with her, to feeding her, grooming her and making her feel at home. Grace took care of it all.
My daughter misses her company.
Im very satisfied with the services. Its great value for money and i will surely opt for marinelys baby sitting services in the future too and specifically request Grace's company for my child.

When I saw the Marinelys Baby Center at JLT last August I never felt hesitant to bring my baby to them because I know and I feel that they will take good care of my baby the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. They teach and help my baby to discover new things playing of their educational toys and meeting some other babies too. I never felt more scared at all when I leave my baby to them you can trust them 100% of their services. Big thanks to all the staff they never let me down.

Our daughter enjoyed going to this babysitting centre for a good few months and made lots of friends there. All staff are warm and caring. Best option if you need to drop off your kid and go about your errands. It’s a big playroom with lots of entertainment. Our daughter learned plenty there. She now went on to preschool but we will always be thankful for the time she spent in Marinelys.

We’ve been using Marinelys for almost 2 years now and I always have good experiences with their babysitters, my family visit Dubai 3-4 times in one year and last year I found their service and been keep using till now and in the future also! My wife always get good support and we travel a lot of places and in Dubai only we enjoy our stay mostly because we get the convenient of booking babysitter, I used other company before but staff are not experienced and too expensive. I only tried this company once and so far all babysitters are good plus the time is also flexible and very fast to book. Will recommend Marinelys to the parents who will go for vacation in Dubai with kids.

I’ve been using Marinelys for a while now and the kids and I are very happy with the nanny’s. Each one is very professional and experienced. Whenever I need them they are here even if it’s last minute I strongly recommend them to anyone.

For parents and aunt like me, finding a nanny in this difficult situation is very challenging. But Marinely’s Babysitting Center gave us comfort and peace of mind when we bring my 5 months old nephew to their Center. They even created a whatsapp group in order to update us what is happening in the center every single day and they have a lot of activities for your babies as well. My nephew is turning 10 months old this coming Oct 2021 and yes he is still in the center.

This was one of my best experience while visiting Dubai. I traveled with my 2 kids 4 and 5 years and they were life savers. My kids enjoyed spending their time. They called all the staffs my auntie: (
I am so grateful even both my kids improved communication and language skills. It was first time my son to stay out without a family member but he loved it more. I cant say enough about the super friendly and respectful staff they got. With in my 3 months stay in Dubai I was not worried about where to keep the kids when I do my business.
The place is clean they used to send me videos and pictures of the kids. My kids loved taking their snack with the other kids.
And special thanks for amazing birthday they did for my daughter with very short notice and all the love my daughter recieved.

I am really happy with Marinelys Babysitting Center, my kids loves the place and babysitters. They keep my kids engaged with many activities and keep me updated always. Highly recommended if you are looking for a day care for you kids with flexible timings. Really safe and affordable service.

I started using Marinelys service in July. Much to my dismay after 2 weeks upon checking with the Nanny, I realized that she was not vaccinated. Apparently the company policy was to vaccinate staff only if the client insists. I asked for RT-PCR test right away. Even the RT-PCR test it seems is not done on a regular basis and only if the client asks for it.

Twice during the short period the Nanny was with us, she arrived late citing that the Management was making her work long hours.

The only reason I continued their services was because the nanny was good. She was hardworking, responsible and experienced. Also she has been working with them since the past 3 months only so cannot comment if other staff are equally good.

Marinelys explained last minute changes in the assigned Nanny citing some ridiculous reasons when we knew they were clearly not telling the truth.

While Vangie the Nanny was good, I do not want to deal with the Marinelys team based on how poorly they seem to treat their staff, lax safety protocols, dishonest and poor customer handling.

Finally please insist on RT-PCR test / vaccination certificates of assigned staff. And do not assume they will abide by the contract.

Marinely's is your perfect option if you're really looking a reliable help to take care of your kids. They do everything for them, giving the kids a real family love, taking care of them and guiding them. They teach the kids to love their mates as well. And my daughter always look forward to go to her Marinely's fam.

Me and my wife is with Marinelys for almost 2 years now, from the time my wife delivered our First Baby and used one Babysitter till my Baby is 20 months old and my wife is pregnant she will deliver this month, we are still using the service we have Jane with us from Day 0 till now. During the Vacation of Jane we have Rose and she is amazing too! My experience with this company is great and I am very happy with the service so far! Will continue with them till my 2nd Baby is 2 years old and will be able to go for Nursery!

The whole Marinelys’ staffs are accommodating and polite. My son learned how to build his confidence, become more active, interact with other kids and he started to discover his talents like singing and dancing. Everyday, they help my son develop his skills and therefore, I’m happy with their service. They also have great and clean vicinity, as well as interactive play area with a variety of activities where kids will not only enjoy but will also gain more knowledge.

I used Marinelys for my 16 months old Son. I had to do work from home and I needed help for my Toddler as I won’t be able to be running around with him.
They send me a very good Babysitter and she help me a lot, supported me with Bathing, feeding, playing and putting to sleep, even some chores also she exectionally helps me even out of her scope! The staff is professional and helpful. The management is flexible with my timings as well. I got a good price with best quality. I recommended them to my Friends and they are happy with the service as well. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing, we visit dubai weekly with Family we are based in Abudhabi and with my 7 months daughter. We are really happy that my baby is being cared well while we are outside, plus the Babysitters are good, im booking the Hotel babysitter services after midnight so for me, double thumbs up. Rates are good too!

Staff is not vaccinated, owner always lies to the client's. They send different Nanny's as they send their best person on the day one.
Staff is over worked, They are not getting enough time to rest.

While I spent two months in Dubai with my 3 year old, I was looking for someone to take care of my son. Then i have found this this perfect place. A place where someone was always looking well after him and at the same time he has lots of children there to play with. I have never had a better feeling keeping my baby boy somewhere like in this place. Everyone there is super sweet and the care they took of my son was like it was their own child. He’s a very picky eater, but they managed to feed him so well. They cut his nails when they were long, gave him baths. I could spend the whole day with peace in mind, because I knew in Marinelys he is safe and looked well after. The facilities to play inside is also amazing! It’s definitely a play paradise where every child has fun. My son loved going there and now that we are back in Germany he asks everyday about this place. Hopefully we will be back soon and I will definitely keep him there again without any hesitation. I highly recommend this wonderful place with lots of lovely people! ️

I dropped my baby to Marinelys Babysitting Center, it’s really a good experience for my 2 Year and 1 Year old babies while we are having lunch with our friends at the restaurant nearby the Center. It’s really good to know there is facility like this opened around the area. I usually used the service for on call basis in my house, but this is really a nice try for my kids to enjoy their weekend. I think I will make this as a weekly routine, Cheers!

Poor service provided by their nanny. She was always on her phone and neglected our child on various occasions putting him in danger. When we asked the nanny to leave for fear of our child's wellbeing, Marinleys refused to refund our outstanding balance. The company does not do a complete background check on it's nannies and for your child's safety, i would not recommend this service.

We booked Marinelys Babysitting for our first baby for Newborn care, And its a heaven sent. Luz is very good, she knows how to handle our baby very well and its a peace of mind to sleep in the night knowing that your baby is safe in her hand. She always give us good advice what to do during the day and my Nanny is also learning from her. In thought that i will only book her for 1 month, i ended up booking for straight 6 months and its crazy addicting. My baby slept through the night by the time she left and i went back to work without stressful nights.

Fritzi, was amazing. My baby loved her and were very comfortable with her right away. She was very professional and easy to work with. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy a couple evenings out because we had such confidence in her ability to take care of our Baby. We used this company for BOTH of our children for sleep training, and by the time Jona (the sleep trainer) left, we had kids who slept through the night! I cannot recommend them enough, so new mommas can feel like normal again and you can enjoy your little ones without being so exhausted!

I have a very good experience with this Company! Luckily i am very happy with the staff they sent me from the first day i asked their service. The Nanny is good, caring and very well experienced. The Management is very responsive and they always give me answer and response even in my last minute booking. Yes! I can say that sometimes they cannot respond on my requirement because of the slot but i totally understand! I like how they manage situations like the staff is sick and sometimes there is an emergency and they are very apologetic as well. When it comes to rates, I can say that its affordable, they have lower rates with same service scope from other agency. They provide reasonable rates I can say! Well, for me my overall experience is very good so I highly recommend this company!

I booked Marinelys Babysitting for 2 months during my Nanny’s emergency vacation, turned out to love more the Babysitter they provided, even when my Nanny returned, I still book their service. The quality of care their Babysitters have is outstanding. They don’t play around with TV or Tabs, they engaged themselves with my kids, I have Elba and Rosie whom I use alternately and I’m very happy with both. For me it’s a great experience as I also use other companies and I can tell their service stands out for me! Very Flexible staff and helpful office as well, they assist me every time.

We booked a nanny through Marinelys while on holiday. Elba, the nanny, was excellent. She was prompt, professional, reliable and kind. Our kids loved having her visit. The booking was easy and quick, and the company was responsive. We would use the company again!

I don’t know what I would do without their help, they have always supported me since my baby was weeks old and now my baby is 8months and still using their services, from their staff teaching me how to give baby a bath (did I mention I was a first time mum, totally clueless) to baby’s development stages, and mummy gets to rest or run some errands. I would like to recommend on using Marinelys for those who are in need of a Childcare services, I’m sharing my own experience and for me, they are total relief! I booked my night babysitter from the day I got discharged from the hospital with my Baby. They send me the best fit I can say’! I was tired, exhausted and all I need is a good sleep! Well! They didn’t fail to give that! So I kept extending my service till 3 months now and I’m continuing till my baby sleeps whole night naturally! I don’t believe in placing a baby to sleep training, so for the working parents who just wanted to have a good sleep after work, or for those who are going back to work, This service they provide is highly recommended.

I've been using Marinelys for over 2 years. I’ve never been let down by them, the babysitters are always great people, very caring, fun and engaging with my child from newborn till 2 years old. The fees are very fair and I like the fact that the cost, timings etc are clear before the babysitter arrives. I'm using the same Babysitter till now and other babysitter replace on her off and when she is sick or having an emergencies. The Marinelys office is also very apologetic in times that things occur uncontrollable which i like about them. They are very assisting and supportive when it comes to my requirements. For a first time parents we can say that their service is heaven sent! I have no words to say, My babysitter is Amazing and we treat her like a Family As a long term customer i can confidently recommend their services to people looking for Childcare.

Our Over all Experience with Marinelys Babysitting is Excellent! We are using their service for 24 Months now and from the very beginning they are very helpful up to the dot. They always have a solution for everything and whenever i need a help during the night, they always come to the rescue. I have Thea for 24 Months now and i am using the extra staff every Friday night and during Thea's off. I'm happy with the babysitter and with company. From the time Raffa is in my stomach, i already hired Thea, and she take care of my baby from newborn till 2 years old. They provided me a good staff as well during her vacation. Marinelys Company treats their staff fairly that i can guarantee. I can see their staff have good attitude and passion with what they do. As a mother of 2, i can tell that passion and love comes first on top of their priority which is the most important thing. The Admins are also honest when they cannot provide staff, they inform in advance. If the staff is sick or having some emergencies they also take a very good action and prioritize the matter. They have some flaws with services sometimes but they always keep good relationship with us. They take advises and always open for comments and suggestions. A company that i can highly recommend.

The nanny is great but unfortunately the company is poorly managed.
Trying to hire a nanny since start of September and till now They couldn’t provide me an answer and arrange a nanny till now.
Their price is higher than anywhere else but their service is poor.
