I just arrived from Riyadh, saudi arabia. And first thing I did. Is to find salon for beauty and hair etc.then I end up with this salon. They did an amazing job with my hair. Thank you Angolyen you are the best

Fantastic full body massage by Divine. Very firm and good hands and she really knows how to release tension in a safe and relaxing way. I have been going to this salon for over 10 yrs and to Divine for massage for over 3 to 4 yrs already and highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and they take good care of you.

So i went to this salon for straightening my hair, and GAVE THEM 735 AED, 500 FOR STRAIGHTENING HAIR, 200 FOR THE SHAMPOO AND MASK (THE PRODUCTS) AND 35 FOR THE SERVICES, I WAS SO EXCITED FOR THE RESULT, AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN I WASHED, I WENT BACK TO SHOW THEM THAT MY HAIR ARE STILL TANGLED AND LOOKING WORST THEN BEFORE, I WAS SO FRUSTRATED BUT STILL REQUESTED AND BEGGED THEM TO HELP ME FOR THIS, I GAVE THEIR PRODUCTS BACK TO THEM, WITHOUT ASKING FOR MONEY BACK, THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME ANY CUSTOUSY CALL,
MY GOD IS SEEING HE WILL REPAY.

I had a stubborn red color in my hair and I wanted the platinum color so much. Miss Angeln said she'd do it without burning my hair and breaking it off. Really very experienced teamwork with the lady Valeri, with their meticulous work and professionalism, they made my hair more beautiful than I wanted? Darlene and Clemense, with their support of the team, made me feel very comfortable and happy with their interest, tolerance, smile and service. It was very enjoyable with Ms. Leman's sweet talk. A really great environment, a salon where you can make transactions safely, thank you very much to everyone. And I express my gratitude? We have been using their service only because of NEELAM who is really helpful and professional but today I had extremely bad experience with Staff, where they told me for maternity massage 430 for 3 sessions. When we reached they change the statement to 700+ and the lady on reception spoke really disrespectfully.
I won’t recommend the staff because they aren’t reliable anymore.
I would like to speak to the senior management Please contact me to know how your staff is treating your customers.

Am sorry team of Mashael salon but I have to drop a complain that extremely annoyed me due to the service that I was given. In terms of appointment I did my part and booked my appointment 2 days before to avoid inconvenience matter. I expected to be given the same staff but yet I was given unprofessional staff by the name “SARAH” who was extremely rude after realizing she spoilt my eyebrows shape and instead of apologizing she decided to tell the other colleague to finish what she messed up while walked away towards the outside door. This is annoying and disappointing to stand such a behavior as a customer. I don’t mind about the bad service but having a rude impression is the last thing a customer would want to see. I appreciate “Nadiya” Service trying her best to make me feel comfortable and to cover her colleague mistake, God bless you with your hard work.

Saloons in UAE opened up after the lock down for hair n nails.
I did my visit on day two.
Kudos to the saloon for maintaining a super clean saloon, my stylist Neelam was in mask n gloves at all time.
And I was handed over a fresh set of mask n gloves when I reached.
Each chair was cleaned before I sat, again n again.

I had a hair revamp at Mashael with Clemence. She turned my brassy locks into a beautiful elegant golden-ash colour using a full head of highlights. She is extremely methodical and took such care with my hair. A really lovely hairdresser that made the whole experience so relaxing. I would 100% recommend this beautiful lady.

It is a clean place with friendly staff. Better to go after taking an appointment as it can be crowded sometimes. I go for my haircuts and they do a good job. Their keratine treatment is also nice.

I asked for one style and got something else. I felt like I was just there for the lady to do her own thing with my hair and not what I wanted. I stated I need to leave by 7pm, she insisted to use a curling iron on my hair even though I wanted it straight. There was no actual price list given, just prices made up as she went along.
