Excellent services, excellent dealings, facilities in dealing and opening accounts. I got a bank account and a Visa card online, and I arrived quickly through delivery.

My apply mashreq neo 2 month ago it is not active till now again I apply mashreq islami same problem not active
My two month salary is on hold
I call to helpline 3 time but so bad experience i face in my life
Plz if you are a needy person and use the bank option this bank is not a gentleman choice
I mail to mashreq bank but no response
I think no one in this bank to listen complain

Worst banking experience i have ever had in UAE, very disrespectful customer service.

The horrible bank in the UAE. They robe people's money. Its over a month now that they are holding my money without any reason. I tried everything but no answer from them. Shame on you, Pathetic Mashreq Bank.

Poor service! Get credit card then you will get stuck. Sales person will desapear and the only number to call for inquiries will make you mad
