Mashreq Bank, Dubai Outsourcing Zone Building 4

Iam asking for my account opening deposit slip but no response now in dorment

I have business account in Mashreq bank. My experience is horrible. RM or above staff only try to give lollipops rather than to resolve issues.

It's really strange for a reputed bank to have foreign trade in the far edge of dubai basically one hour drive from major dubai's area and worse when you arrive there they take pause from 12: 15 to 14: 30.with nothing around where to go.it should be continuous service
The area is empty so only option to wait there for 2 hours as to go back to downtown is almost one hour and coming back another hour.very unprofessional! Real deception

Poor services and I need to follow-up at the reception that I am being forgotten from their staff and need to assist me. I felt I need to beg them.

Just the procedures needs to be simplified. Tons of documents requested to be able to open an account for my company.

Unfortunately They start having the worst staff ever (Low quality) no reseptionest in 4th floor
that's where they hold the meeting with me

Mashreq Bank is one of the oldest bank the biggest in the United Arab Emirates. This is Head Office for IT and it is located on Dubai Outsource City. This area well known for software companies. Call center services also running in this building only.
