Worst hotel ever, when it tried to Check in they denied I have booked although the room is already paid for. I waited for more than 2 hours to check in.
Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't represent Marriott's image; I'd consider their check-in process one of the worst (front desk agents do not know how to use system. An exception, the service of breakfast in the marketplace restaurant (not the food) is decent.
It is a 5 star hotel and recently stayed for 30 days, It is not in a prime location, some at the reception show lot of patience and efficiency but some show some arrogance. I stayed there at corporate project rate which costs a bit less than normal tourist's rate, but this corporates rate supported al jadaf when there was not much business for them. I visited al jadaf 1st time after my friends recommended to experience its services on their past experiences. I FOUND IT VERY DISAPPOINTING. I'm again returning to dubai on 22nd Jan 2023 and opted not to stay in Al jadaf if it is a long stay.
Visited marriott again on 15 Oct 2023, same on corporate rates, still observed lot of gaps that a 5 star hotel should provide, some service agents still show arrogance and are biased towards specific region of customers.
We have felt very comfortable here. Everything was very clean and tidy. If you have any questions, you will be helped immediately. We recommend. Location also good.
Though there are plenty of pro’s, The cons is location. Bit off centre of city, but the same is well compensated by frequent city and Dubai mall drop and pick up. So only it is not easy that, we just walk away to nearby place coming out of hotel. Need to depend upon, coach pick up drop
Hello, I came to eat? Restaurant MARKET PLACE. The food was so bad, nothing to choose for this amount of money The taste so horrible Not cooked well I didn’t like at. I feel bad after this food. For W Marriott hotel - food soooo bad!
I stayed here with my friends. The hotel is good, the staff is good. But the spa is on the 7th floor is a nightmare. The hotel has no idea what the girls do in this spa. It is pure debauchery. They offer services for a certain amount of money. The staff at the spa is very rude. I had a therapist named Xenia. After her massage I felt bad. I don't advise anyone to go to this place. You will be cheated.
Be careful and take your time thinking before book in this hotel, everybody here try to lie you with amazing smile, bad service, you will smell Indian oil every where in this place, also Chinese kitchen in some floors (for example floor number 12), The check in was the worst in my life, they tried to let me pay my stay twice. When you ask to talk with a manger no body will help you, the lady in the reciption lied me and said: I’m a the manager ️
Do not recommend it at all. Had quite a bad experience at the hotel:
- building under construction is adjacent to the hotel with loud noises starting very early in the morning. Hotel did not mention that despite the fact that I asked for a quite room as I’m a light sleeper
- kitchenware (especially utensils and glasses were not clean at all) knives were rusty and glasses had white residue
Management did not offer anything to remedy the situation despite the complaint few days back.
BCCI is being hosted by this hotel so other guests are suffering because of it. Was told the system is down so they couldn’t check me in their system.internet was only accessible after many calls to reception (almost 2 hours later). Lift was not available to other guests so was taken to my floor through service elevators. Lol paid for Marriott and got services of 2 star hotel.multiple requests to change room was ignored. All friends and family out there please check the reviews of this Marriott Al Jaddaf before you book accommodation. My stay isn’t satisfactory so not going to recommend it to anyone in future.
Wish I could give a negative score at this point. It seems clear I am not welcome here. Been here since 6am and the entire operation is trash, basura, garbage. You can even get a fork when dinning for foo you've already paid for. Im not sure if it's because we are black, american, or what but its almost as if we are invisible here. Its my first day and I'm be yond unimpressed. 5 hours later and they are making us jump thru too many hoops for a room that was reserved, paid for, we called ahead, and like we haven't been sitting here LOOKING YOU IN THE FACE IN THIS LOBBY ALL MORNING! Shame on you. With all of the hoops to just get into the country you would think this wouldn't be the hard part

Hotel was nice, but many services, such as the lounge were not open "due to COVID" but without any prior warning. Reception staff refused to offer any compensation or the cancellation of the additional cost paid for the room including lounge access, saying that the hotel lobby would provide the same service (the lobby is obviously noisy and does not provide the same convenience as a lounge when meeting business contacts, for example).
This is not a general restriction as the JW Marriott Marquise just a short drive away was functioning fully - it appears to be another cost saving measure. In all I would recommend staying there instead of the Marriott Al Jaddaf, as the incremental difference in price is made well worth it by the superior service and atmosphere.

Alles ist hier gut aber das Restaurant das kan wirklich keiner topen, ich kan nur den lachs am Mittag empfehlen so frisch hatte ich noch keinen Fisch gesehen
Great Seafood night on Thu. Night. As per Covid new rules you are not allowed to serve yourself but they put only one waiter on 3 stations trying to serve all guests in one go. You have to wait.and you are not allowed to help yourself. Chef Adel was so fast and good in prepare food Hana the Egyptian Waiterss were so professional and friendly. Staff overall helpful and nice but quantities and variety much less after Covid time. Also sweet items getting less and drinks varieties are less than before. No fresh juices all canned and soda drinks. Quality of grill lobster and shrimp was good.
I am staying in this hotel from 11/04/2021 till date. I am having worse time. I don't know from where I start of. There is not one thing to mention here. First of all we stay in 5 star hotel to have best customer service. But this hotel don't have any kind of Customer service. Specially F&B staff have very bad attitude. When ever you talk with them it's feel like that you talk to wall. The food quality is very bad. Most recently today I went for my breakfast the food is cold which is normal but today is worse i took boiled eggs which is rotten. I asked them what is this and same ok sir we'll take care of it. 2 we believe that 5 star hotel are very clean. But in this hotel nothing like that. I used to stay in one room ##. I felt that something wrong in bed. I asked them to check my bed. For my surprise I came to know that I have bed bugs in my bed bugs very very big its feel like they are there for ages.which is shocking. 3 I gave my laundry for washing. They gave me back some body eles clothes. I gave them back I asked for mine one now this thing happened almost 1 and half month. But nothing had happened. 4 so many time they cleaned my room and forgot to put towels can you belive this. List is very long. Best part is this no body care about it. I don't want to talk about this but they don't give me any choice. I am hoping against hope for any improvement in this. I hope the management of the hotel reply my review. Thanks and regards
Decent hotel in a good location. Centrally located yet easy to get to without much traffic. Staff was very warm and welcoming from the start, especially the staff at the Marketplace for the breakfast buffet. Strange thing that no one came to make up the room or left note that they had came by. Room is clean and spacious. Not much light with a moderate window. Have to keep it shaded most of the time because it faces the construction site. It was fairly soundproof though. Can't hear the construction din though it was just next door. Self parking is available and quite easy to access. Poolside was dismal. Very small and more a rectangle decorative water feature by the rooftop bar. Gym is well equipped. Better to burn calories there than swimming.

Its a well maintained, hotel that provides cosy apartments with tasteful ambience. Negligible slack in providing full hosting as was earlier in pre covid era, but perhaps due covid protocols n staff reduction sometimes inconvenient. Otherwise very good service offered.

My company guests have been staying at this hotel for over 6 years.and we had been happy with the service and the previous team.but this time it was DISAPPOINTING!
Between 9th Sept and 12 Sept i had the President, VP sales and Director sales of our company staying here and it was extremely disappointing for the service during this period. It started with the check in of our guests which took over 30 minutes in the evening around 7: 30 pm - only one front desk person and that person very slow - another front desk guy standing there but says he cannot check in only can revalidate cards plus some there staff moving around but no one for front desk.every guest standing there was angry and complaining.next was the restaurant - the service was POOR.even if you ask any of the servers for anything they will say yes and everyone forgets to come and give it.happened for dinner / breakfast etc.even when the restaurant was not busy.
One of my colleagues was not informed in advance about the IPL team / bubble in the section he was staying - when he returned after dinner he was not allowed to go to his room and after much discussion was allowed to go to pick his luggage and change room - Poor coordination and information sharing
As a company we have decided to look at other properties as the new staff in this hotel don't have the culture of service now.
This 5 star hotel deserves 5 star rating for their immaculate service. Special thanks to Chandi, Ricky and Hamedo who made our experience amazing. They are in the right industry. They have limited spread of food which is sensible but taste wise very good. Just one improvement comment… need a little more light. Too dark for a all day dining. Keep up the good work Marriott.
Unbelievable price compared to other hotels in Dubai, great service amazing price and unique location, to Dubai mall 10 minutes to wafi mall 5 minutes city center mall 10 minutes
On 11 th june 2021 i went to koyla rooftop (L8 lounge) Marriott al jaddaf as they told food we serve here is from marriot jaddaf so we thought it would be super good i order 5 shisha and one bbq plater worth (250 aed) i was shoked from service they brought shisha with no flavour taste and food after 1 hour 20 min we was super hungry u wont belive once i recive the bbq plater it was to smelly and even not cooked properly once i had a bite of it was discusting zero service and zero quilty of food i will not recomend any one plz dont go there once we make complain they took it casually and start excusing i got charged full bill of 600 AED i would rather go to street cafeteria rather then going Koyla rooftop (L 8 lounge)
Hotel Marriot which deserves to be known, quiet, well located and very clean. Small pool but with a view of the skyline, jacuzzi. Nice gym. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Very clean toilets throughout the hotel. Varied restaurants.

This is by far one of the very comfortable places to stay in Dubai. The staff is always helpful and the food is great too. It has all the conveniences and facilities of a * hotel.
Seafood night, the food was excellent and delicious, but mostly was cold even the soup, the staff were friendly & professional but there's an obvious shortage of staff. We enjoyed this night and spend a lovely time. Overall experience was good.
My second stay here at the Marriott residence services are great absolutely fine and really well organized room cleaning is top notch by Hasan and the others always on time.

We arrived 8 am and the wonderful Receptionist checked us in directly and we asked her for rooms with the skyline view asked us to check in and rest and once the rooms with a view are available they will move us and thats what they did, I will definitely return to the Marriott Jaddaf, their location is very convenient, within 20 minutes to any destination I needed to head to within Dubai, also their staff definitely understand the term hospitality.
Isolated location and totally surrounded by road construction. I cannot recommend staying there at this time. Wi-Fi in my room was terrible. The only view I had was of the windows of other rooms.
This hotel is about a 50 dinar ride from the airport and our taxi went to the Marriott suites rather than the hotel at first. The road system nearby is a little chaotic due to new buildings being put up.
Well laid out bedroom and the bathroom has a separate toilet. Have to ask for amenities such as toothbrushing, comb, nightrobe etc.
The breakfast is served from 6.30-10.30 and has many stations with food refreshed as needed. Lots of healthy options.
There's a small pool on the 6th floor with a lifeguard.
A free shuttle bus goes to the Dubai Mall; ask at the conceirge for the timing.
One thing to note. The free shuttle bus goes to Terminal 1. If you need the Emirates (Terminal 3), the bus does not go there so it's better to take a taxi but ask before getting in if credit cards are accepted.
Hotel staff were very helpful and willing to help.
Great place for an event. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. However due to construction in the area it gets difficult to reach or to guide anyone to reach.
Really clean! " Stopped here over night on the way to Seattle. The hotel smells fresh and clean. The room was spotless and fresh also. The pool area is hot as a sauna. We are very pleased with our hotel choice and look forward to a nice night. We would stay here again if in the area.
"Great value! " We stayed here at the end of our 10-day trip through North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota during 4th of July week. It was one of the most comfortable and least expensive in our journey. It slept our family of four comfortably and the staff was extremely friendly! Would definitely stay again if we came back this way.

Hardly very few options was available in the name of Vegetarian dish in buffet dinner. Only brinjal aloo & rice.not even any dals. May be good for non veggies.
Have been there couple of of times. Issue is with road access. The construction and road work happening around the area is making it difficult. Hoping that it gets resolved in near future.

It's a decent property but approaching road are not in good condition as there is lot of construction work is going on. Food is good and not best of the experience.

These are beautiful apartment that is fully equipped and very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had 3 bathrooms. They were clean and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very nicely set up with a living room and open concept fully equipped kitchen. The staff are friendly but the service is a bit slow. They offer valet parking for free which is an added bonus. They also offer free high speed Wifi with good coverage. The hotel is conveniently located close to Dubai Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel apartments and stay in it again.
