Great coffee and food, good value for money. Service could be better. It can get busy at times.

It's a great place to shop, they have the food store in the ground floor which have great options for all sorts of food, all the items are of high quality, not so much for the prices though because most food its are expensive in a way. The clothing sections are also good with many options for all categories of clothes

This particular outlet in DFC has limited range compared to other outlets.they need to work more aggressively on the product mix collection.

One of my favourite places to shop. I liked the support I had from the staff to find the products.

Very spacious, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The afternoon tea was great.

Amazing service by staff. Great quality food at affordable price. The place is regularly cleaned and sanitised making it easy to enjoy the meal without much worrying. The shop is maintaining ample distance to maintain social distance. Simply Amazing

Always my fav shopping store. A great mix of quality products for the entire family, packaged with exciting offers from time to time.

Always great as usual. Went to the M&S cafe and as always had the ultimate chocolate cake. Although the taste is good as usual, the serving portion though has been reduced for the price its served at. However, the service and quality of food is top notch as usual!

A lovely place to shop both for branded quality grocery and clothes under one brand Marks & Spencer. They also have online delivery.

Best quality and sometimes great discounts are also available. The largest outlet of M&S is at Festival city mall

Loved the cafe here, the food is the usual stuff sandwiches, chips and all, nothing too different. You can stop and take a break here once done with shopping or before, for that extra-burst of energy well whatever you prefer! I love to go here for its collection of Christmas deco, it is cute and so cheery (not too tough on your pocket). The clothes not worth the hype.

I like the clothing and pricing at M&S and have been shopping there for years. What I really like is the experience. The staff are readily available to help when needed and discretely invisible when you just want to browse. If there is even a single extra customer at the checkout queue, somebody will immediately show up and open another till.

Nice customer service and the place is exotically designed. The clothes are really nice and the price is fair enough, i highly recommend

They have really nice desserts and the snacks are the best plus they always have great deals and discounts so its budget friendly

In tough times, with stores closing and downsizing all around them, M&S is holding her head high.
Se bargains to be found if you look hard - I managed to get a wool suit for only 75 dirhams

Visited the recently renovated MnS in Dubai mall. They have enhansed their food section with a cafe, which is a great initiative. Collection is good but women lingerie lacks variety. Worth the visit.

Had a good time shopping at M&S DFC. There are sanitizers available at most stations. Although distancing was not very actively adhered to. Friendly staff, would like to mention Rosemarie and Marylon here and thank them for their kind assistance.

I am a regular customer for Marks and Spencer for about 15 years, I am getting my office formal shirts and suits from here because it fir my size exactly with no any adjustments, normally M&S are good quality fabrics and very durable. The sales staff are very helpful and friendly

Spacious and round cafeteria with an eclectic mix of fast food and drink menue. An adjacent grocery store provides a wide range of fresh produce imported from the UK.

The fish and chips and the berry smoothie were delicious. I want them to add a mango juice though.

UAE 's biggest store. Cafe, home, ladies, ling, mens and kidds wear wide range available. In short its a family shopping destination.

Hurrayyy the cafe was incredible i ordered prawns avocado sandwich the taste was amazing and my stomach was full though.i was assisted by the indian lady at the counter and yeahhh definitely i want to mention her name suraya im sorry for the spelling.coz the hospitality she showed to me was amazing i was treated as if im in fine dine.she was make sure that everything went well on my table and she assisted for my food mac and cheese which i want to buy from the food section.i have went lot of cafe but i never got this service and experience.my day was went well and surprised by the hospitality which i got from her. Thank you so much will visit again for her.

As Mark's and Spencer well known name of course not compared to mother land the UK, limited fashion limited food stuffs prices not attractive unless there is periodical offers

Take a break, drink you coffee and get some stuff while shopping inside M&S, you should try the Newzeland honey sold here as well

This Mark and Spencer is better than the one at Mirdiff City Centre in terms of,
1) Store size
2) Availability of stock and styles
3) Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent place for the festive season gifts, shopping and feel. Freindly accomodating staff help you get the right things needed for your requirements.

Nice selection of the UK store produce, particularly some nice delicacies in the food area. Good to have a treat from there occasionally!

Wow, you can buy fresh UK made, M&S branded milk here, only 6 Dhs a pint, happy days to all the parents of young children. Must be subsidised at that price.
