Marks and Spencer

It is a nice M&S store with a very accessible to everyone. You have plenty of choices from apparel to food items. Try to vist their store. Just a suggestion to encourage your staff to do the greetings with a smile it will encourage more customers traffic.

Excellent as always! Huge collection of clothes n food too. Excellent parking outside the store.v convinient for wheel chair users too!

Like any other Marks&Spencer shop. Staff though not really helpful.confused and not properly trained.

Never order online food items from them, it was a terrible experience. They’ve given me items which are expiring in 2 weeks. What’s even more worst was when the store manager called me and apologized but have put the blame on deliveroo app, that I should’ve put a note about the expiry. Well, if you’re ordering online its no brainer that you have to mention about the expiry since products that are near their expiry should be out of the shelves. That would be my first and last order from M&S.

Not too many sales associates to help out, collections are OK. Good coffee and crossoints place.

I have been wearing their lingerie since 10 years now. I plan to continue till i die.

The staff at this store are amazing, Peter the manager makes my weekly shop that much better as he is always so helpful, friendly and cheerful. All the other staff are also amazing and this is hard to find in Dubai. Thank you for always delivering the best service!

Love the kids section, especially the pyjamas. Also you're almost guaranteed to find offers on your every visit, though the offered items are not always the best.

I received a good service. Always love shopping for baked goodies at Marks and Spencer, especially if there are discounted ones. Coffee is good also here.

Very good quality of their clothes. I like it for formal like suits. Their food items are also nice and unique. The prices are very affordable when they are on sale. Some branches may have wider range of items than the others.

Might not be as big as some other stores but has most essential stuff, love their food and cafe part of the store

I visited Batutta Mall M&S. I entered there 20.35 almost and I saw the sales lady already removed the items with discount by scanner and told it is not possible to take it. By rules the shop works until 22.00 so the workers should remove all products after time. But not the shop is open and they tell it is finished. Means there is smthing strange as for the staff. In UK it is not like this. I can not give any star for that.

Food quality unbeatable. A pity that the place is so quiet that they have to sell many things every day reduced due to short expiry dates- although that's good for you if youre there at the right moment to get the deal.

Today I opted for the hot chocolate + cake combo, I had carrot cake and both were amazing. The cake was so fresh. I could have had a 2nd piece

We went looking for mince pies, as M&S have the best selection in the UAE. We were not disappointed - 6 different types, including 2 gluten-free.

Love M and S. Wish they sold clothes for size 6. They don't and you have to buy on line which I don't like. Please bring back size 6. Not all people are size 8 up.

If you go a bit late the price on some fresh foods still good will be discounted. In general I go there to buy breads, and milk, the only milk I drink and I dont get sick. Not sure why local milk makes me sick, anyway, so food wise I strongly recommend, I also get some outfits and lingerie 3 times at least in a year, they have great quality stuffs that fits you well.

Pricey but quality stuff. Well that is Marks and Spencers isnt it! A goto place for ladies shopping where I sit in the cafe next door, being a typical husband. Good customer service as well. The best part? Parking? Another one? Its in Ibn Battuta, which is one of the good malls in Dubai.

Marks and Spencer please train your staff to be courteous. A bad attitude and no willingness to help customers is not good for your business. This was the last time we will shop in your stores.

Make sure you check your bill, today i was over charge by 33AED. None of the staff have any idea how the till system works.very poor service

Marks and Spencer has done a great job with this branch, excellent fit out with all the essentials. Food section is the highlight with a large range of fresh and packaged foods. They have gone the extra mile to offer the fresh foods which are commonplace in their UK stores. They also have a fresh bakery with small cafe.an amazing deal with a coffee and pastry for just AED 15! Service and presentation is amazing. Highly recommended

Not the largest M&S but for me its their best store in Dubai, selling the most popular parts of their range. Best of all.it has lots of fresh M&S food items!
