Very bad experience, i like a specific frame to use for couple of gifts that i want to bring.i asked very simple question about the dimensions sp that i can bring chocolate box to fit it in but the employee there was very reluctant and refused to help me justifying that it's company policy that we don't give dimensions plus we don't have a ruler to measure! Which i doubt
She want me to being the chocolate box first and then she will see.i told her that i like this specific wrapping frame.what is i buy the chocolate voxes and it doesn't fit? !
Very simple request and she insisted not to help or even check any workaround so that i bring the right chocolate box size

I perceived it very rude honestly and will definitely not buy from here. Not the end of the world and I'm sure I'll find better place to support and treat customers better than that
