Horrible experience! Ordered their service twice, this first time my professional arrived 15 minutes late, and the second time, the professional didn’t even show up at all.

It was my first time to use Marvel Maids. Norma was very good, she is quick as well. Recommended and will definitely use again.

Requested for the same cleaner for 2 weeks. They kept sending difficult ladies daily. On day 4 no one showed up and no one informed me. 1st lady they sent were very sick with Covid symptom- coughing and sneezing non stop. Second ok was scared of dogs even dog I requested a lady not scared of pets. 3rd lady was super good I must admit, her name was Mary. I requested the owners details to provide a feedback - no one replies. Also they stopped answering messages after complaints and requested to speak to owner. I would not recommend to use this company. Poor service indeed

Worst service ever. I had an appointment with them they did not show up. When I called, they said they will check what is wrong and come back to me. They haven’t answered me since then, despite me calling them 3+ times. Not recommended at all.

One of the worst cleaning companies ever.
The manager Naddi is so bad and unrespectable and the secretaies also bad like her.two of the maids had stolen me.one stole money and the other stole a cooking pot and when we called them to tell we will tell the police abt all this they reply unrespectley to do so, they dont even care if we call the police or not.they ask for extra money and i found out later that the office secretary share the extra money with the manager Naddi.

We asked for 2 cleaning ladies so that they would be faster.they were incredibly slow, and we were not satisfied with the cleaning after a few hours. We'll never use them again.

Twice I requested a Maid service from Marvel Maids. The first time no one showed up and no apologized for not showing up. When I called it seems my request was never even entered into the system. The second time again no one showed up. When I called yet again there was an issue about not having my number even though they asked for my number twice.
Anyhow they said they could send 1 person (after calling me back 15mins later) for 4 hours instead of the 2 for 2 hours as I'd wanted. Meaning I'll basically have to take the say off now to stay at home while the service is being done. I agreed because I needed some work done around the house, even though I really should've said no because I'm quite livid at the way my time is not being respected.
Let's hope the helper service makes up for the unprofessional and disorganised composition of their coordinators:) will be updating this review later. I wish I had read some of these reviews before.
