I had a very bad experience with one of your team members his name is Ashraf. I spoke with the store manager Rachel who promised to sort it out and call me back, but she didn’t. Very rude and unprofessional attitude. Nobody got bothered and tried to help. Never back again.

Very rude staff. I was waiting in line to pay and a staff just cut right in front of me bc her customer was more important than anyone else it seems. To top it all off this was at 10am when the store was nearly empty with literally 3 customers. Extremely disappointing that brand such Massimo trains their staff in this way.

Absolutely shocking customer service from staff on the floor. They show no interest in assisting even when asked to help with looking for the right size.

Given the amount of reviews commenting on the poor service standards by the floor staff, I’m wondering why management are still not doing anything about it.

Upon payment at the cashier, the staff sneezed over the clothes we were about to purchase. As we requested for new pieces, the staff got angry and threw the clothes down on the counter and asked another staff to assist us.

Very poor behaviour. Staff need training.

Assistant manager Abdul managed to help us sort out new pieces to replace the ones that were sneezed upon.

I am very sorry to say this is the worst staff I have ever encountered. The cashier named Anas was the worst interaction that have ever addressed in a review. I had 3 pieces to pay for and I was trying to look up my passport for the VAT. There were no lines and it was not packed when Anas stated sighing and rolling his eyes as I was searching for the passport. He left the cash register and asked in the most impolite rude and sarcastic way to pay for my merchandise first then look up my passport. He was a frustrated cashier who does not seemed to care for the customer or even for his job. Dubai is such a beautiful place. Mall of the Emirates is gorgeous but sadly this person does not reflect how businesses should treat customers and tourists. Very bad experience at massimo Dutti mall of the Emirates

I regret to don’t read the reviews before especially on the store of mall of the emirates i have been their today y 8: 30pm the worst staff you can see in your life, i collected my offer, i wanted to check the assistant opened very quickly and he destroyed the packaging and i was telling him be careful don’t destroy please he said its okay and he leave us without assisting us to packed the order back
Then he ask his colleague one girl seems moroccan or Tunisian i think i told her please can you put that paper back cause its a gift she make it in very bad way and she was rude with us w want to see other items but because of the behavior we changed our mind and we left immediately

I have went first time to Massimo Dutti store and it was good service and amazing products they have but i have notice one thing at the time of billing only one person was there who is making bills and other customers are just waiting.

Atiq at Massimo’s Gelato and Cafe is very professional and has a great communication and service skills.

I highly recommend this place for tourism and for normal people to spend good time at.

So lovely team!

All well known brands consider the quality of service they offer to the customer as First priority and try to offer their best support.in today world selling a product is only as a result building trust and relationship with the customer and i am sad to say Massimo Dutti failed in this mission. Mall of Emirates branch store manager Ms Oana has to retake customer service course and learn how to empathy with a customer and how to be helpful.
Ms Oana ‘s attitude made me dissatisfied and unhappy about the whole experience with Massimo Dutti and i decided to not buy any from Massimo Dutti anymore. In fact, I felt i was talking to a robot rather than a person.

Customer experience is what brings back and retains a customer and turns them to loyal customers. Unfortunately Massimo Dutti is very good at breaking the customer ‘s trust.

I bought a coat during DSS sale and the cashier only removed half of the pin lock. When trying the coat at home, I almost got hurt from the other half of the sharp pin nail. This is really dangerous and unprofessional!

Shame on the customer service! I was picking clothes to check and was kind enough to apologize to the sakes person as he had to sort it out after me, but he turned around and said, ‘it’s ok only if you purchase, otherwise it’s not’ how dare he!

Dubai is all about premium customer service, such rudeness is not accepted in this fastest growing super economy! Management Massimo Dutti, please train or sack your staff.

Last time quality of fabric in Massimo is very bad! I bought a white skirt and after hand washing it lost the shape. Before I bought a dress and fabric was not good as well and I returned to the store.

Even earlier I bought a trouser suit and the quality of the seams was poor.

I lost my passion to Massimo at all
after such experiences

This establishment does not even deserve any star. Never have we encountered such poor staff attitude from a retail store in Dubai. Massimo Dutti is considered a premier label and it is only fitting that the service in the store reflects that.

Unfortunately, shopping at this branch at the Mall of Emirates leaves much to be desired. From their arrogant staff down to paying at the cashier without so much as a thank you.

Instead of experiencing retail therapy, you leave the store bewildered and unimpressed.

Yes i totally agree with the custoners below. I visited yesterday and the ladies there are horrendous. They act as if they own the store. Extremely arrogant and a smile that they are forced to put on.
Yes. They totally look down upon Asians as soon as they enter the store assuming they cant afford.
Kindly learn customer service from COS and Tommy bahamas in Mall of emirates and at MOE. They value and treat each and every customer with respect and dignity.
PLEASE SELECT AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF before setting them up in stores. UNNECCESSARY DISPLAY OF ARROGANCE is not required. You have no idea how many customers turn away from the store by the rude and haughty looks from the staff.
Improve and rest all will fall in place.

Unkind store manager that from the first moment didn’t show an empathy. I purchased a dress which was damaged.

Being a loyal customer who purchases every week from MASSIMO DUTTI I consider this an unprofessional service.

I buy multiple items of clothing from this store every time I’m in Dubai, which I will no longer do. One of the items I purchased had an issue with the stitching the was unwinding and I returned it two days later and the manger refused to exchange it and was rude about the issue. That is not service! Avoid this branch.

I went today with my friend to Massimo Dutti Mall of Emirates branch 05/05/2023. It’s my first time to step in to this shop, I was expecting to experience a very satisfactory customers service. But I am extremely disappointed to one lady staff! I went their to reward myself and to feel good because I just had my 8th session of chemo treatment (the same day) and I still have 8 more sessions left to finish! But that lady staff ruined my day! Is it because I am Asian and she’s thinking we can’t afford and we don’t look like a rich shoppers? I only asked for one thing! But she refused to help! That lady told me to check with another staff and she turned her back even though I’m still talking to her! She’s rude! She’s even proud and I can see it on her face reaction! To the higher management, this is clearly racism and your staff should learn not to judge people by their looks! Less is more! I am not the first person to write a review with regards to your customer service! The way your staff look down to every customer who enters your shop! Do something! I know what is my consumer rights plus I am suffering from an illness that does not need stress! However I would like to commend Abdul and Rachel for their quick action and help. But overall it wasn’t a great experienced for my first visit!

I baught a pair of jeans from there. They got ripped 2 weeks after while I was walking in the mall. I'm size 31. The management and customer service was horrible and negligent

Massimo Dutti has been one of my favourite brands especially for work wear but had a shockingly poor customer experience today at Mall of the Emirates outlet at the billing counter. Anas was extremely rude and unhelpful. Ruined a nice evening and shopping experience at my favourite store. Would highly recommend the management to watch the video and take some action.
