I was glad to visit and all staffs welcomed me, Asim, Khadijah, Basil and team are really awesome. I highly recommend the show room

Staff are incompetent. Buyer beware. Unable to understand orders to be placed. In the end when with Kitchen Warehouse (directly opposite them) and bought what I wanted. They delivered incomplete items and when challenged wants to charge extra. Don’t go there. Simple

Unprofessional staff, technicians who don’t know how to do their basic job. They will sell you faulty things and then when you have a concern regarding the equipment you purchased, they will talk to you with a rude manner and unwillingness to help. Marriot don’t waste your time on replying here to make yourself look good to the public when you can’t resolve it in person.

Bad quality of machine and services (ice cube machine use for 2 weeks only it stop work, we contact maintaince team for 2 weeks for repair， finally they give location for repair, but after we collect machine back its still not working.so we send it again for repair.now its working i am not sure how long it can last.)

The best company in the Emirates. I visited them in the Dubai branch and they gave me everything I needed

If there's a - NEGATIVE rate for this company, i will gladly give that! You have given me a USED & DIRTY equipment & refused to refund my money! You opted to change but gave me an expensive price to cheat me! The salesperson at Salahuddin Deira branch is VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL when dealing with customers! I am paying money & got nothing but zero customer service. You should change the way you deal with your customers because we work hard to earn what we are paying you! I hadnto go back and forth your store but got no solution to my complain! Very disgusting & disappointing!

Deira Salahuddin Branch is the worst store to go to! Customer service does not exist at all. They will speak in other language right on your face which is very disrespectful. They will keep lying until you get tired of waiting for a solution to your complain. Very unprofessional.

Mariot Kitchen this the best Company were fabulous. Our kitchen design made the best use of the available space and has so many extras that I wouldn't have thought to include that make working in the kitchen easy. They delivered on time and on budget, would definitely use them again.

This is by far the worst company I've dealt with in my 20 years in Dubai. Salesman doesn't care or is incapable about doing his job and simply doesn't want to sell; if you are a customer, you will need to do his job while he will tell you a bunch of lies starting from stock down to prices and down to delivery.
Management doesn't care about lost revenues. Customer service concept is unknown to them. Any kind of commitment towards time, quality and even as simple as correctness of the items to be delivered are disrespected and disregarded. To top it all, they take full payment upfront and really don't want to refund it upon failed order. If you have any choice to deal with someone else, I urge you to do it and don't deal with this unprofessional establishment.

They selling dirty and broken equipments. I sent an email complaint but no action. I insisted to return. After 5 months I got the replacement but they said need to pay 600 AED additional. We closed the deal with a new Equipment and got new invoice. Same day I called the Manager because I missed to get the change of 500AED (for 1100AED cash out) next day I came back to take it but they not return the money. They stealing money from the Customer. I’m thinking to file a police case.

BAD BAD BAD BAD, Worst service in the UAE, Avoid them at all cost, their sales people are arrogant especially Syrian guy named "Basil", after you make the payment they disappear and you have to follow up. I had to wait 21 days for them to answer and deliver.i had to go many times to the showroom and scream at them. I wish I read this reviews before buying anything from them.go to Marino or Al Razana next door.better service

تجربه سيئه مع المعرض هناك عدة ملاحظات
السعر يختلف عن المستودع الي بالشارقه دبل السعر في بعض الاصناف وبعض الاصناف هناك فارق ليس بالكبير
لكن هذا يفقدهم المصداقيه بالتعامل وهذه اخر مره اتعامل معهم للأمانه تعامل الموظف ابراهيم المصري في المستود ودود للغاية وحل المشكله واختصر علينا كثير
وفي المقابل موظف المعرض حاول التلاعب والتهرب من الحقيقه

Bought many equipments and when i had a problem they run away from their responsibility, horrible service or i can define the service doesn't exist at all. They have lost reputation for peanut instead of continue good relation and business. Not reliable at all

The worst online shopping ever, 15 days to delivery 1 product when they promised 5. They don’t follow and don’t care all the time I had to call them and no one even called me back. Product paid!
The delivery company is even more worse, don’t Know where’s the package, don’t respect delivery instructions and once I received they delivered wrong box, so much headache for a service that should work and have care for the customers!

Very bad experience with this company, bought fryer, freezers and chiller, chiller is substandard, the worst is the fryer flame came outof the fire chamber, complaint more than 10 times, technician are unworthy like the mangement that is so arrogant, don't waste your money with this company.

Absolute joke of a company. They take payment and then they don’t deliver your equipment on time. When they do it is a partial delivery and they delay the rest without communication. There are many other shops who sell similar goods. Stay away from this one! Zero customer service!

Anyone looking to buy anything from here please make sure you check if the equipment works properly. The sales person over there will sell you the equipment without giving you the full information and then once you buy it and if the equipment's do not work fine they will not refund the amount fully they will deduct the VAT idk why.

Made a huge mistake purchased all my restaurant equipment from their branch in deira.very cheap quality, saj machine is extremely cheap and worst customer service ever and maintenace, ive bought other stuff for my other branch from Albayan and Al Halabi and so far no issues.i do not recommend Mariot at all.
